After posting this, management was very curtious and made the rest of my stay memorable. I can honestly say they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and sending me a very delicious coffee and dessert cart to my room.
Thank you for making things right

I think they need to change the name from light dinner into heavy dinner ))) Oybek Usmonov collected my reviews and offered sincere support. Faris and Abdurahman are also working hard to earn satisfaction. And big thanks to Abdurahim for his leadership in the lounge

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Kabba, with everything you could need nearby, including plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the mosque. My room even had a partial view of the mosque, which was a lovely touch.
While the room could use a bit of updating, it was overall comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, great service, and satisfying amenities!

We came to umrah through a group and they booked this hotel which was lovely and staff friendly and helpful.. always there when you need anything. We booked breakfast as well, and I must say there were so many varieties to choose from, and your plate was never empty. It was delicious. I also ordered room service for my son, who only has English food and didn't want to take him out to feed him, but me and my husband and I enjoyed our traditional foods outside. Room service food was a delight, and my son really enjoyed it. They also rang to get feedback, which I thought was very nice.
Overall, I would say it's a beautiful hotel, and if you're thinking of coming for umrah and staying at a 5*, then I would highly recommend the Hilton Convention

My visit at the hotel was for 3 days and to be precise the view of the room was fantastic; we can go towards haram from the hotel itself on foot and there was not much issue with the room. The chick in procedure could take a while as for some new guests should confirm about parking is included in there stay or not. One thing that they should have done is there was no security guard to guide for parking in basement and there is a slope at the parking entrance which whole entering during the day is not much visible, I would like if the hotel came with a solution for that. Apart from one or 2 issues the rest of my stay was good.

Title: Exceptional Stay at Hilton Hotel – A Truly Unforgettable Experience
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely exceptional experience. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by their friendly and professional staff who made sure my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The room was immaculate, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail they maintained – from the crisp, clean linens to the well-stocked minibar, every aspect was thoughtfully executed.
The hotel offers a wide array of dining options catering to various tastes, and every meal I had was delectable. The chefs at Hilton surely know how to impress their guests with their culinary expertise.
Moreover, the hotel's facilities only added to my overall satisfaction. From the state-of-the-art fitness center to the elegantly designed swimming pool, Hilton ensures that its guests have plenty of options to unwind and enjoy themselves.
One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a warm smile on their faces. I truly felt valued as a guest, and it is evident that the hotel prioritizes the satisfaction and well-being of its patrons.
In summary, my stay at Hilton Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. I cannot wait for my next visit to experience the unparalleled hospitality this incredible establishment has to offer.

The rooms are nice with enough space for a family of 5 people. In addition, our deluxe view room also has a view of the Grand Mosque so that we can monitor the situation to make sure whether the call to prayer has been called or not. According to my family this room is perfect. The hotel service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, especially the Falafel which has a savory taste. In the afternoon and evening, we went to the lounge for Afternoon Tea and dinner. The dinner is very good, especially if there is rice. For the distance to the mosque, it is close but too uphill so the feet get sore easily. Basically, it's the best here!

Very nice rooms and reception, and room service. Cleaning staff was cutting corners and we had to ask them to refill items or bring missing items. Climbing jabl Omar is bit demanding but if you are fit it should be easy. Not recommended for people with wheel chair or elderly as even shuttle service will drop you on the hill. Breakfast was good with wide variety.

Absolutely amazing stay and brilliant service! In-detail review below:
Check-In Experience 5/5
We were a family of 5 (Adults) and we checked in around 12.30am and the hotel lobby was quiet. Luggage was offloaded by the staff and taken inside and was told to check-in at the reception. Was greeted well and I provided by booking details to the receptionist. He was very attentive and answered any questions I had. As we had two rooms booked, he asked if we would like to have the rooms on the same floor. Paid the remainder of the rooms via credit card which went smoothly. Took around 10 minutes for the whole check in process which was very good.
Rooms 4/5
Rooms were perfect and clean. We were given a 4-bed room for 3 of us which was ample. and a 2-queen bed for the ladies. View was partial haram which was good. Some amenities listed on Booking.com were not present such as the slippers and bathrobe but we weren't too concerned about these. Only given 4/5 for this because someone else might require these amenities and if they are listed they should be provided but weren't big of a deal for us. Also one out of the two rooms booked did not have any drinks or snacks in the mini fridge although the other room did.
Laundry Service 5/5
Quick and efficient and offered us free ironing and folding which are usually charged. Could not complain about this service as it was perfect as you'd expect.
Customer Service 5/5
Calls from the room landline were answered immediately and always helpful on the other side. All queries answered thoroughly.
Shuttle Service 4/5
24-Hour shuttle is a good service to provide, however was not as expected as it only takes you to the flat part near the shops at the bottom. Does not take you the front of the marbled area of the masjid. So you still need to walk around 4-5 minutes to get to the marbled area. Sometimes takes very long to come especially in the late night hours between 1 and 4am.

I was booked at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel and when I arrived in Makkah I was transferred to the Hilton Convention Hotel without prior notice or a letter stating that the hotel will be changed. I had to wait in the lobby of the hotel for three hours after a long travel trip under the pretext that my reservation information had not been transferred from the first hotel (Double Tree) even though the hotel had been booked a whole week in advance.
I just want to notice that it will be my first and last experience of this bad hotel
The rating on the reservation sites page and Google Maps will be poorly rated + never mention this place to anyone

A very disappointing experience, in terms of looks and feel the hotel is nice. The lobby always smells nice when entering and there are several lifts to get you to the required floor. The biggest disappointment has been the actual rooms, the electricity has been deliberately wired in a way to make it hard for people to sleep or charge their devices. This means in order to have power to the sockets and charge your devices, you will need to keep the rooms lights on, obviously this makes it so uncomfortable after a long day in the masjid, you just want to come back and relax with just one lamp on and devices on charge to communicate with your loved ones. We also had several issues with our bathroom, with clogged shower & sink drain, and toilet flushing issues. To top it off we had some water leak in the bathroom from the roof, this had me worried as I did not know if this water is clean or not, and could it get mixed electrical wiring and cause a fire. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel more like a 3/4 star. The hotel chain should be ashamed of making things difficult for the guests of Allah, instead of making things easier. Electrical charging points should be a standard feature in any hotel chain, never mind one that classes itself as 5 star. The beds are smaller than expected, especially when compared to the single beds we had at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah. The location is great as it is only 3-4 mins to get to the masjid and is ideal for ladies as it closer to their entry points by gate 339. Unfortunately I would NOT use this hotel again, purely because of the deliberate inconvenience it has caused with its intentional electrical wiring design.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was booked for 3 people and all three beds were comfortable. The location was great, you cross the road and the woman’s gate is right there which was super convenient. Plenty of shops around for food/shopping. Breakfast was okay, could be better in terms of variety but not that bad. The hotel is easily accessible for uber which made travelling further out convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling with a lot of women.

While my stay wasn’t bad, I was shocked to discover that the hotel used my name to post a detailed positive review on Booking.com—something I never wrote! (Screenshot of the review they wrote is attached here). This is completely unacceptable and has never happened to me before. It raises serious concerns about how they maintain such a high rating (9 on Booking.com) despite being a fairly average hotel. If this is how they operate, I cannot recommend them.

This place is inside the ring road. Attitude of reception and security is bad. The property insists on payment even if you have the option of free cancellation after so many days claiming they don't have the option of getting the payment using the credit card. They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. Walkability to the masjid and to the female praying area are a huge bonus. Asian food options outside the property are too bad.

The rooms don't have charger outlets and for those which are having lamps, if you put your charger it will stop charging once you switch off the lights.
Ongoing noises coming from the AC vents, room door malfunction noise, water pipe bubbling from the toilet, it's like you are sleeping in a haunted hotel, once you go out of the room it looks good.
The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else .
Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab .
Overall food was good .

This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.

Skip some of the ziyaarah’s, the brother was so flexible and accommodating…. Always at hand if ever needed him for anything! Before we left i found his vids on the little things like plugs amd sockets and money exchange tips really handy! These are details that are small yet significant so he covered it all for us just so that we dont forget! Once there, he provided us with trusted places to shop, exchange money etc and some other visits we did too that were humbling!! You cannot get this when travelling alone! Brother went out of his way to make the stay as comfrtble as possible not just for adults but the kids too! And the trolley for the luggage at the end of to the trip was icing on the cake! Jzk for an unforgettable experience… i am already planning my next trip! ❤️

This was my first time travelling to Al Aqsa and with Zaarvel, I have been to many destinations and this was by far one of the best trips. From the very beginning brother Numayar looked after us and stayed with us until we got through the checkpoints at Tel Aviv. We were understandably very nervous but we soon realised we really had nothing to worry about. Everything was organsied perfectly from the transport to hotel to the very educational tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and have already recommended to others. We would definitely travel with Zaarvel again.

Zaarvel Team had made this a memorable experience for me and my family.
In our group there were between 50/55 people from London, Leicester, Manchester, Dubai, etc.
Before we travel, Zaarvel make it clear what is needed and essentials for trip. We have video conference for any questions that you may have, very in depth.
This is my 2nd time at Al Aqsa and can't get enough. What amazing trip, very well organised and packed everyday with things to do. Day 1, walking around Al Aqsa Compound and learning the history by experienced tour guild. Day 2 visiting locals or doing walking tour outside the compound. Day 3 coach trip from 8am to 9pm, visiting famous Ibrahim Mosjid and Musa Mosjid, Banksy Museum, Jericho, Mount of Olives, etc. Day 4 Jummah and shopping, Day 5 return. Action packed.
When visiting Al Aqsa alot of Sabr patience is needed. At airport any foreigner they will keep few hours and may question what your visit is about.
Insha'Allah I will be going again and again.

Visiting Al-Aqsa was honestly one of the most emotional and spiritual things I’ve ever experienced. From praying in the blessed compound to the amazing excursions organised by Zaarvel, every part of the trip reminded me how powerful and deep our history is as Muslims.
The itinerary was so well thought out — I loved how the guides mixed in historical facts with spiritual lessons, whether we were at the Mount of Olives, Masjid Umar, or visiting the tombs of the Prophets. Praying in those places was something else… it really hit the heart.
Alhamdulillah, my group was also amazing — supportive, kind, and filled with beautiful souls that made the journey even more special.
This trip wasn’t just sightseeing — it was healing. I left with a heart that honestly just wants to return again, inshaAllah.
May Allah let us all visit Masjid Al-Aqsa, protect its people, and keep our hearts connected to it. Ameen.

I recently had the honour of going on a Zaarvel tour to Palestine and honestly, it was one of the most eye opening and emotional experiences of my life. From the moment we landed to the moment we left, everything was organised with so much care and thought. The whole trip ran smoothly, the tour guides were brilliant, and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about sharing the truth and history of Palestine.
This trip really changed me. Before coming, I never took the boycott seriously. I’d hear about it now and then, but I would just brush it off thinking it doesn’t really matter. But after seeing the reality with my own eyes, even just the small day to day struggles the Palestinians go through, I realised how important it actually is. What we saw was only a tiny part of what they deal with every single day. It broke my heart and it opened my eyes. From now on, In Sha Allah, I will do my part and take the boycott seriously.
What Zaarvel offered was more than just a tour. It was a journey that touched the heart and soul. Every stop, every moment, felt like it had real purpose. It was clear that the team behind this trip put in a lot of effort and that they truly care about the cause.
I’m honestly so grateful I got the chance to be part of it. This wasn’t just about seeing places. It was about learning, reflecting and understanding the deeper truth. I would 100 percent recommend Zaarvel to anyone who wants a real, honest and powerful experience in Palestine. May Allah SWT reward the whole team for everything they’ve done.

Blessed to have had the opportunity to visit the Holy Land with Zaarvel! Amazing trip with a well organised tour operator who is experienced with this destination. Excellent communication and guidance pre and during the tour by Numayar who made the whole journey seamless. Zaarvel arranged excellent local guides from Jerusalem and their knowledge was outstanding providing great depth to the tours.
Everyone should try to visit Palestine if they have the opportunity and show solidarity and support to the people of Al Quds.
Zaarvel is highly recommended to anyone wishing to embark on this amazing cultural and spiritual journey!

I’ve been on group tours but going with Zaarvel was a cut above the rest for sure!
From the booking process to returning from the Al Aqsa trip, the service was undeniable.
They were swift in all responses and queries and put any worries to bed. The entire time we were treated like guests with all our needs catered to. Even if something was not on the itinerary but we were interested to go there or do something, it was arranged for the ones who wanted to go.
Zaarvel team knew everyone on the ground and are well connected on the other side so you feel completely at ease knowing you’re in safe hands. We were treated like guests, friends and family. Through their genuineness and sincerity, they created an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.
Thanks and best wishes for a successful future!
