The garbage wasn't picked up for two days. The TV was 15 years old with no remote, and the air conditioner remote was out of batteries. The best thing about this hotel is location. It is located opposite to Kabotar Chowk on ibrahim khalil road very close to haram pak just 4-5 minutes walk to reach inside haram. Good for families with children and old age people. Rooms are too small that you can’t open your luggage easily. Washrooms are also tiny but are comfortably usable. Lifts are also available and are reasonable. It’s not a luxury option but good for those who want to live in economy near haram pak and can easily go there for all prayers. Service is not good. I must say it’s a self service accommodation where you have to do your own. They do room service after 3-4 days so you have to maintain your room yourself. A small refrigerator is available in room and it was working properly. You must carry your Kettle and towels with you if you’re planning to stay here. Many restaurants are near by the hotel and you can find many options for food. Ac is good. Beds were small but they were good and clean to sleep. Check in time is 4:00 pm Read less

The rooms were dirty, with stained bedding and unclean bathrooms. It was clear that housekeeping standards were either non-existent or completely neglected. The staff behavior was equally unacceptable. The team was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the stay even more frustrating. The receptionist, Aktarujjaman, stood out for his rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of resolving issues, he was argumentative and showed no respect for guests. The overall environment felt chaotic, with no sense of organization or care for customer satisfaction. This is not what one expects when visiting a holy city like Medina, where hospitality should reflect the city’s significance. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There was only a bed and no basic things like a mobile charging socket. The furniture was broken, and the bathroom fittings were in bad shape. The room was not cleaned every day, which was disappointing. The service was very poor, and the staff didn’t seem to care about helping guests. Room was full with fleece , we stayed 4 nights and not once we had r service, I agree it’s a budget hotel but isn’t cleanliness a big part of our religion ? my airwave was blocked up, I had constant cough , my old mother was bed bound, we stayed at room 313, please my dear brothers and sisters, spend a little more so at least you can do your Ibadat properly, soon as I checked out from that dump alhamdullillah I can breath better but something is totally wrong in that hotel. The backside rooms in one of which I stayed had no views. Good quality rooms. Have three lifts. The surrounding areas have food outlets, souvenir shops, dates and sweets shops. Did enjoy the stay due to its proximity to the mosque. Read less
