Location is decent, about 6-10 mins from the Haram depending on how fast you can walk. Problem is it’s located on a fairly steep uphill road, so no good for anyone with feet problems. We’d booked two rooms on the 10th floor. Both of the bathrooms were constantly leaking water. One from the shower area, instead of going out the drain it’d pool up near the toilet. The other was leaking water from the sink exit line. Service was decent in terms of getting fresh towels and toilet paper but when we asked for a change of rooms, they’d given us a room on the second floor and one on the 10th floor. Beyond ridiculous. WiFi was trash, half the time it wouldn’t even show up. I understand it’s a four star hotel but given the price you’d expect things to work properly at the very least. Would not recommend staying here with family. Read less

Avoid this place at all costs! The service is terrible, and most of the staff have the worst attitude. From my experience, the receptionist, especially the lady without a niqab, is unbelievably rude and arrogant. The bellboys barely speak English and are pretty much useless when it comes to helping. The worst part? The restaurant. The food is absolutely disgusting, like straight-up garbage. On top of that, the kitchen staff act like they’re doing you a favor just by serving. The hotel itself is in a steep area, making it a hassle to walk in and out. It’s overcrowded, dirty, and just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! Read less

We asked for coffee upon arrival but they never replenished again. Always having to ask for toilet rolls. The geyser is a switch in the bathroom that we put off accidentally. Needless to say we had cold water for two days until they showed us the problem. No cupboard space so you have to live out of a suitcase. You have to make up your own bed. There is no space in the room so salaah has to be made in the passage by some. Read less

There are plenty of shops nearby, and the on-site café is a great addition. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience. However, the main drawback for me was the consistent lack of toilet tissue and towels. Despite repeated requests, these essentials were never provided, which seems to be a recurring issue at this hotel.
