I was tricked into writing a positive review thinking it was for the person in the picture — the food service staff, who actually deserved it. But let me be clear: the hotel itself was absolutely terrible. Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. Nothing about our stay was enjoyable or acceptable. Now I see the hotel’s rep has the audacity to reply and take credit for the review like they did something right — they didn’t. So let me correct that right now: this review is NOT for the hotel. Where twice a day we came to have breakfast and dinner . RIM always welcomed us with a smile , her kindness always made me feel special. Khalil has been great and so welcoming. I have wonderful experience to stay here. The room is quite spacious & luxurious interior. More over I stayed in same level with SKY Mushalla in level 36. It was my stunning experience. Then the cleaning service guys is so helpful. They are agile to clean or provide something in my room. Alhamdulillaah for the opportunity to stay in one of the newest hotel in Makkah. We stayed here in November 2024 while the access to the Masjidil Haram hasn’t been fully completed (we go to Haram by shuttle van and it was available and free to use for the guests 24 hours non-stop). For the suite guests, there were 3x meals (bfast, tea time, and dinner) in the suite-lounge (super luxurious I can say, you can see in the video I attached). The food and beverage were top-notch. The quality & selections were best. Minus : there’s only one baby chair and it was too small for toddler size. The hospitality was so-so, but the most outstanding services were from the bellboy / porter, the van’s driver and the cleaner staff in the suite-lounge. The only good thing was you were a short walk away from the mosque. The breakfast was not catered for our needs or pallets so we was told to go the the opposite hotel for a continental breakfast, which was too just about bearable. One good thing was there was NO BUGS, whereas Hilton hotel had bugs inside the rooms where the clients was screaming. AC fan was good to have and they supplied a Salah mat. Read less

I was in Medina a few months ago and this hotel was pretty good. However I had some negatives about it. It was very hard to get on the the bath tub because, it is to steep. Also I was about to slip while getting off the shower because it was steep and my feet were wet. I liked the fact that it was close to gate 15 of the masjid. Overall a four star hotel. Read less

Rooms smell odd and we kept our room window open all the time to get rid of smell. Carpet was old and need replacement, bathroom accessories were missing and water heater need to be replaced.
