Just stayed here and really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Haram. One thing I noticed right away was how fast the lifts were, no long waiting which was great especially during busy hours. The food was amazing, especially the dishes made by the Indonesian chef—felt like a taste of home. The restaurant staff were also really friendly and helpful. Staff were extremely helpful from Salmaan at check in , Fayaz Khan & Mijanur Rahaman at breakfast & the lounge team at dinner. Fantastic service start to finish at this hotel. Went above and beyond to make sure you were well looked after. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind. The children loved their stay as well. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples and family. The Haram was literally a 2 minute walk we were able to perform tawaaf daily. Easy and convenient for us with 3 small children. We stayed two nights at the Conrad a few weeks ago and overall it was an okay stay. I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, all the workers at the breakfast buffet, and the housekeeping team. We loved our room, which was so clean and comfortable. However, there were a couple negative issues that made the trip less than enjoyable. My issues are with the check-in process and also with communication. Before I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for one of two nights. When I got to the hotel, I expected to be charged only for the remaining night. However, the check-in agent charged me for the full booking. He assured me that I would get my refund from finance within 5 days for the first charge. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve sent 4 emails over the last few weeks, but no one has answered me. It is a large refund (almost $200) and it is extremely upsetting that they are ignoring me. If these issues hadn’t happened, it would’ve been an amazing 5-star stay! Unfortunately, they kind of ruined the trip and this hotel for us. Read less

The breakfast was the best we have ever had, there is nothing that you cant get here, even if you do not see it, they will always get whatever you need. The staff at breakfast make this possible by catering to our every whim, from the manager Thayob to Ahmad Ungklang who was our server.....they made sure all our needs were met and more. I have never seen such amazing hospitality. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely fantastic. The array of choices and different options were unbelievable, there was not a single thing your heart could wish for and was not available.
