Food was the biggest let down, other than that this Hotel was pretty Okay. It's a 20 min walk distance from Masjid Al Haram. Rooms are clean! Inside looks nice, I wish their buffet had better tasting food, it might be great tasting for others that do not like any spices/salt. Has a pretty decent market place as well. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was unacceptable on every level — the staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and at times even rude. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. The food was by far the worst part of the experience. Most of the dishes were barely edible — poorly cooked, lacked any flavor, and in some cases This was definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay. They provide room service and anything you need within few minutes. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel. Literally few minutes walk to Masjid Al Nabawi SAW and many general stores and cafes around. Don’t forget to try the best Spanish latte at Java cafe😊 located at the hotel corner.
