I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. just a 15 minute walk to Haram Shareef, which made everything very convenient. It's a big hotel with all the essential amenities. One of the best things is that there are several good restaurants right downstairs and a grocery store nearby for anything you might need. Overall it is a comfortable and hassle free experience. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, location is super great. 10 minutes walk and you will be infront of gate 114. There are 24/7 shuttle buses that drop you to jarwal bus station. However, we stayed with a baby and it was a hassle to get on the bus. Because people are so inconsiderate that they don’t offer you a seat if you are standing while holding the baby. Moreover, If you leave the haram right after any salah for example isha then it will be very difficult to walk towards hotel or bus stop due to crowd and street vendors occupying most of the space on the roads. Therefore, we always waited half an hour after isha salah and then walked towards hotel. (That was after eid)
Regarding our stay, we were four adults, one baby. Check-in wasn’t smooth, had to wait for an hour to get the keys. Rooms are just ok, probably its time for some renovations. Right after check-in, I found bathroom is dirty with hairs on floor. Service people are super nice and coordinate with you very well for cleaning and other stuff. There are plenty of baqalas, restaurants around. Food delivery apps works just fine and they can easily get to the location. Wifi internet sucks, even mobile internet wasn’t fully available in our room.
I will definitely stay again just for 10 minutes walk to haram 😀

Good 4 star hotel near to all amenities. 24/7 access to shuttle service and all sort of food ang groceries shops at the doorstep. Hotel is very busy itself and you’ll always find husstle bussle around the area. Hotel has its own shopping center to buy all necessary stuff. Drop of of shuttle bus leads you straight to the gate 60. If you prefer to walk, it still not very far. If you’re taking taxi from airport to get to the hotel just say “Abrazul Kiswa” and it will drop you staright infront to the hotel building. Highly recommended.

Great value for the money. The service here is amazing. Their quality team to extra steps to help us when there was an issue with our room. They also spoke great English. Thank you Sanah for all your help!
The rooms are a little tight and walls are a bit thin but for the price you can’t complain. Also if you get a haram view room it’s amazing. Would stay here again.

I am speechless honestly, i have read so many reviews about this place and was actually recommended to stay here but the state the room i was provided is in left me with my jaw on the floor. I can not take enough pictures to show how dirty this room is and when i tried to call the reception the phone was unplugged then when i plugged it and called no one answered.. this is not worth the price at all, i do not recommend (also there were no toiletries just a bar of soap)
Edit: i got bitten by bed bugs too

Location is good but they will drop you very far by bus, better to have taxi to save time. Rooms are not expensive but not up to standard, parking is not free 4sr an hour. Security is rude no one will guide what to where to go misinformation all over.
They have to improve their management and customer services.
Parking place is very small and you special skills to park 😂

I cannot believe the utter disaster that is this hotel! It's beyond belief, the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in my entire life. The air conditioning is an absolute nightmare. It's like a malfunctioning beast that never stops. The temperature just keeps rising and rising, and you have to practically break the remotes and wrestle with the plugs to get it to work, but even then, it's a lost cause.
The state of the walls is simply appalling. They are literally falling apart before my eyes. When my poor mother attempted to switch on the lamp it resulted in the entire wall board collapsing on my mother, it was an outright health and safety hazard! Can you imagine? It's absolutely unacceptable!
Now let's talk about the mat. Oh, what a joke! It's placed haphazardly, creating a health hazard in itself. It's filthy beyond words, littered with all sorts of food and insects crawling around. Disgusting!
And don't even get me started on the beds. They're so unstable and rickety, it feels like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The duvet cover is a disaster in its own right – ugly, torn, and reeking of sweat. It's repulsive!
Can you believe they won't even provide basic necessities like toilet rolls and clean towels unless you specifically ask for them? It's outrageous! And let's not forget the muck surrounding the basins, adding to the overall filthiness of this wretched place.
To top it all off, the shower head decided to take a dive on my sister's toes. Can you imagine the pain and discomfort? This place is a nightmare!
The cherry on the cake was when, after lodging complaints, we were rudely woken up in the middle of the night to switch rooms. Guess what? The other room was even worse! I can't believe they have the audacity to call this a hotel.
This whole experience has been a heart-wrenching disappointment. It's simply the worst hotel in the entire world, and I'm absolutely devastated that I wasted my hard-earned money and valuable time on this nightmarish excuse for accommodation.

The very first stay I got a decent city view. The second time, I booked a room with a city view again, but instead, I got a pigeon/alleyway view as apparently there were no more rooms available. Also, the carpet wasn't the cleanest. It's a decent place to stay provided it's not overpriced because you're basically paying for a room full of beds. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's not at right at the haaram, but it's good enough to walk there or take the free shuttle bus. It's about a 5 minute walk to where the shuttle bus drops you off, then another 10-15 minutes to actually walk into the haaram. It's decent for a short-term stay or if you'll be at the haaram a lot and just need a place to sleep.

It is only the location of the hotel that I dislike a little bit compared to other hotel I stayed in January 2024, and it is my second trip to this beautiful city of the prophet Mohammed SAW

The location is good. But It’s a shabby hotel, more towards a 2 star hotel. Toilets are tiny and not very clean. Walls are not sound proof so it’s extremely hard to sleep, more like sleeping on the road, it can get EXTREMELY noisy from the cleaners/staff side throughout the night, plus customers ofcourse. Better to opt for another hotel in the area.

Great service upon booking in but that’s where it ends. The room and bathroom were never cleaned for the entire stay. The bathroom is the pits and the shower is hand held. We asked for coffee upon arrival but they never replenished again. Always having to ask for toilet rolls. The geyser is a switch in the bathroom that we put off accidentally. Needless to say we had cold water for two days until they showed us the problem. No cupboard space so you have to live out of a suitcase. You have to make up your own bed. There is no space in the room so salaah has to be made in the passage by some.

Let’s start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 to 10-minute walk from the mosque, which is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the on-site café is a great addition. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience.
However, the main drawback for me was the consistent lack of toilet tissue and towels. Despite repeated requests, these essentials were never provided, which seems to be a recurring issue at this hotel. If management could address this, it would significantly improve the experience and elevate the hotel to a five-star standard, especially given its affordability.

When you come to lobby it looks like 4 star but when you go to your floor and rooms it is not even 1 star. The WiFi password is written in very big text but WiFi does not work at all. There are lices in the bed. The beds are really hairy. No cleanliness. Lipstick on the curtain. Curry gravy on the bed. Very smelly rooms. Would never recommend even if free. If you like living in the vomiting area then visit.

All was rubbish that included rooms, as well as service .the rooms are dirty ,there is hair on the beds, and all the toilets are broken and in gross quality. We had already reserved the rooms, but they made us wait for 2 hours in the lobby and then they gave us rooms on different floors, after all this the rooms were not cleaned before giving them to us. When we asked to have the sheets changed, no action was taken.

Our journey to Hajj began in the most spiritually enriching and powerful way imaginable with a visit to the blessed land of Al Aqsa and the Old City of Jerusalem, guided by the remarkable team at Ibadah Tours.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, seamlessly organised, and deeply rooted in Islamic history and spirituality. But what truly made this leg of our journey unforgettable was Brother Ali a man whose depth of knowledge, warmth, and sincerity left a lasting impression on every heart in our group.
Brother Ali didn't just guide us; he taught us. Every step through the ancient alleyways of Jerusalem, every stone of Al Aqsa, every story he shared brought our Islamic history to life in ways that no book or video ever could.
His love for the Ummah, his connection to the sacred sites, and his ability to tie everything back to our purpose for visiting seeking closeness to Allah was genuinely inspiring.
Walking through the Old City, praying in Al Aqsa, and learning about the prophets who once walked these very streets set the perfect spiritual tone for what was to come.
It wasn’t just a tour it was a sacred journey that awakened our hearts and reminded us of the incredible legacy we are part of as Muslims.
This visit laid the spiritual foundation for our Hajj like nothing else could. It gave us perspective, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose. Ibadah Tours didn't just deliver an itinerary they gave us a transformative experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.
If you're considering a visit to Al
Aqsa start with Ibadah Tours. You will not only see the holy sites you will feel them, understand them, and carry them in your heart forever.
May Allah bless the team at Ibadah Tours and especially Brother Ali for his dedication, passion, and service to the Ummah.

After years of being messed around by other tour agents, we booked Al-Aqsa with Ibadah tours and not only did they deliver, but exceeded our expectations beyond imagine! Brother Ali is so knowledgeable, kind, caring, and funny. He made the whole tour group feel comfortable and like a family travelling together. He was patient, calm and went above and beyond to ensure we all were safe and got the best out of our trip. This trip brought our family closer to each other, closer to our religion, as well as connect us with our brothers and sister in Islam from the UK and in Jerusalem. We learned so much about Islam and its history. Eternally grateful and wish Ibadah tours nothing but the best. Cannot wait to book our next tour with them to other destinations as well as Al-Aqsa again. Thank you so much!

From the very start, Ibadah Tours made our trip to Jerusalem effortless, even with the challenges of planning everything from Canada. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. But what truly made this journey unforgettable was our guide, Brother Ali.
He isn’t just a tour guide, he’s an incredible storyteller, a protector, and someone who treats his guests like family. His deep knowledge and passion made every moment in Palestine feel extremely meaningful. He didn’t just show us the famous landmarks, he took us beyond the surface, sharing hidden gems like a secret tunnel and introducing us to an unforgettable restaurant at the Mount of Temptation. It felt like we were experiencing the city through the eyes of someone who truly loves and understands it.
But what truly set Brother Ali apart was his kindness and undying support. When we ran into difficulties at the airport, he didn’t just wish us well and leave. He stayed by our side until every single member of our family was cleared, ensuring we didn’t miss our flight. That level of dedication is rare, and it spoke volumes about his character.
If you’re considering a trip to Jerusalem, don’t think twice, just book with Ibadah Tours, I cannot recommend them enough. You won’t just get a tour, you’ll get an experience of a lifetime. And if you’re lucky enough to have Brother Ali as your guide, you’ll understand why we can’t stop talking about him because you will know that you’re in the best hands, InShaAllah.
May Allah bless him, protect him, and reward him for his kindness, generosity, and the care he puts into every traveler’s journey. Ameen.
And if you’re reading this, may Allah grant you the opportunity to visit the Holy Land, and may you leave it transformed, with your heart forever changed. Ameen.

I booked the July 2023 Aqsa tour with Ibadah, and I can honestly say one of the best decisions I have made. I was a bit reluctant to go to Aqsa because of what I had seen on the news and social media, especially travelling alone as a 35 year old male. However, Ibadah tours were on hand to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of confidence before booking. From the airport until the end Ibadah provided an exceptional service. The three tour guides brother Ali, brother Aidarus and the friendly local superhero Sheikh Saleh were the perfect mix of seriousness, information and humour making the tour an absolute enjoyment even during the more longer, busier days. You really feel you are with a family and Ibadah really provide an experience of a lifetime. Not only that they value their customers safety and with the tour guides around I felt I had nothing to worry about at all making my trip all the more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ibadah tours and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to go Aqsa or anywhere else for that matter.

From the moment I booked on for the tour Brother Ali and his team were always available and ready to answer any questions. And last but not least a big thanks to Sheikh Saleh for being informative, passionate and inspiring us to encourage our family and friends to come along in the future. I recommend to use this tour group service if you wish to visit Palestine, whether it is your first time or returning. Pictures does not do justice and must be experienced first hand. May all readers be given the ability to visit Masjid Al Aqsa.
