Amazing portions and delicious food. It also wasn't greasy! We appreciated the owner being so friendly and his sincerity.

Al Mouna hits the spot with my mountaneous, bold, juicy mixed shawarma platter. The meat was seriously perfectly grilled to perfection. The rice was super soft and tasty. The garlic sauce is rich, the fresh salads and pickles add a zing, with a burst flavor in every bite. Fast, fresh, and fiery—this place is a must. They are rated 4.9 for a reason. Bro, these guys are seriously serving Middle Eastern comfort with a kick.

The food quality and freshness were top-notch—the salad, dressing, chicken, rice, potatoes, and garlic sauce were all outstanding. Portions are huge (1.7 kg per plate!), but the flavor and quality make it even better. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Definitely my new favorite spot for shawarma in Ottawa!

Really nice sandwiches and the garlic sauce was good, which is what I always base my sandwiches on. Portions are good for the price and the service was very appreciative. The staff were nice, talked to us, and actually treated their customers well. It did not feel like a rushed dine and dash. It'd be interesting to try the rest of the menue as the owner let us try the soup and it peaked an interest on a cold day.

Came here for shawarma as it was raved about…but unfortunately didn’t live up to the hype. The falafel isn’t made fresh, which was a disappointment and didn’t find it to be very flavourful. $15 for a large size and $10 for the small. Found mine to be mediocre. The cauliflower side is served cold, just FYI. Staff is very friendly. A few tables for eating but didn’t spot a bathroom.
