Right now, staying in this hotel, seriously ruined my first Umrah experience, I have to ask for cleanup like zillion times, just one socket works in the whole room and no use of kettle and kitchen, i cant even warm up one cup of water, call reception at sunrise so they may resolve the issue by sunset, no way of heating up the food, ac remotes arent in room and they are just old and extremely noisy units. Not surely a good place because you can't focus on your ibadah because you have to worry about petty things which mustn't be the issue at all. If you are looking just for close proximity to Haram then okay but dont expect any good service, rooms are filled with old furniture and not a pleasant stay for sure. Read less

Very Disappointed My friend booked for me this hotel. He told me very good service. Unfortunately it is opposite. Yesterday several times I asked for room service, no one bothered to come and clean the room. Same thing today, I requested to someone at the reception to send someone to clean the room but no one came. Afterwards I asked the supervisor to send someone clean the room and fixed the TV. He said he can’t fix the TV but will send someone clean the room. No one yet shown up. It seems to that they don’t like us. Not sure shall I asked them for refund and find other hotel. The AC is automatic once turned on the power’s will not turn up or down. My Room number is 201. I hope the review will be helpful for the management. Read less

We were very pleased with this hotel solely because of its location, right next to the main approach road of Al Haram. However, it doesn't meet the standards of a star-rated hotel. The room rate is too high for what they offer. The rooms are comparatively small, leaving hardly any space for your luggage. The air conditioning is outdated, resembling the analogue window type from the nineties, and it makes a lot of noise. The bathroom is so tiny that taking a shower is quite a challenge. With only three lifts, each accommodating 5/6 persons, there's always a wait during rush hours. The room service won't change the towels or clean unless you go downstairs and request it. The restaurants remain overly crowded, and there is no prayer place. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly but lacked professionalism. Read less

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities needed for a peaceful stay. Housekeeping was prompt, and staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We felt a good sense of hospitality and calmness in the environment. The room seems so unsanitary, the beds have stains and there was also tape holding the ac down probably trying to prevent cockroaches from falling on our heads. The staff are very ignorant and don’t have a care in the world for your concerns. They will do anything to make it seem like you were the reason. There were also no charging plugs that allow you to charge your phone with ease. Multiple sightings of bugs. I woke up to bugs being in the bathroom, crawling up the walls and a couple crawling from beneath the bed. Did I mention that the WiFi here is trash ? Also, what did they mean by 24hr lobby ? The hotel doesn’t have a toilet at it’s reception. 5. The rooms smell was not good and it was not properly serviced. I stayed for four nights and they didn’t even changed the bedshits. 6. At first it was good but when we got into our room there were cockroaches everywhere. We did try to ignore it cuz we weren't there for the room. But they were literally on the headboard and on the floor. We were on the 9th floor and the maintenance guy who cleaned the rooms up on that floor was so helpful and kind. May Allah grant him jannah. He was so patient with us and even helped us when we moved rooms. The lobby is quite big and it also had free WiFi. Masjid an nabawi was like 2 mins away so that was good. Read less
