He was incredibly welcoming, always checking in to see if everything was okay, asking if we needed anything, and offering to help in any way he could. I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. On arrival, floor looked dirty, like it hadn't been hoovered in so many days. Bed sheets were stained and pillow had a big boggie on it 🤢. The next day, house keeping came to the room. We asked them to do the usual cleaning and to change the bed sheets. We also reported the blocked sink. They quickly unblocked the sink, gave us some water bottles and toilet rolls then sprayed air freshener in the room and left. We had to call them back, and asked them to change the covers. The cleaners were not happy about this. They showed so much attitude like they did not want to be doing their job even though we we were so nice to them and did not even complain about all the mess and dirt in our room. This is not the kind of service we expect from a 5 star hotel. Read less

After starting the process from approx 7 am of complaining about the bathroom at 10 in the night i had a break down. Mr Khalid the manager was patronizing and rude. other guests had to step in to help with getting me some attention. important to note arabic speaking men spoke up because that was the only way mr khalid gave any attention. This by far has been a horrible stay. one comes for prayer and peace all i got was racism and sexism from mr khalid and his team. Bathrooms were having such a disgusting smell. Only cigarette 🚬 smell was keep coming everywhere. There's no towel in the washroom. Upon asking the Housekeeping team working in the corridors they said, what to do it's supervisor mistake he didn't check the room. Check in process was so time taking even though there's no rush. Only 1 person was ahead of us but the staff was so "lazy" and was not paying attention. Check in staff didn't provide us with the room keys / card and asked the bell boy to drop us to the room. Bell boy opened the room with the master key and handed over the same to us - upon asking why master key, he smiled and went out of the room. At the time of Check-out, the lady at the reception was shocked to see the master key and asked me how come I've that key - I explained all this to her. I informed the staff at the restaurant two times few minutes apart and kept watching and waiting for their action to remove the juice containers but they didn't. 4- shower cabin was too small. 5- the hotel strangely designed for small size short Asian guests. I am not that tall guy! I am 190 cm tall. The ceiling height is low i could touch the ceiling while walking in the hotel corridors.
