Update: I have to update my review to reflect what happened after hajj, they decreased the number of buses significantly without considering the number of visitors still staying in the hotel, resulted in long waiting times for buses to come and waiting your turn or keep standing the whole time, this turned the movement to el haram to nightmare specially that haram gate is now shared with people of another hotels and you have to stay in same line with them. Although i was planning to consider the hotel for umrah later, but after this experience i will certainly look for another hotel near to haram as i can't guarantee the buses availability and timing. The hotel is very nice, rooms are excellent. Room service needs to be improved, it is the first time to stay in a hotel where i have to request room service when needed, and i have to specify what they are required to do, and sometimes when i request 3-4 actions, some of them are done and some don't. We stayed for 2 weeks with almost the same food everyday, but they started introducing new staff after 2 weeks. Read less

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was unacceptable on every level — the staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and at times even rude. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. The food was by far the worst part of the experience. Most of the dishes were barely edible — poorly cooked, lacked any flavor, and in some cases This was definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Very clean and nice hotel. It is on the last row of hotels behind the masjid. It is close for women's and men's sections as men can go right and men can go right. There are many shops around the hotel with a launderette just next door and lots of food places. Only 4 to 3 min walk to the masjid Al nabawi. Staff were very friendly. Lifts were a bit slow especially in ramadhan but there are 6 lifts so this speeds things up. Reception is very big and open and it always smells nice. The atmosphere is very happy and airy. cleaners are hard working and clean well but you do have to bug them to come. Standard rooms, not massive. My parent already had amazing experience of this hotel so we choose this hotel again in ramadan but this time we were 4 persons so we book a room for 4. The room they have given us was same as they are giving for 2 person. 2 guys can’t even stand at the same time. Side tables were putted in the wardrobe to make space for beds. Carpet was extremely dirty. No towel were given on first day. In ramadan season the staff don’t even listen your complaints. Only positive was the location. Plan your stay according to it. Read less

The hotel rooms for a triple sleeper is very small.The rooms we received were infront of the lifts we had people knocking at the door and running away ,lots of noise ,very dirty bathrooms they were not cleaned the entire stay . The toilet and bathroom was in terrible condition the sink in the bathroom was missing a stopper so you could see through. The reception was friendly however we had a leaking bathroom and the room was never changed .you given the Run around come later eventually we gave up. Towels and getting a lift was a huge problem. Breakfast was terrible.I cannot understand how agents book this hotel and how is has a 4 star rating its a 2 star hotel.No iron or ironing boards. No top up on anything water,tea stuff,towels shower and bathroom items. We had to ask for everything and it took very long to get the same. Many thanks to bell boys and concierge teams. Suitcases and check-in checkout was smooth. Hotel is at a good location for families and sisters in particular as it's behind the masjid. Rooms are small. Triple room seem to be twin room with an extra bed added making it squashed and no room to place luggage under the beds. We didn't book breakfast as it's just too basic and not worth the money. Read less

1 star hotel, very crowded rooms. Rooms are very small 2 people cannot walk around the same time. The bathroom has shower screen or glass around the shower water covers the entire room. Tiles falling off the walls. Location is close to gate 338 ladies entrance. Close to the masjid a 5 min walk. Lifts. Might as well not be there. Waiting time for the lifts are absurd and it's normally very crowded. Stairs are the easier option AC works but dirty smoke smells comes through the vent. Wouldn't recommended. Read less
