This company is a scam, fraud decitfull, a lot of the people booked hajj and umra before the covid time, including my friends and family. All these people did not get to go to hajj or umra and this company has not refund my relatives and friends money back. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The staff and the management are rude, arrogant, when you call them they become very hostile and abusive. threatened why did I leave a review like this and said I will never get the money back if I don't retract the review❗️❗️❗️to date this travel agent has NOT REFUBDED THE MONY BACK FULL❗️THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST. I will leave this with Allah for the day of akhira as this moey was our hard earned.

Don’t use Hajj cancelled due to covid yet avoiding paying us back. Called no answer, text no reply

PLEASE BROTHERS AND SISTERS DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS…. AM SHOCKED HOW MANY PEOPLE THIS MAN OWES MONEY TOO!! I have booked a Hajj Package with you in 2019. It’s taken him 2 years it given get a part payment….. The mans name is Suba Trying to reach him is impossible, he ignores all calls and text. It’s very shameful. I will strongly advise all not to book your tickets with this company, do your research and inshallah you will get a better service. We have been patient for 3 years and could have used my money on so many emergency matters.

Me and my family had Umrah trip with Holy Makkah Tours last month. Very fare price compair to my budget. Customer service was excellent very happy to buy the deal from this company, wish this company for great future. I recommend everyone to go with this company for Hajj or Umrah.

Alhamdulillah me and my husband have been to hajj pilgrimage 2018 with Holly Makkah Tour. The Holly Makkah team have given the best service in all places throughout our journey. Hotels was very close to the Haram and the food they provided was really good. Suba Miah and his team was very supportive towards us. Will recommend Holly Makkah Tours to all my friends and family. Insha Allah will be travelling with them again.
