UK Hajj & Umrah Services Ltd

Biggest scam artist in the travel industry, take people money and tell you it's in the name of Allah. Booked to go to hajj 2020,which was cancelled due to covid. Was told I was getting a refund months later nothing. They refuse to answer the phone or open their offices,Utter thieves. I would never ever book with or use these conmen again. Waste of space blood sucking cowards.only after your money.how they ain't been locked up for fraud is beyond belief.

My arranged whole umrah journey by mr akbar was well. He is a nice guy and other company members also. I thanked Allah, my selected company regarding the umrah package was not a scam.

Not sure what sorta dodgy set-up this is. Another travel website Labbaik Hajj Umrah so called agency based in Lahore use these offices and have the same address listed on their websites. They also use the same atol number and have it listed on the website but marked next to UK hajj and umrah services. Labbaik Hajj Umrah have a UK local number registered to give you the impression that they are based in UK but in reality working out of Pakistan. I strongly suggest you do your research properly before booking through either of these services. Apparently UK Hajj & Umrah Services only help organise umrah or hajj visa for Labbaik Hajj Umrah and have no other affiliation with the other organisation but yet again all their details are listed on Labbaik Hajj Umrah website?. And then the sign United Tourism LTD?. Confusion galore.

So disappointed in the service we received. Instead of tour guide all you will get is a transport to and from the hotel. Do not expect any type of organisation or itinerary. Mr Munshai was more interested giving his family a private tour of Saudi rather than looking after his group. When confronted he just made it out like he has been dealing with issues. But more like being a private tour for his family members only. Several members of the groups were upset and nothing was done. We were promised a apartment but instead got shabby hotel both times. Highly recommend using another company that will give you time and give you a tour. When we reached Medina we was not able to visit the green carpet or do ziarath because uncle tried to save money and got tourist visa instead of umrah visa. We saved saved for such a long time to only receive nothing. STAY WELL AWAY. The only positive thing was he gives you salaam and swiftly moves on.

Just arrived back from umrah our package was provided from here. our group leaders name was Mr Akbar Khan The package we booked was 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in madina but all of a sudden he decided to stay in Makkah for 7 days and 3 days in Madina. When we went madina we couldn’t get appointments to see Roza-e- Rasul. This was the main part of travelling to Madina, no other reason. This company gives false promises Spoke very rudely to other group members He was shouting whilst in the state of ihram it was shocking.
