Very convenient location and very good service. Clean, professional and timely service. When you arrive, your luggage is taken and delivered to your room while you check in. Water, dental hygiene kits, quality soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, lotion are provided along with plenty of towels. Cleaners visit regularly to check if you need more water or for cleaning. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights the hotel is a great location for the Haram including having Kaaba views however there were a few things which can be improved. It is also worth knowing there are 2 lifts required to get to your room but the lifts are frequent but busy at times. 1. Our room had 4 beds was to solved in a day or so however no one came to remove the beds so we were very tight on space this was agreed at check in would be resolved 2. We had to ring housekeeping several times for them to bring towels to our room given room clean was not timely. 3. Even after requesting a room clean with the sign on the door no one would come so I would have to tell the housekeeping team I saw in other rooms to clean mine or call reception to get it cleaned sooner 4. I requested a staff member to send some zamzam to my room to which he agreed and it didn't come which is disappointing 5. The check in and check out process was not efficient as there was only 1 member on the front desk and therefore took a while which isn’t great 6. On check out we called 1 hour before we wanted to leave to ensure someone was there to bring our bags and no one came and also called again. In the end we had to go downstairs and only then someone came up with me 7. The breakfast process needs to be smoother by opening all 3 areas to make it easier for everyone the queues are very long and a lot of pushing and shoving which could be avoided. 8. The breakfast drinks are very limited and need to speak to the right people to request proper krak tea. The Moroccan supervisor was great I forgot his name and was very helpful to get us karak tea with milk. 9. We booked three rooms for the family and paid a significant amount, but the service and conditions were far below expectations. Some of the issues we faced: 1. The toilet had leaks and an unpleasant odor. 2. Reception staff were unhelpful, especially when it came to resolving a card blockage issue. 3. Chairs in the reception area were very dirty. 4. The porter (bagagiste) openly asked for money and gifts, which felt highly unprofessional. 5. We had elderly guests in our group who needed assistance, but when help was required, no one from the staff came forward. 6. The shower door was broken when asked the housekeeping to fix it no one came. Overall, we would rate this experience 1/10. We do not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be returning. I explained that it wasn’t what I had booked and asked her to correct it. After waiting for about 10 minutes, she told me she couldn’t do anything because many people were waiting — which left me feeling disappointed and exhausted. Luckily, another staff member who was sitting in the manager’s office noticed me and came over to ask if she could help. I explained my situation to her, and she immediately took care of everything with professionalism and kindness. She corrected the mistake and gave us exactly the rooms we had reserved. Her calm and respectful attitude made a big difference… even my niece was happy and excited to speak with her. Although I don’t know her name, I truly appreciate her help. On arrival, floor looked dirty, like it hadn't been hoovered in so many days. Bed sheets were stained and pillow had a big boggie on it 🤢. The next day, house keeping came to the room. We asked them to do the usual cleaning and to change the bed sheets. We also reported the blocked sink. They quickly unblocked the sink, gave us some water bottles and toilet rolls then sprayed air freshener in the room and left. We had to call them back, and asked them to change the covers. The cleaners were not happy about this. They showed so much attitude like they did not want to be doing their job even though we we were so nice to them and did not even complain about all the mess and dirt in our room. Excellent overall experience, would recommend. The check-in, check-out was efficient. The hotel staff was also kind and accommodated our room request for adjoining rooms on shorter notice. Rooms were clean, properly air-conditioned, good amenities. The breakfast buffet also offered a variety of food. Location was convenient and very quick to use elevators to exit and enter. Only thing was one room was quite cold and the thermostat could not be adjusted, but did not detract from comfort much. Insh’Allah would choose to stay here next time as well. Read less

The only good thing about this property is the location. The rest everything makes it even less than 3 star hotel. Room was super dirty and was so smelly. Beds were so much uncomfortable. Bathrooms were having such a disgusting smell. Only cigarette 🚬 smell was keep coming everywhere. There's no towel in the washroom. Upon asking the Housekeeping team working in the corridors they said, what to do it's supervisor mistake he didn't check the room. Check in process was so time taking even though there's no rush. Only 1 person was ahead of us but the staff was so "lazy" and was not paying attention. Check in staff didn't provide us with the room keys / card and asked the bell boy to drop us to the room. Bell boy opened the room with the master key and handed over the same to us - upon asking why master key, he smiled and went out of the room. At the time of Check-out, the lady at the reception was shocked to see the master key and asked me how come I've that key - I explained all this to her. Other than its great location, I didn't find any single value for money about this hotel. If anyone from the management side wants to discuss more; I'm happy to share more as well. Read less

The buffet for the breakfast was included and it was nice and has varities. For dinner, you can pay 150 SR per person and very nice food like rice, fish and different kinds of fruits Read less

I have had multiple surgeries its very difficult to take shower i told at the reception i need a chair or please change the room , i came to know other rooms had sitting place in the shower area. But they didn't do anything for our problem. There is no sitting arrangement in bathroom it's very uncomfortable for disabled people and aged people as well. The hotel location is priceless. Very close to the mosque, especially the women entrance. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Staff are super friendly and professional. I could not gave more than 2 stars because of the following: 1- room furniture's are old and aged. 2- toilets seems poorly maintained. 3- During breakfast, the served orange juice was expired. I informed the staff at the restaurant two times few minutes apart and kept watching and waiting for their action to remove the juice containers but they didn't. 4- shower cabin was too small. 5- the hotel strangely designed for small size short Asian guests. I am not that tall guy! I am 190 cm tall. The ceiling height is low i could touch the ceiling while walking in the hotel corridors. I had to really bow down to open the door as the door knob is close to my knees. Toilet basin and commod were very low. Read less

Almost excellent! Windows were dirty outside from the rain and crescents at breakfast were not fresh. Otherwise everything was extraordinary, from cleanliness to the view from my bedroom, staff was polite and so welcoming! The room was spacious, the bed was so comfy!
