Umrah And Hajj Specialist Ltd

Went to umrah with sikander and yasin and they mislead us as we was told a 4 star hotel was booked but when I was in medina I was told by the hotel desk it is a 1 star hotel with no wifi. There was no communication at all. THEY ARE A SCAM

Went umrah with SIKANDER A and YASIN in December, if we knew of the people we would never book with them. The worst 2 people, this is how my 75 year old grandparent got treated. Please look at the pictures to see what SIKANDER had given him to bathe with not caring about the slippery tiles as he struggled to go in and out of a bath due to having 4 back operations. Do not book with them if you are going with an elderly person with a disability as they will not be accommodating, we were told from home our room with shower is sorted however he changed our hotel to Manzil Al Falah without us knowing. Not to mention the hotel had no hot water, broken showers and rude staff… Thanks to Sikander he gave us extra towels to clean after ourselves very considerate of him.

Hi it’s mr awan I am one of the passenger of the hajj group in this year.l advise everyone who is planning for hajj for next year or want to go for umara this year or next year.dont use Panama travel.they will mess up all your hajj prayer.this one of I your life don’t not let anyone of the business man like Yaseen to make it so difficult and painful.that i the bigining of the hajj journey you make buddawa.don’t use panama travel for ever.and pass this message to all of your Muslim brothers don’t waste your money and time with Panama travel.brother Yaseen’s has lies to us on most of the occasions during the hajj.he has got no clue about the importance of the hajj he is a business man who knows how to make the money.we have paid £7000 for hajj pakge.you can perform the hajj journey from Pakistan 350 lacks which about £3500 in uk money.l blame myself that we believe everything what ever travel agent tell you and you don’t make any effort to get more information from different travel agent and we pay them straight away without any explanation that I this hajj package what are the facilities and what will be your role during the journey of hajj and it can be helpful for a hajji during the journey of the hajj.

Disgusting the way Panama looted so many Pilgrims who have been saving all their life to go on hajj. From the word go they service were zero rated every step of the way. I would never ever recommend Panama.
