The lack of basic amenities is disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. It felt as if they were cutting corners, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. We expected a much higher standard of service. If they can't even provide something as simple as water, it's hard to trust their commitment to quality in other areas. I am staying in this hotel since 16th May 2025 for performing Hajj. For first 7 days we have got excellent experience in Tower A. Then they shifted my room to Tower B after few days. That room was full of smell from Toilate which was terrible and was unable to breath. After requesing so many times they inspected the room but not wanted to change the room. We keep insisting for change and by next day we moved to Madina for 7 days. Again I returned to Makkah on 1st Of June and found they shifted the room to another room in Tower B. All though the room seemed to be ok at first but spending an hour we found the same problem in the room > bad smell from toilate.. I am so frustrated now that dont know how to deal with this again.. Our experience staying here during Ramadan. - no mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, provided in the room. only provided a kettle and 2 cups. were we told to boil our own water? haha. - we have asked the cleaning service 3 times to ask for towels, but on the third day they only gave us. and very indifferent. - during the 5 nights of staying, the room was not cleaned. - the restaurant is very crowded, sometimes you can't get a seat to iftar and eat sahur. and the hotel does not allow food to be brought to the room. - the restaurant food is not varied, fried chicken for 3 days in a row. not appetizing. rarely any fruit, if there is only 1 fruit variant (banana or orange). once on a food day, the protein was only BAKSO, no other protein + white rice. - The sahur restaurant schedule is from 1.30 am until the hour before adzan subuh. Otherwise Hell awaits their deeds. Reception: How a man in Medina just 50m from Haram be that Rude. Elevators: Rushy at Prayer times. Otherwise fine. Room: Too small for Quad Booking. U can barely walk in through beds. Carpet is hell nonsense. Dirty and Smelly. Furniture is very old and rusted Bathroom: Tiles broken, taps dirty. Shower area you have to stand still. House Keeping: By name a 4* category. By service just like a normal rest house in a third class area of some cheap country. They only come to make rooms for the upcoming guest and then they are non existent. Prices: Too high for such bitter experience (JUST HAD THE 1 GOOD THING THAT ITS JUST 50M FROM HARAM) But believe me there are 20 more good option in 50M distance from Haram. Worst of a Stay. The manager was apologetic, offered a full refund, and promised it would be changed by next year as all carpets and everything were very old. The worst hotel in which my family and I (four members) had ever stayed in our entire life so far, the workers deal with the utmost disregard, constant nervousness, and disrespect. The room had cockroaches and small disgusting insects coming out of the crack between the wall and the floor, and the bathroom had toilet paper about to run out with no spare, the cups were stained, the water boiler was rusted . So, we asked to change the room, and they sent us an employee to inspect, so they offered to use an insecticide while we're staying in the room, but we refused and still demanded to change rooms. Unfortunately, it took them a whole day to finally listen. When the worker came and asked us to take a look at the room before we do the move and we went with him to inspect the new room, he was very aggressive with us, and me and my sisters had to examine 4 rooms until we found an "okay" room to sleep the night as our flight back was scheduled the next day..Unfortunately, the hotel and most of the staff lack the basic hospitality manners, and I certainly will not repeat this experience again, and I do not recommend anyone ever to stay in this hotel Read less
