My family of three , went on Hajj in 2006 then team leader was Dr. Mousab Ebn Omier It was great good experience with the group everything went so smooth, lit of additional activities were arranged prior to departure excellent, still remember this wonderful, well planned & executed, , our son imran was 10 year old , he loved every minute, we had lovely young grown up boys , who took so good care of imran , made our life so smooth thank you Hassan & Hussain, if I remember their names , inshallah next year we will plan a family trip again , imran definitely needs to accomplish his adult Hajj , now he is married and it shall be a memorable & blessed trip ever-May Allah make this happen, we only seek his help 🤲 Ghazenfar mahmood butt & family Almost 17 years ago -delayed response but memories are very fresh at hearts Thank you everyone 🥰

Alhumdullilah I travelled with Easy Hajj Bristol group my experience was very good All our transport was available on time as promised as well as our Breakfast and Dinner. We were provided with Hajj essentials all ready on our beds when we arrived to the Hotel in Mecca as well as free Saudi Sims Our luggage was delivered into our rooms The 5 days of Hajj were conducted very well and everything went smoothly our group leaders were always available for guidance (Dr Adil, Brother Shardy and Shaykh Nagib) Azizya a hotel was very beneficial as we had access throughout the Hajj days to our rooms. I over all enjoyed our Hajj and highly recommend Easy Hajj

Allhamdullha I did my Hajj and i pray and make Dowah that Allha accepts my Hajj , and that's all that matters to me I didn't really expect much from paying £3700 When some people paid over £6000 . I got more then I expected to be honest . The holet is not the best but it was clean the food was average but I didn't go to Hajj to live in a 5 star hotel and expect Michelin star food my perperss was to only forefill my Hajj . The distance form Haram was about 4 miles form the hotel so I got a cab which was 20 to 100 Saudi Ryal you just have to bargain with the cab driver's . The orgnisor Adill was more like a Army general he got Angry very quickly when people asked the same question over and over again but I had no problems with him. He just needs to chill out a bit and smile and may be even take a customer service course to improve in how to deal with annoying customer's. At the end of the day it's a bussenes and I think they had to cut on things to be able to provide a cheap Hajj package and maximise there profits. If your on a very tite badget like I was and your intention is just to do hajj and complete your Islam then I think Easy Hajj is the way forward . I have given them 3 stars as there is plenty of room for improvement and I mean "plenty" specialy anger management and customer service . We must all thank Allah that he gave us the permission to complete our Islam and vist his house and leave all the negative aspects and make Dowah that Easy Hajj improves in there service at end of the day Hajj is not Easy specialy trying to maintain 4 million people safely. Would i go again with easy hajj Insha Allah yes why not they are the best value for money hajj agent i know off. I swear by Allah I have spoken the truth and there is no conflict of intest in this review just what I witnessed.

As-salāmu ʿalaykum, Al-ḥamdu Lil-lāh! I did my first hajj 2018 with my family. Went with another agency, Al-Haq. Then joined Easyhajj from Medina. The hotel in Medina was the best! It was just 5 min from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, entrance Gate 6. In Makkah, the hotel was 4 miles ways from Masjid al-Haram. At Makkah hotel, they provided some bags and a book. I was really looking forward to the book. It is handy and pocket size and published from Saudi Gov and has a clear guide for Hajj and Umrah. I recommend it! However, the lot of yellow bags are unnecessarily and waste of money as the hotel is in Aziziyah is very beneficial as we had access throughout the Hajj days to our rooms. And Jamarat is near as well. Dr Adhal, group leader, he is a humble and funny gentleman. Always make sure that elderly people and women are in a safe place. As my brother said that he put so much pressure on himself that sometimes stress out and give the wrong impression to the customers. Insha’Allah, we would definitely go with Easyhajj again for Hajj & Umrah and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Alhamdulilah I recently completed my hajj with Easy hajj and with everything fresh in my thoughts, there is no better time to leave a review. It took us a few months of researching to finally decide on which company to book with that would be convenient, cost-effective and within our timescales. After deciding on Easy hajj, we attended the seminar and were promised alot of things. We were also sent home with a bag full of items needed for our journey ahead. This made me feel at ease for booking with Easy hajj. Our journey started in Medina (which I highly recommend) then we moved on to Makkah to complete our hajj. The second hotel was actually Easy hajj hotel and we were welcomed with our luggage already in our rooms and a whole bed full of more items to make our journey run as practically smoothly as possible. (Please see image attached). We were blessed to have an amazing group leader (Brother Shadi) who went out of his way to help our needs and queries. He always had a smile on his face and never disappointed us (may Allah swt reward him). He is an asset to this company. Hajj is a testing time for us all, there were times when patience is truly tested. The owner is very passionate about the service he provides. Any deviations from plans can upset him leading to alot of shouting. He can get very defensive but I believe this represents his love for his company and the service he wants to provide. I would prefer this over an owner who takes your money and switches his phone off. Lastly, to the person below who has been to hajj with 6 different companies and has reviewed them all, may Allah swt reward you too.
