Additionally, the hotel's basement connects to a shopping mall and food court, providing unparalleled convenience – there's no need to venture elsewhere for shopping or dining. My overall experience has been beyond my expectations. From the check-in to check-out I have had impeccable experience from all the staff at the Hilton Suites hotel. I would like to give my special consideration to Mr Abdullah Allahyani at the reception. The check-in was quick and smooth. He was excellent indeed and I cannot stress that enough. Likewise the staff who helped me with the bags and answering all my questions. I would also like to say that the room service staff have been excellent and quick . The service is 10/10. I would like to specially thank Mr Tanveer Hussein . They are always keen to clean your room and this very much appreciated. The breakfast services were also excellent with a variety of menu. Special thanks to Mr Tanvir Safi who assisted me and my mother. He is excellent indeed. The hotel is within a walking distance literally to the masjid 3 to 4 minutes . The hotel is also connected to the Souk Khalil mall. Everything that you need is within a walking distance. When I come back for Umrah insha allah this will be the only hotel I want to stay in. During our 6 day stay they served the same breakfast every single day as well as the same fruits. The rooms were very small with 2 beds and 3 tables squeezed into the room. The room was clean and the cleaners were responsive and always present on the floor should anything be needed. The reception staff were helpful despite a complication at check-in. The location was very good with a host of stores and a supermarket and food court accessible directly from the hotel. Lifts were never a problem. Good location, clean well priced rooms and suites, but there are lots of things wrong with this hotel, they are doing too much sometimes, one of the cleaning workers entered the room while my sister was still there, the service over the phone too complicated to a point I had to spend 7 minutes just to say I want a tooth brush and a bag, and when I finally told them and it has been 35 minutes now and still waiting for them. The parking lot costs half of the room’s price, and everyone I asked has given me a different price. In conclusion, Good clean well priced rooms and suites, bad service and the inconsistency caused me confusion. I made a reservation and i got the details and confirmation #, then i booked everything based on it + traveled for more 5 hours both air and ground. When i arrived they said sorry we have nothing for you ! And they couldn’t even leave my luggage so i can take my Omrah !!. Boiler was in the ceiling of the bathroom and leak was very bad, could not pray !, Our bathrooms kept flooding with delayed help or assistance from the hotel team. 2. The rooms are incomplete; Service was good but plumbers/ cleaners were so busy! 3. The breakfast was very very so poor, prices too high especially in Ramadan, cheap to buy from outside. I started to eat from outside. 4. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but not worth living with that much disturbance. 5. Guest relation officer is very good with good English communication but when to help/ support she may not have the power to do so or things are very delayed. 6. Only thing they want all the money in front and good luck with your stay. 7. Their marketing is very good but believe me not worth staying! 8. This hotel was such a decent hotel compared to others i have stayed in previous years. The location is central to local food shacks, food shops, coffee shops. The walk to haram is not that far. If your going out then you can walk out the hotel and catch a cab as you have the main road there which is useful. The rooms were clean, shower was amazing. All amenities were provided within the room. We were even given a fruit plate whilst we were out so that was a nice gesture. The staff were really good in terms of cleaning the room, emptying our bins and topping us up with water bottles. We were based on the 12th floor which had 4 beds. The space was so ideal as I had a toddler so she could play. I would certainly choose to stay here again for sure. Read less
