I would like to give my special consideration to Mr Abdullah Allahyani at the reception. The check-in was quick and smooth. He was excellent indeed and I cannot stress that enough. I would like to specially thank Mr Tanveer Hussein . They are always keen to clean your room and this very much appreciated. The breakfast services were also excellent with a variety of menu. The experience was terrible from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Poor Cleanliness: The room was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom was particularly shocking, with visible grime on the tiles and a general sense of neglect. For a supposed 5-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Lifts are a Nightmare: With only three working lifts for a 13-floor hotel, getting anywhere is a major ordeal. What should be a quick 3-minute walk to the mosque turned into a frustrating 30-minute journey just because of the long wait times for the lifts. This is a massive inconvenience, especially for a hotel that caters to pilgrims. Horrible Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was chaotic and unorganized. None of the food items were labeled, so you had to guess what everything was. The egg station had a single, incredibly slow worker, leading to long queues. This lack of organization and poor service makes for a very unpleasant start to the day. Terrible Odors: The hallway on my floor had a persistent and awful smell that was truly unbearable. It made the entire experience feel dirty and unhygienic. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed, unhygienic, and a complete waste of money. Our first room had visible mould, a broken shower and bathtub, filthy carpets, and layers of dust and dirt everywhere. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same issues. The third room was even worse — it started to smell like sewage shortly after we checked in. The entire hotel is extremely outdated, with rooms that look like they haven’t been renovated since the 1980s. This is nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a supposed 5-star establishment. To make matters worse, Alharam Travel (Romford Road, London) changed our hotel last minute — not once, but twice — and placed us in this awful place. All are good. Except one thing is harmful. I was staying in this hotel junior suite room 811 , stay date 28th July 2023. As per picture, you guys can see there is a steel peice has been fixed on the pillar behind the bed. My son was sleeping on bed , during he sleep he turned his hands towards another direction and touched this steel piece, which results cuts on his hands due to this steel decoration peice has sharp edges. You guys can see the blood on the bed of my son. I informed Mr. Khaled the duty manager, they just said one thing. We apologise for this, we will give you discount on your next visit. The carpets were very old, some of the sockets didn't work, the wallpaper was falling off and the service was very poor. The only reason we evenrated it 2 stars was because of its location and convenience. I do no5 recommend this hotel and you should sav3 your money for a better hotel. Read less

The beds are good but the extra bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was packed with many guests even at the start time of the breakfast at 6 am ! So you can imagine how would it feel like to rest on it with a family. Apart from that, the management is cooperative and helpful. And very much close to gate 16 of Majid nabi saww.
