Breakfast at the Zamzam Buffet was a highlight of my stay. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the service from the waitstaff was excellent. The dining area was spotless, and the team maintained a high level of hygiene while being friendly and welcoming throughout. The lobby was a bit crowded at times, but it’s understandable given the hotel’s prime location and popularity. However, the complimentary station of snacks and drinks in the lobby was a fantastic touch. A big thanks to the chef and the team for this thoughtful gesture. it truly enhanced the experience. The hotel's location is superb, with only a 5-minute walk to the Masjid al-Haram gate, making it extremely convenient for performing Umrah. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Rofiq ,Tofazzul, and Saiful Islam , the housekeeping staff member, who stood out for his exceptional warmth and hospitality. I truly appreciated the service provided by Rofiq and the rest of the staff. The hotel rooms were also spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during my stay. The facilities provided were comprehensive and adequate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ajyad Makareem Makkah hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay again on my next Umrah journey. The rooms are old, the common areas aren’t very clean, and the reception is chaotic—I waited almost an hour for my room. There’s no parking, the bathrooms smell bad when using water. At breakfast, flies are all around you while eating. For the high price, I deeply regret not choosing the Hyatt Regency next door, which looked much better for a similar rate. However, I would like to suggest that the management provide more staff to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. When I checked out, I requested assistance three times, but unfortunately, no one came to help. This was quite inconvenient, especially for guests with heavy luggage.
