Good location to the haram in Ramadhan, about 10mins walk. Hotel was spacious, staff very friendly. Cleaning staff, Faizul Rahman, was very attentive. Would regular get call from reception to make sure everything was OK. We were given a room with 4 beds, there was only 3 of us. It meant we had lots of space. Our room was on the road side so there was noise from the traffic, especially the buses. But we too tired most of the time to notice. Beds were comfortable. Room had fridge, kettle, etc, all in working order. Bathroom had toiletries. Never had issue with using the lifts, there much have been at least 12 lifts in the lobby.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. One of the most shocking experiences was witnessing the security guard shouting at an elderly guest. He was extremely rude and aggressive, showing no respect whatsoever. It was disturbing and completely unacceptable behavior.
Housekeeping was also highly unprofessional. They entered our room without knocking or waiting for permission. Even worse, they insisted we write a positive review of the hotel on their behalf. I felt pressured and uncomfortable – that’s not how reviews should work.
As for the food, the Indonesian menu was the same every single day. There was no variety at all, and after the first day, it just became boring. It felt like no real effort was made to offer a proper dining experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful service or a comfortable stay. I hope the management seriously reconsiders how they train their staff and treat their guests.

Spent 3 nights in Ramadan 2025 in room no 102.
Could hear traffic sounds in the room at all times of the day. Couldn’t get sound sleep due to this.
No space in the room to keep bags or offer salaah.
4 bedded room where there is no space for the fourth person to get on/off the bed.
Shower area doesn’t have a platform to keep soap/shampoo so we had to keep the soap on the floor.
There’s no support handle for the elders in the shower area.
We came across cockroaches in the bathroom and our room door wooden panels.
The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk to the mosque depending on your speed.
Hotel is clean and staff is courteous.

Far from haram and the road there is rough and uncomfortable especially for elderly people. The room needs small repairs here and there but overall quite clean. There were 4 beds in our room, 2beds were comfortable but the other 2 were smaller and uncomfortable. There were only 2 of us but I'd feel bad for people who stay 4 per room. Amenities were minimal. Bathroom was nice. Food was okay. Staffs were kind especially the restaurant staffs. Overall the experience was okay and they try very hard to accommodate waves and waves of guests but it's not a typical 4 star hotel quality in my opinion. Maybe 3 at most. Don't have very high expectations and you should be fine.

Our hotel booking was canceled and this hotel was the only one we found. It’s on Ajyad Road in front of Shohada Hotel and it’s mainly for group trips especially from Indonesia, and is around 700 m from Al Haram. It’s 20 storeys high, each with 50 rooms, having 1 double and 3 single beds. The rooms are not very clean: the bathroom, the carpet and we found bugs in the bed that looked like tiny cockroaches. They don’t clean the rooms and the housekeeping just knock on the door to collect daily garbage and replenish toilet paper if we request it. Overall it’s mediocre and we wouldn’t stay there again unless we’re stranded.

The hotel have over-capacity problem. It needs 30-40 minutes to wait for the elevator/lift because too many people are queueing. At one point the lift was broken and could not function. The staffs need to improve on hospitality, I called receptionist/housekeeping to ask for wifi and they rudely turn off the phone. Walking distance from masjidil haram. Room facility is okay, you get soap and shampoo. In some rooms there are bathub and hair dryer. It is missing hot water pot, teeth brush, and fridge (there was a fridge on my room but it was broken). The room for 4 people is quite small. Overall, they need to fix thr elevator or limit it guests.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with tidy and well-maintained furniture. The staff are absolutely wonderful — all of them were helpful, especially Mr. Nawaf, Mr. Firas, and the lovely lady at the reception. The location is very close to the Haram and conveniently near both the men’s and women’s gates. The Eid celebration was truly special and enjoyable. The price is very reasonable, the beds are comfortable, and extra pillows are provided. However, the kettle in one of the rooms we rented had some tea residue in it, which suggests it was used to make tea and wasn’t cleaned properly.
I also forgot my pillow in the room, and when I contacted them, they had it wrapped and ready for me to pick up again in less than half an hour.
The elevators are a bit small and slow.

An Exceptional Stay Just Steps from Haram Gate 326
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Madinah, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is one of its standout features — it is just a very short and comfortable walk to Masjidun Nabawi. Whether you're heading there for Fajr or any other prayer, the convenience of being so close cannot be overstated. It truly enhances the spiritual experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth highlighting. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, and the overall hygiene standards were clearly a top priority for the management.
Equally impressive was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with luggage, providing directions, or simply offering a warm greeting. Their hospitality made the stay feel even more special and comfortable.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and serene, aligning perfectly with the spiritual nature of the trip. Whether you're coming for Umrah or simply visiting Madinah, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent service, and high standard of cleanliness. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location is very convenient and the price really beats other 5 star hotels. But the highlight were the staff. From the check in receptionist whom I had forgotten her name who did here best to accommodate me and check me in smoothly with great attitude and a smile on her face 😊 And the house keeping staff especially Nabikul who did an amazing job going out of his way to keep my room tidy and clean and great gentleman as well. Top lad 👍

This is a 3.5 star hotel at best.
Stayed here with my family and relatives.
Average rooms, not very big. Service is ok. Very busy during Ramadan. 3 lifts which is not enough when busy.
Food is average. Lots of choice but not greatest quality.
Best thing about the hotel - brilliant location. Very close to the haram. Close to the gates and literally 1 minute walk and you are inside the mosque area.
Also close to shops and Bin-Dawud for grocery shopping etc.
Great if you have females or young children as the woman's section is close by and my sons were able to walk back to the hotel in the evening themselves.
I stayed here twice during Ramadan and would stay again - mainly due to the location.

Our experience at Emaar Elite Al Madina was truly outstanding. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits.
The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Despite reaching the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, Basma at the front desk, accommodated us immediately, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
Housekeeping was also top-notch, with a special mention to Abdul Kareem and Abd Razak, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah!

Just spent a few days in medina. The location was spot on. However, the staff at reception was rude. With poor English, communication was difficult. They ignored request to remove excess beds from my room. My room had 4 single beds for me and my wife. Eventually it was done by a cleaner. Breakfast was poor Quran’s repetitive.
The worst was the bathroom, the shower tray is made of normal tiles. The bathroom keeps flooding after every shower.
The window outside was full of pigeon droppings probably not cleaned for months.

The hotel location. Is the best thing about it,just in front of haram and 2 min walk, the garage is a disaster in terms of design and capacity, it takes only 20-30 cars and the rooms are 100!!!!!! And it is the smallest garage i ever saw in my life!! The rooms were ok, a bit small but ok, the bathroom need some renovations, people who work there were nice and tried to help, but when we asked for room cleanup they said after 5 pm!! Anyway i would say it was acceptable experience

I have emailed them two times confirming that my credit card is valid , I have even used another valid credit card!!
Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience to cancel my reservation only 20 days before my travel which enforced me to make a new reservation in another hotel with higher rates.
Shame on you.

I think the hotel catered for Malaysian and Indonesian ppl. Breakfast is appalling . You get only toast and eggs only they run out of butter sometimes cheese. They don't even give a proper plates or cutlery to eat. Everything is plastics. The room is very small for quad room, the 4th bed is a folding bed and the pillow is so hard like a rock and the mattresses aren't comfortable, it's very difficult to sleep. The shower is horrible, no soap dishes or toothbrush holders. I have to used a plastic cup to put my toothbrush in. the water goes every where as its an open shower when you showered. The cleaners doesn't clean your room or the change your bedsheets or give you clean towels unless you ask them. The reviews on Google doesn't not seem accurate as I have seen many ppl complained about the hotel management. Do not stay in that hotel unless you are Indonesian or Malaysian ppl.

Horrible experience. The staff was unfriendly and uncooperative. Every room has some or the other problem. The wifi and the washroom weren’t working properly in the first room we checked in. The telephone wasn’t working in the alternate room they gave us and the washroom was very dirty. They don’t have a luggage trolly either to carry our luggage. They are extremely short staffed with just 2-3 bell boys. A 13 storey building but they have only 4 elevators that become extremely crowded during salah time and we had to wait around 10-15 min just for the elevator. There are better hotels out there so please spend your money wisely.

I recently returned from an Umrah trip booked through One Call Travel, and I am filled with gratitude for the experience. One Call Travel helped make this spiritual journey seamless and stress-free. Brother Yaseen booked everything for us including the transfers and Ziyarah's. Throughout the journey, Brother Yaseen provided us with the spiritual guidance and the knowledge needed to complete our Umrah and make the most of our trip.
The hotels were comfortable and conveniently located close to both Mosques which was ideal for us with a young child.
The support provided throughout the trip allowed us to improve our knowledge and make memories that me and my family will never forget. I highly recommend One Call Travel to anyone planning their Umrah. Their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction made this a truly blessed and memorable experience.

Our Umrah journey with Brother Yasin was truly exceptional, exceeding all our expectations. From the moment we booked, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the pdf booklets, information and zoom meeting . They meticulously planned every aspect of the trip, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. The accommodations they selected were of a high standard, providing comfort and convenience.
What truly set them apart was the thoughtful integration of educational and spiritual elements. The guided tours of the holy sites were not just sightseeing excursions; they were profound learning experiences, deepening our understanding of Islamic history and significance. The insightful Islamic talks delivered by knowledgeable Brother Yasin were equally enriching, fostering a sense of spiritual growth and reflection. These sessions were perfectly timed and tailored to enhance our connection to the sacred journey.
The entire itinerary was well-paced, allowing us ample time for personal prayers and reflection. Brother Yasin's responsiveness and willingness to address any concerns were commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being, demonstrating genuine care and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend OneCall Travels to anyone seeking a truly transformative Umrah experience.

OneCall provided invaluable guidance, support and assistance from start to the very end, they made my first Umrah trip straightforward and memorable with lots of new insight and information gained.
I would describe the service provided as premium/luxury, from the customer service to the transportation and accommodations.
Before the trip:
Booking process was really straightforward and brochure with the package price was clear and up front.
The Zoom briefing sessions before the trip was helpful and informative and helped me prepare for Umrah, providing practical advice and spiritual benefits of Umrah.
We were provided with pdf guidance with breakdown of the trip and all the duas we needed at the various stages, airline tickets, branded string draw bags, lanyards and luggage belts with the company logo ahead of the trip.
During the trip:
We were greeted at the airport by Yasin/Tajul bhai and from then were taken on the plane to Saudi and then our hotel together as a group with a luxury coach as transport.
Yasin & Tajul bhai were on hand the whole trip, available to provide guidance, questions and assistance.
We were taken on various guided tours, Ziyara had nightly seminars as a group where we were provided with information on the various stages of Umrah and places of significance.
Umrah:
We did Umrah as a group and was led by Yasin/Tajul bhai, with continuous updates provided and communications on what to expect and when.
We planned to do Umrah as a group and to the best of their abilities, most of the group was able to stick together and be led step by step. They went above and beyond in extenuating circumstances to make sure the group was safe and performed Umrah to the best of our abilities.
Bonus:
The group leaders were able to negotiate good prices on our behalf for services and good such as laundry service, ZamZam water and Ajwa Ahlia dates. They also provided information on where best to east/shop etc.
Provided a positive atmosphere and setting where it was encouraged to speak to others in the group and build a feeling of familiarity.
The group felt really supported and cared for/looked after.
The group leaders made themselves available throughout the whole trip, interacted and checked in on the individual families in the group constantly throughout.
I personal enjoyed all the enrichment activities such as visiting the date farm when the prophet (pbuh) planted date trees (ajwa ahlia), the interactive museum on the foot of Mount Hira with information on the prophet(pbuh) as well as showing us the locations of the various Hajj rituals.
Seminars, talks, guidance and information was provided in both English and (shudho/syhleti) Bengali- most of the group I was in were Bengali and majority were English speakers.
I would recommend this service which stretches beyond typical airline/hotel bookings and provided an all round support for all aspects of the trip.
In this group we had a mixed bag of families with young children, babies, teenagers, elderly in wheelchairs as well as single individuals and couples. I would recommend this service for all age ranges.
