I was tricked into writing a positive review thinking it was for the person in the picture — the food service staff, who actually deserved it. But let me be clear: the hotel itself was absolutely terrible. Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. Nothing about our stay was enjoyable or acceptable. Now I see the hotel’s rep has the audacity to reply and take credit for the review like they did something right — they didn’t. So let me correct that right now: this review is NOT for the hotel. The hotel doesn’t care about its guests. They just want fake praise to cover up how awful they really are. Total disappointment.

My mother and I have come all the way from London to Mecca , and here we are address hotel to perform our most important trip of our lives, we can only be grateful that we have spend such a quality time at the restaurant 3. Where twice a day we came to have breakfast and dinner . RIM always welcomed us with a smile , her kindness always made me feel special. Khalil has been great and so welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the excellent service throughout. The room service was top-notch, and we'd like to give a special thanks to Shoriful(Housekeeping room attendant)for taking such good care of us. Breakfast was also a highlight of our visit. Asad's friendly service made for a very pleasant start to each day. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this place to others. We hope to return soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Address hotel, a luxurious 5-star hotel perfectly situated just steps from Al Haram in Makkah, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process despite the busy season. The hotel’s elegant architecture and serene ambiance provided a perfect blend of modern luxury and spiritual tranquility.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the Kaaba, which made our prayers and reflections even more special. The plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and thoughtful touches like complimentary dates and Zamzam water added to the comfort and authenticity of the stay. The in-room technology was top-notch, with fast Wi-Fi and easy-to-use controls for lighting and temperature.
The dining options were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious international and Middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality dishes catering to diverse tastes. The staff’s attentiveness and adherence to dietary requests were truly commendable.
The hotel’s proximity to the Grand Mosque was a major advantage, allowing us to attend prayers with ease. Additional facilities like the well-equipped gym and 24/7 concierge service ensured every need was met. The team went above and beyond to assist with transportation and guided us with local tips, making our pilgrimage smooth and stress-free.
A special thanks to Mrs. Remas and Mrs. Dana for their extraordinary kindness and dedication. Their personalized care and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect.
Overall, The Address exceeded our expectations in every way, combining world-class hospitality with a deep respect for the spiritual significance of Makkah. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and meaningful stay near Al Haram. We can’t wait to return!

I have wonderful experience to stay here. The room is quite spacious & luxurious interior. More over I stayed in same level with SKY Mushalla in level 36. It was my stunning experience.
Then the cleaning service guys is so helpful. They are agile to clean or provide something in my room.
The access to masjidil haram I can walk about 15 menit with very good outdoor atmosphere and by shuttle bus 24/7.

Alhamdulillaah for the opportunity to stay in one of the newest hotel in Makkah. We stayed here in November 2024 while the access to the Masjidil Haram hasn’t been fully completed (we go to Haram by shuttle van and it was available and free to use for the guests 24 hours non-stop).
For the suite guests, there were 3x meals (bfast, tea time, and dinner) in the suite-lounge (super luxurious I can say, you can see in the video I attached). The food and beverage were top-notch. The quality & selections were best.
Minus : there’s only one baby chair and it was too small for toddler size.
The hospitality was so-so, but the most outstanding services were from the bellboy / porter, the van’s driver and the cleaner staff in the suite-lounge. May Allāh keep them safe and bless them all. آمِيْن يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ

One major thing that ruined this hotel for me was the air conditioning. My mum, dad and I got really sick. it seems as if they don’t regularly clean and dust kept coming out of the filter. My mum being really sensitive to dust got really sick, we had to keep the air conditioning on though as it was really hot. Not a good place for health.

Terrible Experience – Not a 5-Star Hotel!
Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating — this hotel is barely a 3-star at best. Our first room had visible mould, a broken shower and bathtub, filthy carpets, and layers of dust and dirt everywhere. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same issues. The third room was even worse — it started to smell like sewage shortly after we checked in.
The entire hotel is extremely outdated, with rooms that look like they haven’t been renovated since the 1980s. This is nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a supposed 5-star establishment.
To make matters worse, Alharam Travel (Romford Road, London) changed our hotel last minute — not once, but twice — and placed us in this awful place. Completely unacceptable and disappointing from both the hotel and the travel agency.
Avoid at all costs.

The main issue is the lifts. They take too long when there is a lot of people. No algorithm just stops at every single floor. Annoyingly 1 or 2 of the lifts are just for service too.

Title: Conveniently Located Hotel with Some Areas for Improvement - Frontel Madinah
I recently stayed at Frontel Madinah during my visit to the holy city of Madinah, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being near the iconic Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for attending prayers and exploring the city.
However, I must admit that the first impression of the hotel was slightly underwhelming. The elevator was disappointingly slow, leading to some frustrating wait times during peak hours. Additionally, the elevator itself was quite cramped, which could be uncomfortable, especially for guests with mobility concerns.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food selection offered during breakfast and lunch. While not exceptional, the choices were satisfactory, and the quality was decent enough to start the day with a good meal. I especially enjoyed the Dacidoff coffee sachet provided in the room, which was a delightful touch.
Speaking of the rooms, I found them to be quite pleasant overall. The mattress was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and I was pleased to find two pillows for each occupant, allowing for personalized comfort. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were kept tidy and well-maintained throughout our stay.
Another delightful aspect of Frontel Madinah was its proximity to a Baskin Robbins cafe near the reception area. It was a perfect treat for a quick dessert after a day of exploring the city or attending prayers. Additionally, the hotel's location also allowed easy access to nearby shopping areas, which was a bonus for those who wanted to indulge in some retail therapy.
In conclusion, Frontel Madinah is a hotel with both pros and cons. While its location near Masjid Nabawi and friendly housekeeping staff are definite assets, there are areas that need improvement, such as the slow and cramped elevator. Despite some shortcomings, I would consider staying here again in the future, given its convenience and the overall satisfactory experience during my visit.

Except one thing is harmful.
I was staying in this hotel junior suite room 811 , stay date 28th July 2023.
As per picture, you guys can see there is a steel peice has been fixed on the pillar behind the bed. My son was sleeping on bed , during he sleep he turned his hands towards another direction and touched this steel piece, which results cuts on his hands due to this steel decoration peice has sharp edges.
You guys can see the blood on the bed of my son.
I informed Mr. Khaled the duty manager, they just said one thing. We apologise for this, we will give you discount on your next visit.
They don't care about some hurts badly.

This Hotel is Excellent in every way from the decor to customer service is faultless. I have stayed with my family and friends whenever I travel to Medinah, and each time the service has been exceptional Alhamdullilah. I recommend this hotel as it’s a couple of minutes away from Masjid Al Nawabi, directly to women’s gate. Perfect location. You will not be disappointed. It’s states it’s a 4 star but better then any 5 star.

An excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel which is very close to Al Haram. The hotel is reasonably clean and the staff are friendly and service is very good . The beds are good but the extra bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was packed with many guests even at the start time of the breakfast at 6 am ! Due to the crowds , you don’t feel comfortable as some one could take your table while you’re bring your food. However, the breakfast was very good and there were many varieties.

This hotel is VERY BAD. Very DIRTY room. Very Dim lights in the hallway. TV doesn't work. Sink was clogged prior to even using. Dirty room and bedsheets. When you call reception/front desk they don't even answer. You don't hear the ADHAN in the room. Made us wait hours before checking in, and said they didn't have any rooms available so we had to wait for hours, and we had booked a week prior. I don't recommend this hotel at all!!!!!! Please rethink before booking here. Don't waste your money, because you will regret it.

We booked a family room with 4 beds and only got two. We had to ask for two more beds which took another 2 hours and even then they were uncomfortable. The carpets were very old, some of the sockets didn't work, the wallpaper was falling off and the service was very poor. The only reason we evenrated it 2 stars was because of its location and convenience. I do no5 recommend this hotel and you should sav3 your money for a better hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect and it seems very clean and nice hotel. However I give 2 stars because I have faced the most disappointing behavior from this hotel. They canceled my reservation without giving me a reason and get back to me. After coming from long distance, I didn’t find any kind of hospitality and the only answer that I get “ Sorry, we are in season periodâ€. Which is not an excuse for such behavior.

Though the place is good but you can not call it a five star hotel in any sense. Double bedroom is actually consist of two single beds joined together. So you can imagine how would it feel like to rest on it with a family. Apart from that, the management is cooperative and helpful. And very much close to gate 16 of Majid nabi saww. The breakfast is awesome consisting of different yogurts, fresh fruits, fresh juices, breads and buns, muffins, donuts, omelets, scrambled eggs, falafel, one main dish, rice, salads, different types of cheese slices and many more.

Allhumdulilah with Alhiddayah, may Allah reward the entire team we had an amazing experience, guidance we couldn’t have asked for more. Lectures and guidance from scholars, basic to advance questions, ensure we are engaged and perform the best of ibadah. Just returned a couple of days ago from Hajj, Al-hum du-lillah. The Al-hidaya team helped prepare us for hajj months in advance & were always available to help with any questions/concerns ect. The weekly webinars were very helpful. We couldn't attend the seminar. The guides were amazing, especially Bilal & Ismaeel. Always smiling, calm & very approachable. They gave time to everyone. They were so patient Maa-shaa Allah. We had a great group that bonded really well. Everyone was helping each other. Had an amazing experience & so many memories that we will cherish. They really looked after us. Special shoutout to brother Bilal, who really is an asset to this team.
One thing I think would help is another female guide, as one was not enough in our camp. We only ever saw the male guides that accompanied & supported us.
Thank you to the whole Al-hidaya team. Really missing everyone. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently returned from Hajj with Al Hidayah Travel Company, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most spiritually enriching and seamlessly organized experiences of my life.
From the moment we departed to our return home, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and deep respect for the sacredness of the journey.
The team at Al Hidayah demonstrated exceptional logistical coordination, ensuring that accommodations, transport, and group movements were smooth and stress-free—even in the most crowded and intense moments of Hajj.
Their guides were not only knowledgeable and well-prepared but also deeply compassionate, offering spiritual insights and practical support throughout.
What truly set Al Hidayah apart was their personal touch. They treated every pilgrim with dignity and warmth, creating a sense of community and shared purpose that made the experience even more meaningful.
Their dedication to our comfort and spiritual well-being was evident in every interaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend Al Hidayah Travel Company to anyone considering Hajj.
They turned what could have been a daunting journey into a beautifully orchestrated act of worship and reflection. May they continue to serve pilgrims with the same excellence and sincerity.

Alhamdulillah, we had the honour of performing Hajj this year with Al Hidaayah through Nusuk, and we can’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, their team was well-organized, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure every aspect of the journey was smooth and spiritually fulfilling.
A special thank you to Brother Bilal, who was an incredible guide and support throughout the entire trip. His calm demeanour and sincere care for each pilgrim stood out every single day. Whether it was providing clear reminders about the rituals, helping people navigate the busy crowds, or simply offering a kind word at just the right time, he truly embodied what it means to serve the guests of Allah.
Hajj can be physically and emotionally challenging, but with Al Hidaayah—especially under Brother Bilal’s guidance—it felt manageable, meaningful, and deeply transformative.
If you’re considering Hajj or Umrah, I wholeheartedly recommend Al Hidaayah. May Allah reward their entire team and accept the efforts of everyone who made this journey possible.

My experience with Al-Hidaayah Travel Ltd for Umrah in December 2024 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the trip was flawlessly organised, with every detail carefully planned, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. The group leaders, Brother Jaffar and Sheikh Wajid, provided continuous support throughout the trip. We received timely updates for the trip, hotels, workshops, and ziyarah. A dedicated Telegram group facilitated smooth communication with both the group leaders and members. Emergency contacts were provided. The hotel details in the package were accurate and conveniently located near the harem. Al Hidaayah’s commitment to both the logistical and spiritual aspects of the trip truly stood out. Not only were the travel arrangements handled seamlessly, but the deep Islamic knowledge shared throughout the journey also enriched the experience. I felt a real connect which made this Umrah truly memorable for me and both my parents. A special thank you to the team for making sure every aspect of the trip was taken care of (visa, flights, transfers, luggage, train, hotel, and guided tours), allowing me to focus on the spiritual significance of the pilgrimage.
Jazak Allah Khair to Sheikh wajid, who took my father to the hospital when he injured his toe. He’s diabetic, and we were concerned, but the group leader promptly arranged a hospital visit to ensure he was okay. This level of care is exactly why I highly recommend Al Hidayaah Travel—a company that truly prioritises all aspect of travel. I would also like to say thank you to Brother Khadim for managing our initial booking process. Jazak Allah khair—having traveled with several groups in the past, I can confidently say the service provided by Al Hidaya travel was the best.

Alhumdulillah. Me and my wife just returned from our first Hajj journey. It was such an amazing journey that is not possible to describe in words.
We feel so blessed that firstly, Allah invited us to perfirm Hajj and secondly, Allah chose Al-Hidaayah to guide us through this beautiful journey.
The lectures from the Shaikhs were extremely useful and the guides were always there to assist if needed. I would like to giva a special mention to our guide Brother Shafiq (HT2100) for keeeping that smile at all times. May Allah rewards his and his teams efforts.
The prices were high this year but this is due to the new system introduced by the Saudi Government. I heard a lot of criticism before I started my journey but I now feel that the Saudi Government deserve all the praise for the arrangementds they made for the Pilgrims. It is not easy to facilitate for around 2 million people in one city. In such circumstances there will always be problems and majority of the issues that we faced were related to transportation issues which were controlled by the Saudi Government but the guidance from Al-Hidaayah during some of these difficult times made it easy for us.

Me and my husband planned a last minute Umrah trip for the first ten days of Ramadan 2023. Traveling with Al-Hidaayah was one of the best decisions we made. From the first phone call to the last goodbyes everything was amazing. Having traveled to the holy lands previously with other agencies Al-Hidayaah definitely stood out with their excellent service. Everything was executed perfectly and Brother Jaffer went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs were met. Before our journey began and throughout the trip we had Imam Samer giving us Islamic reminders which really helped us prepare ourselves with the right mind frame and to reflect and appreciate the blessings of being in the holy lands. We had a clear itinerary of our trip and had 24/7 assistance through the Telegram group. Accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah were walking distance of the Harams. The 2 hour train journey from Makkah to Madinah felt like a breeze compared to our previous 8 hour coach journeys!
If you are wanting a stress-free Umrah don’t think twice about booking with these guys. Everything was managed perfectly allowing us the opportunity to concentrate on what really matters. We would definitely recommend them and they will be our go to in the future ان شاء الله

We have just returned from completing our first Umrah with Al-Hidayaah - what a memorable experience! A highly organised group led by Br Jaffer & Sheikh Wajid. From the hotel locations, itinerary, planned activities, the immense knowledge gained, was highly appreciated. We could not have asked for a more efficient group to have travelled with & share such a special experience. A hassle free, stress free trip that we are beyond grateful for, thank you Al-Hidayaah, cannot wait to return iA.
