One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure Read less

If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!! Read less

Full board stay for the guests would come up with buffets breakfast, lunch & dinner. Inside the room is available mini-kitchen for tea, room fridge which contains biscuits, chocolates, water & juice bottles etc. Cupboards with prayer mat, bathroom shoes, safe for money, precious items are also available. Inside room are sufficient plugs for using charging of mobiles, table and chair and comfortable chairs to sit in the room. Large LCD to view more than 100 channels was also provided. Beds were very cozy in the air-conditioned room and table lamps around the beds for night use could be seen. Outside view from the window was amazing especially at night when visitors are coming to Prophets Mosque to perform rituals. Check-in time is late 4.00pm we received one room before 3.00 while other room by 4.45pm as the other guest left the room only by 3.50!! We request iron for one room and they bring fast, next day we request for other room and they keep saying not available or we will bring but till last day we didn't see the iron. One room air-condition keep leaking water which makes the stay bit uncomfortable. Elevators system needs to be enhanced as you have to click on different ones and keep looking between them to know which one will come. The mentioned points are things which they need to look on. Boiler was in the ceiling of the bathroom and leak was very bad, could not pray !, Our bathrooms kept flooding with delayed help or assistance from the hotel team. 2. The rooms are incomplete; Service was good but plumbers/ cleaners were so busy! 3. The breakfast was very very so poor, prices too high especially in Ramadan, cheap to buy from outside. I started to eat from outside. 4. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but not worth living with that much disturbance. 5. Guest relation officer is very good with good English communication but when to help/ support she may not have the power to do so or things are very delayed. 6. This hotel was such a decent hotel compared to others i have stayed in previous years. The location is central to local food shacks, food shops, coffee shops. The walk to haram is not that far. If your going out then you can walk out the hotel and catch a cab as you have the main road there which is useful. The rooms were clean, shower was amazing. All amenities were provided within the room. We were even given a fruit plate whilst we were out so that was a nice gesture. The staff were really good in terms of cleaning the room, emptying our bins and topping us up with water bottles. We were based on the 12th floor which had 4 beds. The space was so ideal as I had a toddler so she could play. I would certainly choose to stay here again for sure. Read less
