A very disappointing experience, in terms of looks and feel the hotel is nice. The lobby always smells nice when entering and there are several lifts to get you to the required floor. The biggest disappointment has been the actual rooms, the electricity has been deliberately wired in a way to make it hard for people to sleep or charge their devices. This means in order to have power to the sockets and charge your devices, you will need to keep the rooms lights on, obviously this makes it so uncomfortable after a long day in the masjid, you just want to come back and relax with just one lamp on and devices on charge to communicate with your loved ones. We also had several issues with our bathroom, with clogged shower & sink drain, and toilet flushing issues. To top it off we had some water leak in the bathroom from the roof, this had me worried as I did not know if this water is clean or not, and could it get mixed electrical wiring and cause a fire. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel more like a 3/4 star. The hotel chain should be ashamed of making things difficult for the guests of Allah, instead of making things easier. Electrical charging points should be a standard feature in any hotel chain, never mind one that classes itself as 5 star. The beds are smaller than expected, especially when compared to the single beds we had at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah. The location is great as it is only 3-4 mins to get to the masjid and is ideal for ladies as it closer to their entry points by gate 339. Unfortunately I would NOT use this hotel again, purely because of the deliberate inconvenience it has caused with its intentional electrical wiring design.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was booked for 3 people and all three beds were comfortable. The location was great, you cross the road and the woman’s gate is right there which was super convenient. Plenty of shops around for food/shopping. Breakfast was okay, could be better in terms of variety but not that bad. The hotel is easily accessible for uber which made travelling further out convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling with a lot of women.

While my stay wasn’t bad, I was shocked to discover that the hotel used my name to post a detailed positive review on Booking.com—something I never wrote! (Screenshot of the review they wrote is attached here). This is completely unacceptable and has never happened to me before. It raises serious concerns about how they maintain such a high rating (9 on Booking.com) despite being a fairly average hotel. If this is how they operate, I cannot recommend them.

It was okay. The room was somewhat clean. The bathroom and room had an odor. Bathroom hygiene would be 5/10. Had to open the window for fresh air. The only good thing about it, it is close by the haram for woman and food places are close by too. Some shops around the area. Has a good view. The service is good when checking in.

This place is inside the ring road. Attitude of reception and security is bad. The property insists on payment even if you have the option of free cancellation after so many days claiming they don't have the option of getting the payment using the credit card. They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. Walkability to the masjid and to the female praying area are a huge bonus. Asian food options outside the property are too bad.

Pros: Close to Alharam and the food was nice.
Cons: " we can't do anything currently since we are at max. capacity so deal with that for couple of days" is the standard response of the reception staff for any problem.. The room was small and elevators are not efficient so if you are not a fan of using stairs then this place is not for you..

The rooms don't have charger outlets and for those which are having lamps, if you put your charger it will stop charging once you switch off the lights.
Ongoing noises coming from the AC vents, room door malfunction noise, water pipe bubbling from the toilet, it's like you are sleeping in a haunted hotel, once you go out of the room it looks good.
The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else .
Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab .
Overall food was good .

This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.

I don’t know how it’s called a 5 star hotel with a 3 star room and facilities. Breakfast was worst, milk was so dilute. They cleaned the rooms on time but that was only the good part. The washroom clogged with water and didn’t go for so long. Sheets had stains.
Would never ever go here.

Try and avoid this hotel, very old interior, the decor looks very bad. Only positive about this hotel is it’s not far from the mosque. They do clean the room daily but they do not change the bedsheets. Had to ask for toilet rolls et etc. #tryandavoid. This hotel
Is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

No cups for our tea
Blood stains in bed sheets
Take ten years to answer the call
I asked one double bed
There have four single beds once I entered my room.
Only thing which is good about this is it's two minutes away from the masjid

By far the worst and fake Muslim people doing business by stealing hard earned money from dedicated and honest people who truly had the intention to do umrah. I'm disgusted how they've turned the table and lied. We have always asked questions and was told dont worry but when we found out few things we were not happy with We've requested a refund but are now refusing to refund. They are Quick to take the money 💰 🤑 💸 but we're not honest from the start it clearly shows in their actions. No terms and conditions where shown to us either. What ur doing can't be an act of worship and u will not succeed with ur lies and scams Allah is watching and is most just u will be held accountable!

Recently got back from an Umrah trip which was organised by Talbya in conjunction with another group. Wow! May Allah (SWT) bless these brothers. I was a little nervy travelling with my girls and wife as it was their time and I personally hadn't been for a number of years.
The reassurance and support these brothers gave was just amazing. No question was too much, and they were fully dedicated to making the whole trip as smooth as possible. They also put on a well organized itinerary making sure the group maximised the time as the blessed cities. There was even a surprise bedouin camp experience organised which was simply amazing!
I will be forever indebted to these brothers! Jazakallah Khair for all your efforts

I paid for 30 flights/hotel but, Talbya failed to provide me a receipt and a refund of my payment.
Not trustworthy and will not be using them anymore.
I have been waiting for my receipt for months but Talbya (Albrek travel) have not provided this to me and have been ignoring my calls/emails.
I would strongly advise to not use them fas they are not God fearing and dishonest.

Alhumdullilah, I have now been for Umrah twice both times with Talbya Travel. Brother Sherif and Brother Moustapha have great experience in organising and running both Umrah and Hajj tours to Saudi Arabia.
I do not have a single complaint about my experiences only praise for the work, organisation and effort they put in to make these blessed journeys the best possible experience for brothers and sisters. Each time they have provided a family friendly experience as I have seen whole family groups travelling with them. I can 100% recommend to anyone who is considering going to the two Holy Mosques to go with Talbya Travel.
