I stayed at this hotel during my Hajj journey. The location was excellent and the overall experience was pleasant, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Mosharof Islam. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. No matter the time of day, he was attentive to our needs and made sure our room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. His dedication and professionalism truly reflect the spirit of hospitality. People like Mosharof make a big difference – may Allah bless him abundantly for his kindness and hard work.

I stayed at the Makkah Mountain Hills Hotel during my Hajj trip and it was a very comfortable stay. The services were top notch and the staff were very accommodating and kind in dealing with them and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I dealt daily with the room service staff, Ronnie and Hamad, and they were the epitome of kindness and cooperation. Thank you

We asked for takeaway breakfast and it was accepted and then at checkout we were told that kitchen is “too busy”. Otherwise staff is great.

The food was good, and the staff were kind and welcoming.
Special thanks to Shadin Mia from housekeeping for the care and cleanliness.
Most of all, I felt safe — and that meant everything to me.
Thank you so much. Wishing you all the best.

Couple of minutes walk from gate 339, not far from ladies entrance.
In a quiet part of the north east quadrant basically on the border of the first ring road. Currency exchange, other shops nearby.
Hotel buffet is on level 2, food selection and temperatures ok.
Hotel clean, bathrooms could do with a update.
We booked two rooms via our agent, agent only gave us one reference number, despite giving the 2 x lead guest names, receptionists could not find the second room on their system which I found odd, I then had to get HCN numbers from agent to get both of our rooms despite both rooms being booked in my name and another family members name.
Some language issues with receptionists as their English was limited. I was having date samples delivered and I asked the reception staff in english, have any date samples been delivered for room 109? Neither receptionist could understand what I was saying? They thought i wanted to book another date !
Lucky for us, there were Bangladeshi workers so I asked them in bengali and they said they put samples in our room.
Hotel seemed clean otherwise, no pests were visible.

We stayed for a total of four nights and didn’t experience any problems during our stay. The hotel’s design was very beautiful, and we really liked its location close to the mosque. However, we were a bit surprised by the small size of the rooms and the restaurant. Nevertheless, it was still worth staying.

A great service by staff, Breakfast staff are amazing. The options for breakfast was amazing. Nice spacious restaurant. They also offer lunch and dinner which looked just as amazing. But didn’t realise until the end of our stay! But great food options for my young son also.
Staff were very prompt and used the laundry service which was excellent for a small fee.
Cleaning staff are amazing and helped empty bins when requested.
It is a very well run hotel and would definitely stay there again with my family next time we come to Medina in sha Allah.
Thank you for a great stay!

The room is small but we are ok since we spend most of our time outside. The food at the Buffet has a lot of varieties and plenty. The F&B staff, including the Chefs were all friendly.
Our room overlooking Masjid Imam Bukhari. So blessed.
I like the unique circular room structure. Different from other hotels. The Popular and Low Price underground Shopping Arcade is only 2 mins walk to the right of the Hotel.

Negatives- Lift design poor, on a curve so you can't see which lift stops. Also doors close too quick.
Room light/ socket set up is poor so if you want to use some sockets overnight, you have to have that wall light on too
Breakfast area too small. Not enough tables available at breakfast time.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I stepped onto the hotel room, it smelt of smoke, and you could tell the cleaners tried to cover it up with light spray. The smoke left over smells on all of the beds including pillows, even though there’s a sign on every door that has a no smoking sign. I have a family of 6, and we wanted enough for each, but instead 1 of the room has 3 beds, and the other has 2. Dust is left everywhere and there are prints of fingerprints and white stuff everywhere. Even worst than this, somethings you can’t even eat breakfast due to the amount of people and how sqaushed it is. The WiFi barely does anything even though in every room it says ‘enjoy free high speed internet.’ The only thing they actually care about is the look of the elevators, but they’re also really bad due to the smallness and how much people enter, with only 5 lifts available. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and the money was not worth any of it AT ALL.

Very good experience. When we arrived, couldn't find change anywhere for the taxi. When we asked the concierge Bilal he went asking local shops, when that failed he gave his own money and said to pay him back later in our stay. The receptionist were very helpful as were all the staff. The lifts are very well laid out which help make using them really quick without large queues. Taking into account the quality of most hotels in madinah. Muna Kareem was very laid out and designed really well. It was a 5 min walk to the ladies section and was very close to other amenities like the laundry services and shops. Would definitely recommend to others.

I’m someone who goes to top notch hotels such as Waldorf Astoria , Marriot Executive and even the Ritz! However this hotel came with a package going for Umrah , as it didn’t come with a choice and it was “5 stars†I had no issue. Little did I know , when I entered I thought that the reception was very small with weird blue lighting that makes it look like a fast food restaurant but that pales in comparison with the rooms and hotel service. Rooms had peeling paints with clashing colored walls that didn’t go together and bathrooms filled up with hair. Pillows (as you can see in the pic) are hard as if it had been stuffed with rocks , who is going to sleep on there?!? As I’m writing this review my neck is still hurting…
Then we order room service for milk for my kid at 9:30… how can a bloody 5 star hotel tell you that they ran out of milk?!? On top of that they don’t have water at times and when you call them for the basic necessities such as shampoo or conditioner they come just three hours later WITH NOTHING IN THEIR HANDS!!! asking what I want despite me already saying it!! All staff members barely speak English and act so rude when you tell them you don’t speak it
I would upload images but they don’t allow it
P.S. the Wi-Fi sucks so make sure to buy a sim before entering or a mini Wi-Fi box

(-) the restaurant is small so we have to manage our time so we can get the table.

I checked in the hotel for next four nights. Was worried after reading the comments of other previous guests of the hotel. Yes, the breakfast place is absolutely not meant to handle all the guests in this hotel. All floors have twenty rooms. The hotel Ground, Mezzanine and 14 floors over that. It has four basement floors as well. Yes, the elevators are slow and not according to large number of hotel guests. The hotel is otherwise comfortable, the staff is good. Room size and the facilities are good. It is not more than 3 minutes walk from the Masjid e Nabawi.

Very beautiful hotel helpful reception and porter service is good, but beds were all single and we were a couple so we asked the reception and they sorted it out happily, the AC was working fine had hot water and provided with shampoo and body wash etc the hotel was quite empty when we went on 8th August 2021 so the lifts were always available too, distance from muna kareem to haram entrance (gate 339) for ladies is very near like a 5 minute walk or less I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit madina al munawwarah.

We chose Nabil Hajj & Umrah because they had a 13/14 night package, which worked for us, and a family friend who had completed Umrah with them gave good feedback.
The deposit was paid early in 2018, and we were very happy with all interactions with the London office - all the staff were very courteous. Brother Mashood and Brother Ahmad were our main contacts at the office, and we found them very honest and helpful. The service was efficient - you could always speak to someone after the phone ringing perhaps 3 or 4 times, and everything was going very smoothly so far.
As the departure date approached, we noticed we still didn’t have our tickets or flight information. Around this time, our Madinah hotel was changed by the tour organiser without much explanation. The last week or two before our departure date was incredibly stressful as we waited on our still absent tickets. They became available to us 24 hours before we were travelling. Further to this, one of our flights, both of which were promised to depart and return to London Heathrow, was now returning to Manchester (!)
As a result, we unfortunately ended up having only 11 nights for our Hajj package. Alhamdulillah we still completed most of the rites of our Hajj in a timely manner (we were late in reaching Mina one night), and visited both holy cities, however briefly.
Brother Shakeel was helpful and courteous, in the limited interaction we had with him. Brother Usama was generally good but had his moments. Brother Zakeer was our main guide and leader, and was a blessing. He was kind, patient and always good at organising the group. It was really good to have the Sheikh readily available for any religious advice during the trip.
I would have happily given them 5 stars if we hadn’t been so let down by the situation with flights. Other little hiccups along the way could easily have been ignored, but not knowing when or even if you are travelling was very stressful and I was quite disappointed to only have had 11 nights for my Hajj with an extra long return journey by coming back to the wrong city.
Alhamdulillah, we did have an absolutely lovely and varied group of Hajjis, and I am so grateful that if we were to have hiccups, that I got to experience those hiccups with such a wonderful group of people.

Alhamdullilah went for umrah in December, Nabil Hajj and Umrah organised a personalised package with very good prices. From the flights, visa, transport, to hotels and ziyarat all was excellent. They are professional and reliable.
We did not have any stress and were able to focus on our religious duties. I am thankful for their services. They provided me with several options, and always advised us on best, however were not pushy.
I definitely recommend their services! For future inshallah will use their services! There was constant contact all from the time of booking to going to Saudi and till our return, all to ensure that we were comfortable and following the schedule.
We felt safe and our trip was truly successful, alhamdulilah. Great communication all throughout.
