One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure Read less

If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!! Read less

The rooms smell of cigarettes and the pillows and bedcovers are just dirty, they don't give a nice feel at all. The pillows are too hard aswell I was literally using the extra blanket in the room as a pillow for the 8 days I stayed here. The entire room smelt of cigarettes despite asking for assistance from staff. We asked to change rooms yet there was the same situation. The bathroom was horrible with mould marks everywhere. Clearly nothing has been cleaned before we came in because the floors and the doors were very dirty. The shower was absolutely disgusting, the water kept falling out everywhere. The toilet seat broke which we had to call housekeeping for and yet there was issues with it. Hygiene levels need to be improved immediately as we felt very uncomfortable from the very beginning. There is very limited supply of products. In a 4 guest bedroom, they only provide one toilet tissue and when asked for more they always get very hesitant. We requested a room change due to a strong fishy smell in the first room, only to be moved to another room where we experienced the bed bug infestation. If cleanliness, comfort, and decent service matter to you, avoid this hotel at all costs. While the location is convenient, nothing else about this place is worth the stay. Our quad room was spacious, clean and new looking. We were greeted with juices and check in was swift. We were also given complimentary fruit platter on arrival. I thought it was a one time thing only but they delivered another fruit platter to our room two days later again which was a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We got our rooms cleaned whenever we wanted. The breakfast buffet was really lovely too. They have live egg station but no pancakes one. Although pan cakes and french toasts are available in buffet everyday. Karak tea was being offered by a very friendly waiter everyday who made friends with my teenage son and made sure my mum got hot tea every morning. The customer relation desk lady (forgot the name) used to call us on our room telephone to check up on us every day and to see if we needed anything.
