Update: I have to update my review to reflect what happened after hajj, they decreased the number of buses significantly without considering the number of visitors still staying in the hotel, resulted in long waiting times for buses to come and waiting your turn or keep standing the whole time, this turned the movement to el haram to nightmare specially that haram gate is now shared with people of another hotels and you have to stay in same line with them. Although i was planning to consider the hotel for umrah later, but after this experience i will certainly look for another hotel near to haram as i can't guarantee the buses availability and timing. The hotel is very nice, rooms are excellent. Room service needs to be improved, it is the first time to stay in a hotel where i have to request room service when needed, and i have to specify what they are required to do, and sometimes when i request 3-4 actions, some of them are done and some don't. We stayed for 2 weeks with almost the same food everyday, but they started introducing new staff after 2 weeks. Read less

Inside looks nice, I wish their buffet had better tasting food, it might be great tasting for others that do not like any spices/salt. Has a pretty decent market place as well. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was unacceptable on every level — the staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and at times even rude. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. The food was by far the worst part of the experience. Most of the dishes were barely edible — poorly cooked, lacked any flavor, and in some cases This was definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay. It is a 5 to 6 mins walk to the closet gate. There are 3 lifts in the hotel, of which only 2 work, and even those 2 are so slow that most of our stay we used the stairs. Rooms are cleaned after 3 days. The sewarge line runs through the room, and you could hear every time someone uses their toilet, and it would smell so bad sometimes. There is no room service, so you have to go down to the reception every time there is an issue or you need something. The hotel is so noisy. The guests that come in groups make so much noise, and the hotel management does not do anything about it. There is no kettle in the room so do bring yours. Read less
