Unprofessional and Rude Service I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Euro Africa, particularly with an agent named Osman. Instead of offering helpful advice, Osman spoke with a blatant attitude and was outright rude. His condescending tone and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. Rather than assisting me with my travel queries, he chose to insult my way of thinking, which is shocking for someone in a customer-facing role. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is appalling. I expect professionalism, not arrogance and rudeness from a travel agency. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Euro Africa to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more respectful and competent service. If this is how they treat clients, they clearly have no interest in maintaining customer relationships. Read less

We worked with our agents to establish what types of things we were interested in Kenya,put together an itinerary we then made some alterations to, and the rest was seamless! The communication throughout the trip was great, the instructions were easily connected .The quality of the tours, hotels, etc. were also great and the prices remained extremely reasonable.
