Alhamdullilah we had the best experience for our first trip with Ibadah Tours to Al Aqsa. Everything about our trip was smooth. We enjoyed being guided by Sheikh Saleh who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the holy land. We stayed in Hashimi Hotel which has one of the best views of Al Aqsa and the food was spectacular. The staff are wonderful and make the stay even better. We would like to say thank you to brother Ali for all his guidance and for making this a memorable trip. For anyone hesitating to book please don’t be. From the moment you book to the moment you land back home, Ibadah tours/brother Ali is with you all the way. We InshaAllah hope to go again with Ibadah Tours.

This was my first Umrah in over 25 years, and I went with my wife and three teenagers. Ibadah Tours made the whole experience smooth and memorable from start to finish. Communication was excellent; we received a full itinerary in advance covering flight details, daily schedules, ziyaarat, hotel details, salah times, and practical tips, which made things so much easier to plan as a family. The pre-Umrah seminar was also really helpful in preparing us spiritually and practically before we travelled. The package itself was well thought out; it was planned so we could experience Jumu’ah in both Harams, and the hotel locations were ideal, literally less than five minutes from the Haram. The affordability and option to pay in instalments was also a big plus. The ziyaraat were a highlight for me. Shaykh Yusuf Zahaby the shaykh leading us was incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring, the way he connected the landmarks with our Islamic history made it very moving and gave real depth to the trip. He also took time to answer people’s questions, which everyone appreciated. The last day included a trip to a date farm, with a final reminder from the shaykh and brothers and sisters sharing their experiences. A special mention to Brother Aidrous, our tour leader, who looked after the group throughout. He kept the atmosphere fun and uplifting, while also being there to sort out any issues quickly. He also organised a horse riding, archery and Go-Karting experience in Madinah, which the whole group loved. He brought the group together and helped build a brotherhood. Overall, I’m really glad I chose Ibadah Tours. They combined organisation with warmth, and helped make this Umrah a very special experience for me and my family. Definitely recommend them for those looking for a group to do Umrah with. Alhamdulillah wa TabarakAllah.

Beautiful trip with no fear except Almighty ALLAH’S. Such a wonderful experience after MAKKAH and Madina, nothing like that. This is the trip I want to do again and again and IBADAH TOURS made it possible with ease with brother Ali and Sheikh Saleh’s exceptional guidance May ALLAH reward them accordingly for their superb efforts AAMMEENN. After years of being messed around by other tour agents, we booked Al-Aqsa with Ibadah tours and not only did they deliver, but exceeded our expectations beyond imagine! Brother Ali is so knowledgeable, kind, caring, and funny. He made the whole tour group feel comfortable and like a family travelling together. He was patient, calm and went above and beyond to ensure we all were safe and got the best out of our trip. This trip brought our family closer to each other, closer to our religion, as well as connect us with our brothers and sister in Islam from the UK and in Jerusalem. We learned so much about Islam and its history. Eternally grateful and wish Ibadah tours nothing but the best. Having visited Al Aqsa with the May 2025 tour group, I can only describe the experience as life changing. Words cannot describe the feeling of setting your gaze on Al Aqsa for the first time and the serenity within its walls. The team at Ibadah tours are extremely passionate and professional. I booked the July 2023 Aqsa tour with Ibadah, and I can honestly say one of the best decisions I have made. I was a bit reluctant to go to Aqsa because of what I had seen on the news and social media, especially travelling alone as a 35 year old male. However, Ibadah tours were on hand to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of confidence before booking. From the airport until the end Ibadah provided an exceptional service. The three tour guides brother Ali, brother Aidarus and the friendly local superhero Sheikh Saleh were the perfect mix of seriousness, information and humour making the tour an absolute enjoyment even during the more longer, busier days. You really feel you are with a family and Ibadah really provide an experience of a lifetime. Not only that they value their customers safety and with the tour guides around I felt I had nothing to worry about at all making my trip all the more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ibadah tours and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to go Aqsa or anywhere else for that matter.
