Location is decent, about 6-10 mins from the Haram depending on how fast you can walk. Problem is it’s located on a fairly steep uphill road, so no good for anyone with feet problems. We’d booked two rooms on the 10th floor. Both of the bathrooms were constantly leaking water. One from the shower area, instead of going out the drain it’d pool up near the toilet. The other was leaking water from the sink exit line. Service was decent in terms of getting fresh towels and toilet paper but when we asked for a change of rooms, they’d given us a room on the second floor and one on the 10th floor. Beyond ridiculous. WiFi was trash, half the time it wouldn’t even show up. I understand it’s a four star hotel but given the price you’d expect things to work properly at the very least. Would not recommend staying here with family.

Avoid this place at all costs! The service is terrible, and most of the staff have the worst attitude. From my experience, the receptionist, especially the lady without a niqab, is unbelievably rude and arrogant. The bellboys barely speak English and are pretty much useless when it comes to helping.
The worst part? The restaurant. The food is absolutely disgusting, like straight-up garbage. On top of that, the kitchen staff act like they’re doing you a favor just by serving. The hotel itself is in a steep area, making it a hassle to walk in and out. It’s overcrowded, dirty, and just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

It is located in a very good location however you cannot really expect the services you were supposed to get in a three star hotel. You have to keep in mind that in Mecca if the location is very good The only three or four start service you would get is from the five star hotels. They have guests for all around the year and they do not really need to bother about any guest coming back or not because those are actually the only options you can get to stay.

Emaar Taib hotel is good and not bad, but it seems like an old hotel. Staff is nice and communicates well with me. Only the location is not what I was hoping for. It is only the location of the hotel that I dislike a little bit compared to other hotel I stayed in January 2024, and it is my second trip to this beautiful city of the prophet Mohammed SAW

The hotel is well-located, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean, though slightly compact. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, especially the housekeeping team from Bangladesh and receptionists Mohammed and Abdul Latif. Overall, I’m satisfied with the hotel, especially considering the cost—great value for money.

The location is good. But It’s a shabby hotel, more towards a 2 star hotel. Toilets are tiny and not very clean. Walls are not sound proof so it’s extremely hard to sleep, more like sleeping on the road, it can get EXTREMELY noisy from the cleaners/staff side throughout the night, plus customers ofcourse. Better to opt for another hotel in the area.

Great service upon booking in but that’s where it ends. The room and bathroom were never cleaned for the entire stay. The bathroom is the pits and the shower is hand held. We asked for coffee upon arrival but they never replenished again. Always having to ask for toilet rolls. The geyser is a switch in the bathroom that we put off accidentally. Needless to say we had cold water for two days until they showed us the problem. No cupboard space so you have to live out of a suitcase. You have to make up your own bed. There is no space in the room so salaah has to be made in the passage by some.

Let’s start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 to 10-minute walk from the mosque, which is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the on-site café is a great addition. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience.
However, the main drawback for me was the consistent lack of toilet tissue and towels. Despite repeated requests, these essentials were never provided, which seems to be a recurring issue at this hotel. If management could address this, it would significantly improve the experience and elevate the hotel to a five-star standard, especially given its affordability.

When you come to lobby it looks like 4 star but when you go to your floor and rooms it is not even 1 star. The WiFi password is written in very big text but WiFi does not work at all. There are lices in the bed. The beds are really hairy. No cleanliness. Lipstick on the curtain. Curry gravy on the bed. Very smelly rooms. Would never recommend even if free. If you like living in the vomiting area then visit.

All was rubbish that included rooms, as well as service .the rooms are dirty ,there is hair on the beds, and all the toilets are broken and in gross quality. We had already reserved the rooms, but they made us wait for 2 hours in the lobby and then they gave us rooms on different floors, after all this the rooms were not cleaned before giving them to us. When we asked to have the sheets changed, no action was taken.

Elevators are small and cannot get many people, hence very useless during the rush hours.
Toilet is below average.
Overall, this hotel is good for budget stay onky due to its location.

As Salaamu Alaikum,
Alhamdulillah this year my wife and I were able to complete Hajj with Al Rajhi under the guidance of Sheikh Abdurrahman Madani Sahib. Our experience is one to remember. Despite all the logistical shortcoming from Al Rajhi and Zamzam travels (Al Rajhi UK partner), Madani Hajj tours managed to facilitate and come up with solutions for the Hajjis under his guidance. Ziyarahs were privately organised and facilitated by Madani Hajj tours for both Makkah and Madina to make up for the incomplete ziyarahs originally promised by Al Rajhi. Madani Hajj tours looked after us throughout our entire Hajj journey both spiritually and logistically. He provided us with additional services to make our Hajj more comfortable and easy which is something that shouldve been provided by Al Rajhi. Other hajjis not in our package would often join our group as they were left stranded by their guides. Madani hajj never turned anyone away and he always accommodated everyone as much as he could. Sheikh Madani is very knowledgeable and fully knows the ins and outs of Hajj together with his excellent Arabic communication he managed look after us without Al rajhi and zamzam travels support.
He the best guide for Hajj and we fully recommend him to anyone, he communicates regularly and listens to everyone's concerns. He takes everyone's concern seriously and always comes up with the best solution. We can't recommend him enough, he made our Hajj experience the best it could be.

I went with Madani Hajj Tours in 2018 to perform Hajj. I picked Madani Hajj Tours with ease, I didnt look anywhere else. I said to myself im going Hajj and I just want someone that will lead and guide me to the perfect hajj. I didnt care about anything else. And I am so glad I stuck to that. Sheikh Madani and his team went above and beyond, they had regular sessions in the UK and in Saudi. I was able to go over my notes and be more confident and prepared with their advice, knowledge and guidance combined with my own preparation.
When going Hajj you have to invest your time and effort before getting on that plane or minutes before your in a state of Ihraam. I prepared myself mentally and physically 3 months before flying. I learnt the duas, the fard and sunnahs of each stage of Hajj, took care of my body. I did my own research, read books attend seminars and prepare spiritually. Its important that we prepare ourself and not rely on the Sheikh too much because when your there you can be fully confident and aware and know what you need to do. And what I need to do the next day and so on. This is very important..Sheikh will lead and guide you but you must do the actions and be sincere.
I felt as part of a family not just a tour group. I saw other groups and you can see the divide, feel the atmosphere in other groups. But with Madani Hajj Tours that does not exist. It was a family.
The elders will support the youngsters, the youngsters will support the elders. We moved as one.
Thank Sheikh and thank you to the team.

My parents and I were meant to go to Hajj with this agency back in 2020, however Covid then happened. Initially the agency requested that they be given two months to pay back the payment that we had already paid, as they would need it for the time being to pay their employees. My parents and I agreed.
However, since then, I have chased them continuously for an update (since June 2020) on this and have not heard back once. Not a single email, WhatsApp message, text or call has been replied to. I even went to their office and found it closed on a working day. I called both Madani and their office, no answer.
We wish to go Hajj next year and this agency refusing to pay us back may mean that we are unable to go, my parents have bad health and I fear next year may be the last year that they will be able to go. The behaviour of those who run this business is not only disgraceful but haram and goes against the etiquettes that a Muslim is meant to hold.
If anything I have written has an ounce of a lie, I am happy to be corrected but I have all receipts and screenshots of everything to state otherwise. I am very surprised that the agency is looking to take people to Umrah in February, if you are looking to go, I would highly advice against this.

My Hajj journey has been absolutely amazing thanks to Madani Hajj Tours. The group have provided impeccable service, they looked after each and every one of us as if we were their own, they truly treated everyone with respect and the atmosphere was loving and caring. Sheikh Madani Abdur Rahman is a genuine, well known scholar and a kind person who has not only just taken us to Hajj but alongside this, has provided us with the stories and knowledge of Hajj. His team made up of equally knowledgeable, kind-hearted imams have made us feel welcomed and loved. They have cared for us, guided us and have made this blessed journey memorable. Both me and my wife have grown close and grown fond of every person on the team and our fellow pilgrims. Not a single fault. I recommend that you make your Hajj journey with this group, you will not regret it and will be made to enjoy and love every aspect of Hajj.
Thanks to the operation team: Sheikh Nasrulla,Imdad Bhai, Sarkar Bhai, Kamal Bhai (and the students from Makkah and Medina who have been an inspiration to all of us and helped us immensely during our time)
May Allah bless each and everyone of the imams and sheikhs who have made this journey possible and have made this journey a beautiful one not only for me but for my wife and the other pilgrims.
