Staying at this hotel and have a problem with my AC — it’s extremely hot and blowing hot air I’ve been to the reception almost 4 times my kids are crying and tired. They’ve sent two technicians and none have been able to fix it. I was offered a second room which is apparently the only one available and is much smaller than the room I am currently in. However when checking online they have plenty available. This is unacceptable for a 5 ⭐️ and the level of service I’ve been given is not the best. Management showed no care or concern even the duty manager, we wasted a whole night of accomodation as this was occurring from 11pm and only finally moved to the room (with no other option besides the small room) at 5am. They have no level of service or professionalism, they have a lot of work to do in this area. After reading the reviews seems like AC’s in this “new” hotel are a major problem. Read less

Great staff! Very accommodating and prompt service, especially the Bangladeshi’s - warm and welcoming every single day of our stay. Nobody else really went out of their way. Only downside with the hotel was 1) no iron (whereas hotels like swissotel do accommodate for this as well as a service to get it done for ££) 2) takes a long time to get the hot water in the shower running 3) lift system. Other than that, it was very close to perfect. Breakfast buffet, fitness centre, quick ice-cream treats at the reception - it’s all there (minus the iron 💀). And then the added benefit of how close it is to masjid nabawi. Regardless, ‎ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ - deffo recommend. Read less

The management have no consideration for safety and wellbeing of their guests, ac system was spewing a toxic smell that triggered asthma attack and the duty manager (Ayub) suggested that we open the window or cancel booking at 2am in the morning or wait till the morning as there were no other rooms available. My only question to him was where or what we do in the mean while to which he shrugged his shoulders. These people do not care, avoid Maden group of hotels in Madinah. I raised my concerns with senior management (Ebrahim Kurdi) who’s integrity is questionable as he initially agreed to deal with my concerns and return my call the following day and yet after 4 days when I contacted him he spoke to me rudely, dismissively and abruptly disconnected my call without allowing me to say anything. I'd say less than a minute to the haram.. we asked for a quad room and they gave a triple with 1 bed placed in.. room was too small to fit our luggage so we had to take out the furniture..its a busy road can hear the taxi horns..not sound proof windows..electricity cut off 3 times..dark an gloomy inside the room..basically needs work. It’s my very first time that I have visited to do my umrah to Madina … this hotel is located exactly opposite to the Haram … my view from my hotel room was so beautiful and the location is so perfect … I used to come down from the room and just at 50 meters walk We can perform namaz all five times a day. Besides the hospitality, the cleanliness, the interiors of the hotel was so wonderful and I felt like I stayed in a five-star which can be easily termed as a seven star hotel. It was a completely awesome experience and I hardly recommend this hotel to everyone. They made my stay very beautiful and memorable … I am very addicted to Indian food, but I absolutely had no issues in adopting myself to the food available in this hotel as they had Dal rice biryani and the best cuisine available it did not give me a feeling of missing Indian food at all. My stay and experience for so comfortable that I so wish. I could extend my travel journey, but because of my professional commitments I have to go back. I hope to come back the next year if God permits and stay at the same place . Read less

I'm giving 5stars for the location of the hotel. The rooms were a little on the smaller side but comfortable. The bathroom was allso decent size. We had suhoor and iftar included, the restaurants were very busy in Ramadan. The food i found was nice, more for the palate of the middle eastern cuisine. If you honestly think this is a 5 star hotel, think again. WiFi reception is next to nothing in the hotel room. The TV does not work. The bedside phone is not connected to the management staff. Be specific with what you request to housekeeping because we had no ironing board and the iron itself, so we requested the ironing board thinking that they would also bring the iron but no! Do they not have a checklist? We also noticed there were not one but TWO small cockroaches in the hotel room! With management fault aside, some guests seem to take the food from the restaurant to their level/room and leave their finished plates on the tables at the lift lobby area. The only good thing of all these is the proximity to Masjid Nabawi. If I were you, I'd spend my money somewhere else. Read less
