We put up at this hotel during our Umrah trip this year, it's about 15min walk to Masjid Al Haram. The hotel has a small lobby and check-in area, lifts are also relatively small, but the whole place is clean and tidy and looks new. Rooms are quiet small, even the washroom. But neatly maintained. Service staff were friendly and helpful. The area nearby has couple of cafeteria, gift shops, and groceries.

-Toilet is very small, no place to hang your clothes.
-No room service for 4 Nights. You have to ask for basic things like toilet paper.
-Room key didn’t always work. When somebody updated their card then the other keys won’t work.
-A bit noisy on the street.

The hotel is good for short stay, means for 1 night but not more than that if you are with family. The location is very good but hotel is small and rooms are in small size. The corridors are narrow. The cost is high in comparison to rooms size. Cark parking is near by which cost 12 riyals per hour. Market is available.

The only positive thing is the staff. They try their best to assist even though the hotel has 1 or 2 staff per shift.

Rooms are ok but bathroom is horrible. Smelly, not clean, very very small and doesn't have hot water.
Distance to Haram is around 10 mins walk, but the way back is longer as you need to climb a hill. Staff is nice though.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel. We kept looking for another place.

We put up at this hotel during our Umrah trip this year, it's about 15min walk to Masjid Al Haram. We spent 2 weeks with Basit who looked after me and the family throughout our stay.
Hotel locations were ideal and were well equipped.
He personally guided us and helped to complete our first Umrah
His communication was amazing. Always making himself available no matter what time of the day, He communicated instructions through the group messages effectively and with plenty of time.
Direct flights from Manchester, were a great as this reduced the hassle of a layover.
He was able to arrange ziyarah’s in both cities which were well managed with a knowledgeable tour guide.
Having met the team we all felt as a family that they provided an excellent service and were really impressed on being able to deliver what they advertised plus more during the month of Ramadan.
I will 100% recommend Karwan Al Madinah
And assured to travel with them again

Abdul Basit was our group leader. He takes service to another level. Very professional and was there to assist when needed. I know that we should expect good service as standard from all Umrah tour operators, however, this is not always the case, unfortunately there are operators who are not bothered after they have received your money.
Abdul Basit was very helpful from booking the trip to the end of the trip. Keep up the great work and thank you for providing a great experience for my family and the rest of the group. I heard nothing but praise for you by all group members.
Will definitely be booking through you guys again in future In Shaa Allah

Haji Rabnawaz and both his sons, Saquib and Abdul Basit, looked after us every step of the way. They were always available either in person or via the phone to help resolve any issues and were extremely helpful all of the time.
The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were around five minutes walk away and were nice and clean.
KAM more than delivered on every promise they made and treated us like they would their own family.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone and would gladly travel with them again.

My wife and I performed Hajj this year and it was not possible without Karwan Al Madinah and their exceptional arrangements in both Mecca and Madina. Our hotels were only 5-10 minute walks from the harams and Abdul Basit and Saqib both helped guide us and the rest of the group thoroughly through the 5 days of Hajj. Being a little worried and apprehensive before the trip about the arrangements, we are leaving saudi very happy with how everything was managed, arranged and dealt with. We recommend Karwan al Madina to all those planning to perform hajj in the following years as they will not let anyone down and be there for you and with you throughout the journey Inshallah.

I have just recently returned from Hajj with KAM and i have had the most amazing experience. The location of both hotels in Makkah and Medinah were within 5 mins walking distance. The hotels were clean and the staff were hospitable. If you needed anything doing they were always at your beck and call. We were provided with full board in Makkah and the food was prepared by Pakistani caterers which was like home cooked food. Never had any issues with an upset stomach. Beverages, water and ice cream were available throughout our stay.
Haji Rabnawaz and his two sons were exceptional, they were always available no matter what time of day it was. They were organised and kept to their word throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend travelling with Karwan Al Madinah. I look forward to going with you guys again in the future, InshaAllah.
