Update:
I have to update my review to reflect what happened after hajj, they decreased the number of buses significantly without considering the number of visitors still staying in the hotel, resulted in long waiting times for buses to come and waiting your turn or keep standing the whole time, this turned the movement to el haram to nightmare specially that haram gate is now shared with people of another hotels and you have to stay in same line with them.
Although i was planning to consider the hotel for umrah later, but after this experience i will certainly look for another hotel near to haram as i can't guarantee the buses availability and timing.
The hotel is very nice, rooms are excellent.
Room service needs to be improved, it is the first time to stay in a hotel where i have to request room service when needed, and i have to specify what they are required to do, and sometimes when i request 3-4 actions, some of them are done and some don't.
We stayed for 2 weeks with almost the same food everyday, but they started introducing new staff after 2 weeks.

Inside looks nice, I wish their buffet had better tasting food, it might be great tasting for others that do not like any spices/salt. Has a pretty decent market place as well. Me personally, I would have rated it higher, only if the food was better!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was unacceptable on every level — the staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and at times even rude. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds.
The food was by far the worst part of the experience. Most of the dishes were barely edible — poorly cooked, lacked any flavor, and in some cases
This was definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional, and a large part of this positive experience was due to the wonderful work of Mr. Mohammad Tareq who took care of the cleanliness of our room. His meticulousness and attention to detail really made a difference. Every day we returned to a spotless, welcoming room, arranged with care and attention to comfort. Just came back from 2-week-long Umrah trip. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is very close to harram Nabawi. You can come back between the prayers and take a quick shower or nap if you need it. The rooms are very clean and the hotel constantly smells very pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have to specifically mention about the morning shift of the restaurant and their amazing server Islam because they truly deserve to be mentioned and remembered. They go above and beyond to keep the customers happy and well fed. Thank you brothers for helping us during our stay and leaving with great memories!

Alhamdulillah very happy with our stay. Its our second time back at this hotel. I am currently staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also have a nice partial Haram view, which is a bonus. The location is superb, with just a short 3-minute walk to the Haram. To top it off, we got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite with a lounge and dining area, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel in Madina. The infrastructure is perfect, and the room was a decent size, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping, reception, and room service were all top-notch. From the bellboy to the managers, every staff member displayed genuine hospitality.
The breakfast at the restaurant was another highlight of the stay. A special mention goes to the chef who was frying omelets — a humble gentleman full of energy, politeness, and respect. His cheerful attitude added a warm touch to our mornings.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madina!

I recently took this company to court to get a refund that they owed me for 4.5 years. I easily won the case once they realised that, according to legal judgment criteria, they were a few weeks away from being deemed insolvent and subsequently closed down. I can evidence this if required.
The court berated the company's three directors for non-compliance of government legislation around travel industry consumer protections.
Also, the directors were incoherent during their defence, according to the judges. Each of the directors had different - often contradictory - views and accounts about the facts of the case. Their inconsistencies and scattiness in presentation were immediately detected by the judges.
I have no doubt that this company offers a good pilgrimage service. I have no reason to believe otherwise.
My negative review relates to their unjust and illegal refund policy, as determined by the court.
AVOID booking with this company If you want complete peace of mind for your trip. Book with a company that can demonstrate that they follow UK consumer law, particularly in relation to refund policy.

Five star. I went with Elsawy to do my first Umrah with my family. From my initial discussion to my Umrah completion it was really first class. Everything that was on the itinerary was fulfilled plus more. Personal service provided by the Elsawy family member was excellent throughout. Mostafa and his Saudi representative (smart English talking man) had made our experience simple by giving us step by step instructions, then they followed it up with messages. The group itself was made up of about 6 different nationalities and different age groups (eldest 75 to youngest 9) everyone got on so well and quickly became friends. Both hotels Pullman zam zam Medinah and Mekeram Ajyad Mekkah were both very good and in fantastic locations and good friendly staff. Mostafa planned our tawaaf for midnight to 2am this was one of the best times to visit because of the month of Ramadan Kaaba area gets extremely busy. We went again using his timing and found it was the perfect timing. Elsway provided us with memorable gifts and to top it all off was at Heathrow airport when the owner of the company himself was waiting to greet and congratulate us all. This is truly a wonderful family owned business that really cares about their customers. No surprise that it has been going on for 40 years and took the first pilgrimages to Hajj from the uk and possibly Europe.
When I was at their Central London office near Baker st. I met one of his clients who went with Elsawy travels to Umrah/Hajj 26 times. Well done and looking forward to going with you again inshallah. Jazak’Allah khair.

Alhamdulilah this is my families second time to travel with Elsawy Travel ltd it was a truly blessed & excellent service always and my family and I couldn’t be any happier! We are looking forward to travelling again Inshallah with ElSawy. We were well looked after and catered for and very well organised. He made sure that my mum who is in a wheelchair was well equipped and my mums Umrah went smoothly. Alhamdulilah the hotel was amazing and close distance to the haraam. Assalamualaikum ww, Alhamdulillah I am so grateful that I decided to experience my 2021 Umrah with ElSawy Travelel. Excellent service, understanding, kind, genuine and generous Uncle and Brothers. Really took care of me and my 3yo daughter, May Allah reward you for all the effort you all put into the 2021 Umrah trip especially as it was during the ongoing pandemic. Mustafa ElSawy really took full responsibility and care of the whole group making sure everyone was happy and well looked altered, accompanying us to Masjidul Ayesha for several Umrahs whilst we was in Makkah. He made sure anyone in need of help was supported wholeheartedly. My daughter adored Mustafa for the kindness he showed towards her. I will 100% be going again and probably forever actually for all Umrah and Hajj InShaAllah in the future with ElSawy Travels. The hotels were beautiful and clean to, great location, comfortable coach transport and guide for Masjid Quba, Mount Uhud, Masjid Qiblatain and Date Farm in Madinah. We have gone as a family with Mr Hamdy Elsawy (Elsawy travel company) in one of the best journeys I have been before we went to Macca and Medina for the first time
in Medina we stayed at Almuna Karim leader hotel which is one of the best hotels it was just five minutes walk from the entrance to Almasjid Alnanbawy. were able to pray in the first lines within just five minutes of leaving the hotel.
The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very nice.
Then we travelled by bus to Mecca where we stayed in Makarym Ajyad Hotel. The hotel was just eight minutes walk from the door of Al Kaaba Almusharafa.
Mr Moustafa Alsawy was with us throughout the whole journey
We were able to perform three Umrah and this was with the help of Moustafa who was very knowledgeable and he helped us with any difficulty we faced. He didn't leave us at all. The air flights and transport were arranged for us . I strongly recommend Elsawy Travel for any Hajj or Umrah.
