I stayed at the Infinity Hotel with my mother during Hajj, and overall, our experience was disappointing.
Food: Breakfast was always the same with no buffet option. Meals were served in pre-packed boxes with no variety. The salad, for example, was given to elderly guests in large, uncut pieces and full of raw onions — clearly lacking care and attention. For a hotel catering to pilgrims during such an important journey, this was unacceptable.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping only came to empty the bins. Rooms were not cleaned unless we specifically asked, and even then, a tip was expected in return for proper service. This level of service should be standard, not conditional.
Location: The location is not bad — it’s not too far from the Haram, but do keep in mind that the walk involves an uphill slope, which can be tiring for elderly guests.
Overall, I expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality during such an important spiritual trip. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the experience for future pilgrims.

The pillows and bed is so bad really had a trouble to sleep on it , breakfast and service is disaster . We had check out time at 3pm however since 12pm deferent housekeeping staff was keep coming and asking to check out immediately , surely they have worst communication with each other. There are in same area better hotels for the same price per night . Don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel if you want to have comfortable stay during your Umrah .

I don't know why this place has many negative reviews. It's not really like those negative reviews. The room service team was good. The rooms were clean. 10-15 mins walk from Masjid al haram. The return walking would be slightly challenging as it's a upward hill. Other than that everything is fine. Over-all a very good experience.

***NOT 5 STARS – Barely 2!***
This hotel is a disaster, not 5* quality. Charger plugs are blocked with plastic, no toiletries are restocked, and the "breakfast" is just bland grass and eggs. Elevators are super slow.Cockroaches roam the rooms like paying guests, everything smells awful, lighting is dim, and the shower is so tiny. The wifi in rooms also doesn’t work.
No room service either—five nights, no clean-up. Only book if you don’t care about comfort or food and just want a hotel close to Al-Haram. But be warned—the hotel is on a steep hill so walking back is brutal. Avoid this place!

Horrible - other than the location, which is excellent if you're able to walk (12minutes away from the Haram).
We were told this was a 5-star hotel. The only stars we saw were the stains on the carpets of our room. The carpet of the room was dirty, and the second we walked in, we smelt a very weird smell. Luckily, we had a scented spray with us to disguise the horrible smell.
We stayed for 5 days, we didn't have Internet. I called them 3 times and they kept giving me the same wrong password and insisted it's the correct one, until finally one of them was decent enough to tell me the truth that their Internet has the capacity for 30 people only! 30 people: in a hotel that has 15 floors, and God knows how many rooms. If you just want a place to put your things at and not bothered by anything else then I'd recommend this place because of its prime location, its close to the Haram and a lot of the shops but other than that, don't bother booking there.

The lobby was beautiful; but the 5* luxury experience ends there. Before we even got in the lobby, we smelt a lingering sewer stench that was potent. This was on route to haram, which means we smelt it multiple times daily. 8 small elevators, 25 floors; horrible experience. The wifi details were placed at reception, which was convenient, but it did not work-anywhere. The 5 star breakfast buffet was barely basic. The highlight was the pastry section and even that did not have much variety. There were no fruit, yogurts, toasters, omelettes, cereals... which is the bare minimum atleast. The drinks and toiletries in our guad rooms were not sufficient for 4 people. When asked for more the housekeeping simply did not return. Anytime you ring reception for anything, they would respond 'okay' and that's all. We don't hear from them again. It took several attempts to get a bellboy to come and collect our luggage. They would hang up on us and respond aggressively time and time again. They were incredibly stingy with water bottles and toilet paper. The water pressure in the sink and shower hose was a joke. The housekeeping made our beds, and that's about it. On my last day I asked them for some disposable tea cups and they said no, because we were due to checkout in the evening. I bought a bag of snacks for my kids which also mysteriously disappeared from my room. Housekeeping claimed they didn't even see it. This hotel is no way 5 star. If you want a pleasant stay and enjoy your spiritual journey in Makkah then do not come here. It will only put a downer on your trip. The staff did not even understand yes/no in English. They would simply say okay to everything and leave it at that. It was infuriating.

I understand we're in a Arabic speaking country but for a hotel with international guests, someone who speaks English would be helpful.
The reception staff look bored and disinterested.
Only good this the location.
Wifi was very slow and sketchy.

A firealarm went off at 2:00 am on 4th floor. I took stairs to reach reception and inquire about it. The only staffmember there was like its fine, all is okay. He said this in a very unconvincing manner and unhelpful attitude. On being asked again, he be like 'i dont know english'. These arabs especially meccan ppl are rude, arrogant. I understand a firealarm must be a test routine or false one. But at least give a beforehand notification or now give a satisfying explanation so that guests can go back to sleep peacefully.

When I first arrived at Infinity hotel in Makka it was right before me and my family went to umrah. We were 5 people in 1 room we requested more beds. We came back and the beds were not there the A.C. was not working. Later we got into another room, we slept woke up and left to visit places Makka. Before we left we told housekeeping to clean our room twice, we came back and the room was very messy. We called them to come and clean they never came. Overall it was not the best experience I don't recommend it. The room was not tidied up after the first day of staying there we had to request multiple times to clean up. A ‘5-star’ hotel staff should clean the room when the customers put up the sign on the door, the A.C. Should work before people arrive the least they can do is improve the staff. The food was okay. They should improve, the only decent thing is the room and the fact you can walk to Haram. Other than that I’d not stay here.

It is a great and very convenient hotel. The food is nice and they have different dishes everyday. It is a walking distance till the Haram. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable, they do need some improvements but out of every other hotel nearby, Infinity Hotel is probably the best option.

- When doing online booking, the booking request was accepted, though, I explicitly mentioned that I'll check in Early Morning.
When entered the hotel the staff won't let me check in before 4 PM.
- The reception staff only speaks Arabic and don't know any other language which made the communication very difficult until you find some one with a common language as a translator.

Our recent stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay despite having already settled the bill through Booking.com, which was an unusual and inconvenient start.
The bathroom in our room had a persistent, unpleasant odor from the drain and toilet. The sink only provided scalding hot water, posing a safety concern for children. Breakfast was consistently stale, limited, and lacked freshness.
The hotel receptionists, particularly Baitool, were unprofessional and unhelpful, demonstrating a clear lack of customer service.
The sole redeeming quality of this hotel is its excellent location, being just a 10-15 minute walk from Masjid Nabwi.

Room bathroom smells horrible. There is no air ventilation that works. Hygiene is poor. Service has been slow. Receptionists does not show professionalism, and when you ask or tell them something, they laugh and do not help. The restaurant has no fresh food, and they do not replenish food when the trays are finished. I would not stay here again. There are no security tags for baggage.

The key selling point of this hotel is the name of Hazrat Usman. However the overall experience here is very average. The room was very small, the overall look and feel of the room was workout, washroom was also just clean. Reception picks up phone at will so there is mostly no access to room service.
The hotel is still sold out however for the amount they charge the value being offered is not much. Booked through booking. Com where the reviews were above average however the experience won't give this place a recommendation....

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My brother forgot his key card, so I brought it with me while I was out. When he couldn’t reach me, he went to reception to ask for another key — but they refused to give him one. Instead, they just went up and opened the door for him. This felt humiliating — after paying nearly £100 per night, you’d expect a bit more consideration and basic service.
On top of that, the room’s electricity only works when the key card is in the slot, which meant my brother had no power while waiting for me and had to rely on a portable charger. The water pressure in the bathroom was also extremely low, making it hard to take a proper shower.
For the price we’re paying, this kind of lack of consideration and inconvenience is unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend — there are better places for the money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The hotel and rooms are lovely, and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay. The cleaners and other staff were really nice and welcoming, which made me feel at ease.
However, my experience at check-in was extremely frustrating. The receptionists and the people working at the till were absolutely terrible. When I arrived, they claimed I didn’t have a booking and made me wait around. Even after showing them my booking confirmation and payment, they insisted that someone had taken my key and that I was part of a group—though I had no group leader and wasn’t traveling with anyone. They couldn’t seem to make up their minds and kept giving me conflicting stories.
The young lady at the till, who was wearing a hijab, was particularly unhelpful, insisting on things that weren’t true. After a while, I decided to contact my travel agency, and once they reached out to the hotel, the staff suddenly gave me the keys right away—without any real apology or explanation. The staff at the tills were rude, arrogant, and made the check-in process far more stressful than it needed to be. It was a shame because the rest of the hotel was great.
In short, if you’re planning to stay here, just be prepared for a potentially frustrating check-in experience, but once you're past that, it’s a nice place with lovely staff elsewhere.
We have an extensive experience in Umrah and Ziyarah tours since 2006. Since that time Alhamdulillah we have been providing our services for tours regularly.
Our aim is to provide the best service for Umrah and Ziyarah with the reasonable pricing which suits even people with the average budgets. We will be honest and fair in our pricing and we don’t believe in swindling the customers with the name Umrah and Hajj. As we hear often about Hajj frauds and it was in high lights sometimes ago. And in the consequence British government stepped in and formed some groups, organisations to tackle the issue.
