Good location to the haram in Ramadhan, about 10mins walk. Hotel was spacious, staff very friendly. Cleaning staff, Faizul Rahman, was very attentive. Would regular get call from reception to make sure everything was OK. We were given a room with 4 beds, there was only 3 of us. It meant we had lots of space. Our room was on the road side so there was noise from the traffic, especially the buses. But we too tired most of the time to notice. Beds were comfortable. Room had fridge, kettle, etc, all in working order. Bathroom had toiletries. Never had issue with using the lifts, there much have been at least 12 lifts in the lobby.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. One of the most shocking experiences was witnessing the security guard shouting at an elderly guest. He was extremely rude and aggressive, showing no respect whatsoever. It was disturbing and completely unacceptable behavior.
Housekeeping was also highly unprofessional. They entered our room without knocking or waiting for permission. Even worse, they insisted we write a positive review of the hotel on their behalf. I felt pressured and uncomfortable – that’s not how reviews should work.
As for the food, the Indonesian menu was the same every single day. There was no variety at all, and after the first day, it just became boring. It felt like no real effort was made to offer a proper dining experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful service or a comfortable stay. I hope the management seriously reconsiders how they train their staff and treat their guests.

Spent 3 nights in Ramadan 2025 in room no 102.
Could hear traffic sounds in the room at all times of the day. Couldn’t get sound sleep due to this.
No space in the room to keep bags or offer salaah.
4 bedded room where there is no space for the fourth person to get on/off the bed.
Shower area doesn’t have a platform to keep soap/shampoo so we had to keep the soap on the floor.
There’s no support handle for the elders in the shower area.
We came across cockroaches in the bathroom and our room door wooden panels.
The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk to the mosque depending on your speed.
Hotel is clean and staff is courteous.

Far from haram and the road there is rough and uncomfortable especially for elderly people. The room needs small repairs here and there but overall quite clean. There were 4 beds in our room, 2beds were comfortable but the other 2 were smaller and uncomfortable. There were only 2 of us but I'd feel bad for people who stay 4 per room. Amenities were minimal. Bathroom was nice. Food was okay. Staffs were kind especially the restaurant staffs. Overall the experience was okay and they try very hard to accommodate waves and waves of guests but it's not a typical 4 star hotel quality in my opinion. Maybe 3 at most. Don't have very high expectations and you should be fine.

The good thing is that you will not experience long queing using lift... a sufficient number of lift for the guests

Our hotel booking was canceled and this hotel was the only one we found. It’s on Ajyad Road in front of Shohada Hotel and it’s mainly for group trips especially from Indonesia, and is around 700 m from Al Haram. It’s 20 storeys high, each with 50 rooms, having 1 double and 3 single beds. The rooms are not very clean: the bathroom, the carpet and we found bugs in the bed that looked like tiny cockroaches. They don’t clean the rooms and the housekeeping just knock on the door to collect daily garbage and replenish toilet paper if we request it. Overall it’s mediocre and we wouldn’t stay there again unless we’re stranded.

The hotel have over-capacity problem. It needs 30-40 minutes to wait for the elevator/lift because too many people are queueing. At one point the lift was broken and could not function. The staffs need to improve on hospitality, I called receptionist/housekeeping to ask for wifi and they rudely turn off the phone. Walking distance from masjidil haram. Room facility is okay, you get soap and shampoo. In some rooms there are bathub and hair dryer. It is missing hot water pot, teeth brush, and fridge (there was a fridge on my room but it was broken). The room for 4 people is quite small. Overall, they need to fix thr elevator or limit it guests.

Don't book this hotel on booking. He will ask to cancel on booking.com so he gets more money and then give you the worst room there. Literally 3rd class. Paid SAR 700 per night , with broken bed , broken shower glass. Leaking muslim shower. And just garbage everything. Wouldn't have stayed a night if it wasn't was Madina. Just book 2-3 months in advance if you're visiting Madina because they've jacked up the prices.

Nice housekeepers, asides from that the front desk is very rude and sound like they dont want to help you. Only let us have 1 key despite having 4 people in 1 room. They dont offer a washing machine or even an Ironing board/iron. No space to even pray comfortably in the room. The room/floor situation is very confusing and no one helps you get to your room. On top of all of this a housekeeper went into our room at 10:30PM because they assigned our room to another family WHILE we were sleeping. Totally invaded our privacy without knocking or checking if the room was available. Extremely unprofessional i wouldnt recommend to anyone trying to enjoy their nights in Medina. May Allah guide you.

This is probably like the worst hotel experience I’ve had since my stay in Saudi Arabia. I’m currently staying with my family in Medina. We’ve paid a lot for two rooms. We did not get water. There’s no room service whatsoever. Both of the telephones don’t work. The television doesn’t work the bathroom is really bad. The flush doesn’t work we had to call Reception back-and-forth however after such a long time, someone came checked a little bit and they never came back to help fix anything. whenever we go outside hoping someone would come and clean our rooms. There is literally no room service whatsoever. If you are in Madinah, do not stay in this hotel do your research, the location is great yes….We booked this hotel thinking that it was closer to Madinah but this is absolutely wild how bad the experience is whatsoever especially when we have a kid with us. How come they don’t have water? the rooms are not clean the beds move a lot each corners have dust residue it’s disgusting. The bedsheet had stains in it. The carpet was filled with dust. The bathroom was so bad like it’s not convenient at all in anyway. Oh did I mention bedbugs? Um yeah so they also have bedbugs thankfully after complaining, they did change the room, but it was still such a big hassle. It’s easy to notice that the hotel is pretty old like the building itself is pretty old, but for the money that they are charging people it’s not worth it at all. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again and would recommend other people to not stay either and this is from my personal experience.

I went to this hotel with my family. This hotel is so bad that it is not worth talking about. We got many facilities including breakfast in Makkah for much less money than what was charged from us, but this hotel in Madinah paid more money than Makkah, I said no breakfast and no water. We never imagined that your hotel is like this.

First of all, let me say that the reason we had booked with them was because of their reviews online & after talking to their director Nizam uddin Ismail we felt that they were the right choice. Mr Nizam was supposed to be there during the duration of our visit, but due to health problems at the last minute he was unable to. However he did assure us that we will still be looked after by our new group leader Mr. Valli & the rest of the group leaders which included his father in law, mother in law & brother in law. Upon arriving & clearing immigration we called up our group leader Mr. Valli & he upon inquiring where we were hung up on us. We thought he was coming to collect us & waited another 30 mins & then called him again. When I asked him if he was coming to pick us up to which he said he's in the hotel & we have to make our own way there. Also he nearly threw a fit when he found out we still had our passports when we were supposed to have handed them over to the authorities there. I must emphasize here that prior to our departure no one had told us about this or about the transport. And then he hung up on us again!! After much difficulty we finally managed to locate the desk where the passports we supposed to be left & reached the hotel ourselves. Once there, Mr. Valli arrived after about 15 minutes & then after another 15 minutes took us to our room where we discovered that the room had been allocated to someone else. So we went back to the reception & waited another 2 hours till we were finally given a room. We weren't the only ones waiting, there was another family of four who that two rooms & they waited more than 4 hours for their rooms.
After this throughout our trip chaos & mismanagement followed. For everything we had to inquire ourselves. For instance about the laundry service, about the dining hall for our group, about our ziarats, journey to Makkah etc.
there was no organization at all. We would be told a certain time one day & then the next day it would be another. Every time we would change hotels there would be a problem. Their staff was constantly rude especially Mr.Valli, Mr. Bashir Chokhawalla, his wife Hanifa & Mr. Usman. The only decent & extremely helpful guy there was Mr.Younus.
When we were in madina this guy Sajid approached us & said that he did the qurbanis for this group. Mr.Valli assured us that he was trust worthy & had been doing qurbanis for them for the past 8 years. We were NOT told of any other option. On Eid day around mid day we find out that Sajid has been arrested by the police because he was doing illegal qurbanis. The director Mr.Usman at first refused to bear any responsibility for this, calmly claiming that Sajid was not his employee & we shouldn't have given him our money. It's important to state here that Sajid stayed at every hotel we were at. Travelled with us & even directed us as to where to assemble & what time the buses will be departing, giving the impression that he was an employee.
After much pressure from people, the next morning after fajr, Mr.usman agreed to do. our qurbanis & told us to call him after 11. 11 pm came & went and people started being notified of their qurbanis. At this point there was only four of us still in ihram.
My husband started calling Mr. Usman who told him to call Bashir who told him to call someone else & so on. They kept passing him from one person to another & no one gave him a straight answer. After about 5 phone calls to various people he was very rudely told to call after 3pm. That is when we lost our cool. We started shouting at them & then "miraculously " within two minutes we were told that our qurbanis had been done. We received SMS message & even confirmation by the other group leaders. We were absolutely livid because when we were asking politely no one gave us a straight answer. We had to shout & scream in ihram to find out if one of our main rituals was complete or not.
Hajj is a pilgrimage that most of us perform only once in our life & for them to spoil it for us like this is unforgivable.

Unscrupulous travel agents who lied and cheated us. Word of caution: if their sales people tell you something, DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT.
After cheating us, the sales person Fazila covered her back by telling lies.
The owner of the business, Usman, was ruthless. His standard response was along the lines of "You should have checked the small print". His arrogant implication was that we were stupid for believing what his sales person CLEARLY TOLD US.
