The housekeeping and room service were excellent! Alhamdulilah, our stay during Hajj 2025 was truly amazing. Zabed was especially friendly, professional, and efficient in cleaning our room. Any time we requested service, they arrived within minutes and did a wonderful job with our quad bedroom. We’re very grateful for the comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was good except for food.
This is the 1st 5 star hotel which has so much discrimination for food. Has separate sections for food for international, Arabic, and for Pakistani/Indian food. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. No other 5 star hotel discriminates food this way, and dictate their guests to eat only in specific food section only.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best thing ever, genuinely— you can tell everything is made with care. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the haram! I definitely recommend booking your stay here.
Before I forget— the pistachio donuts/buns from the breakfast buffet are the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I wish to get them shipped to me and have an endless supply of them. So so delicious 😭 miss them a lot

It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding.
I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly.
Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Very clean spacious room. Impressive view. Shower rooms are very clean, good water pressure and shower doesn't leak outside of the shower. AC worked well. Housekeeping visit every day if selected, and remake the room tona very high standard. I only opted for breakfast, and it's probably the best breakfast options I've had. The hotel has excellent customer service throughout from the moment you arrive until check out. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. The management and staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. The food was delicious and they had a variety in place that caters for different tastes and likings. Very well managed and organized that we were impressed with the number of people staying there and how it was going very smoothly. It was also clean and close to the Haram. There is also an extension of the Haram under construction that is almost adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again.

The hotel is very nice. More than these five star ratings
The pinnacle of sophistication, cleanliness and distinguished service. The food is very varied. And very close to the Grand Mosque. There is an escalator from the hotel that will take you directly to Al-Haram Street. We spent an irreplaceable time. And the year, God willing, I will go back to it again. Because I can't find a better one. at its price segment. There is no significant difference between it and the hotels in the courtyard of the Haram, even in the matter of distance. It does not exceed a minute's walk with the huge price difference between them

I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now
location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more
but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material
Room service the worst thing in this hotel
you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done
even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need
The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working
Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here
It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure

Must consider review before booking
This is the worst 5 star hotel I have been too. Too small unclean rooms. The receptionists don't know how to talk to guests. If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons.
The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road.
Completely rubbish experience overall. I had my old parents with me. It was painful experience for them considering their health. Money down the drain.

I wish there was a zero or negative rating.
Check-in time is at 4, we arrived a bit early maybe we can check-in yet had to wait. At 4 the room was still not ready and staff working in the room. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet.
One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned.
Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room.
When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!!

Also they did not ask to check my Tawakalna 😮â€ðŸ’¨ There was too much noise on the floor that I was on. With regards to cleanliness and food I would give it a 3. Will not be booking here again. It's only good because it's close to the Haram. This hotel is not up to 5 star standard.

If you're looking for a hotel that balances affordability with comfort, this is a great choice. The rooms were impressively clean, reflecting the care and attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. It's always a relief to step into a space that feels fresh and well-maintained.

This hotel was not good at all. Service was super slow, upon check in the receptionist was busy chatting away while customers are waiting. Had to call room service many times for water bottle and toilet roll as they said they would bring it up but they didn't. Once house keeping did come over they did a nice job in the room. Breakfast is super limited and tasted not great and we had a tummy bug right after. So they wouldn't refund us the breakfast and we couldn't eat that for the rest of our stay. I was so ready to cut my loses and book another hotel but we were only staying her for 4 nights so sabr was key here. The last day not a single house keeping came to take the bags down I had 3 large suitcase and 2 small ones... then before we go out the door a lobby guy helped us put the luggage in the car. Will ever come here again, never. The pictures are lies. The shower and toilet is not the same as shown in the pic and we had the executive room. Overall room layout wasn't bad but facilities were the worst I've seen. When showering the water goes into the whole bathroom. Toilet is a old style where the water rises. A lesson learned with this hotel. P.s it's 25mins walk to the rawda area gate 37

I initially paid 50% for my reservation after being notified via text message; due to construction/renovation that it had been moved to a different branch. Upon checking in, I made the remaining payment, only to discover that my reservation had been moved again. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a better room. However I was moved to their location that had going contraction of my talking metal sheets right accross from the hotel. There was content noice for a period of 5 days.
I later requested an extension of my stay from March 8th-17th to April 1st, specifically mentioning that I wanted to be present for Eid. Before making the payment, I confirmed that my average daily rate would remain the same and that my checkout date would be honored. However, upon reviewing my payment, I discovered that I had paid almost 2000 SAR, Eid was not included in my stay, and my checkout date was incorrectly set for March 31st.
Extremely disappointed in their service, the response time and the way they communicate things. No matter how many times you ask them for a manager, they can never reach a manager. The manager is never available in this hotel actually the managers don’t even respond back to any request that you make one of the worst management team ever.
Despite bringing this to their attention three days ago, the issue remains unresolved. I have left multiple messages however I would appreciate if somebody can look into this and resolve it .

Room:
We were upgraded to the executive floor by the receptionist , we asked for a room with a view and she did.
Room is very spacious with a nice view.
It was clean tidy.
Food :
Very clean , different types of dishes
As soon as the dish is empty , they quickly refill it.
I wish they had more fresh fruits cut up but overall I am very satisfied.
If you ask for anything, they deliver it quickly.
I would highly recommend this hotel since the female prayer area is right in front of the hotel.
I hope the hotel would keep up their level of cleanliness and hygiene. And focus on that more.

I stayed here for around 2 nights. The service from the two helper staff downstairs was excellent and they were very very helpful.
The room was ok and hygiene was kept to high standards. And the location was excellent.
There wasn’t enough variety in the breakfast buffet and the food warmth wasn’t also kept to high standards.
The service from the reception staff was not pleasant as our shower head in the room wasn’t working and after telling them twice the problem still wasn’t resolved.
So we unfortunately had one day we’re we couldn’t shower properly which is very disappointing.
Other than that the stay was decent.
Hence why the three stars.

The only reason for 4 stars is the room service. We had to ask several times for them to come and clean the room. Maybe if we would have complained it would have been done straight away but given the place we were in we did not feel like complaining.
Also the lifts were quite slow during prayer times.

Only good thing is the location otherwise the hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom is very worse the commode is filled with water and the shower water comes out to the whole bathroom. Lifts not working, we had to come down from 10th floor using stairs along with luggage. Even some old people had to come down using stairs. Even didn't fix the stairs issue despite informing the reception staff. One of my friends room AC was not functional, hotel staff took one hour but couldn't fix the AC, so gave another room on another floor. No water bottles in the room. Cleaners and room servants least bothered. Don't care about guests services.

Skip some of the ziyaarah’s, the brother was so flexible and accommodating…. Always at hand if ever needed him for anything! Before we left i found his vids on the little things like plugs amd sockets and money exchange tips really handy! These are details that are small yet significant so he covered it all for us just so that we dont forget! Once there, he provided us with trusted places to shop, exchange money etc and some other visits we did too that were humbling!! You cannot get this when travelling alone! Brother went out of his way to make the stay as comfrtble as possible not just for adults but the kids too! And the trolley for the luggage at the end of to the trip was icing on the cake! Jzk for an unforgettable experience… i am already planning my next trip! ❤️

This was my first time travelling to Al Aqsa and with Zaarvel, I have been to many destinations and this was by far one of the best trips. From the very beginning brother Numayar looked after us and stayed with us until we got through the checkpoints at Tel Aviv. We were understandably very nervous but we soon realised we really had nothing to worry about. Everything was organsied perfectly from the transport to hotel to the very educational tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and have already recommended to others. We would definitely travel with Zaarvel again.

Zaarvel Team had made this a memorable experience for me and my family.
In our group there were between 50/55 people from London, Leicester, Manchester, Dubai, etc.
Before we travel, Zaarvel make it clear what is needed and essentials for trip. We have video conference for any questions that you may have, very in depth.
This is my 2nd time at Al Aqsa and can't get enough. What amazing trip, very well organised and packed everyday with things to do. Day 1, walking around Al Aqsa Compound and learning the history by experienced tour guild. Day 2 visiting locals or doing walking tour outside the compound. Day 3 coach trip from 8am to 9pm, visiting famous Ibrahim Mosjid and Musa Mosjid, Banksy Museum, Jericho, Mount of Olives, etc. Day 4 Jummah and shopping, Day 5 return. Action packed.
When visiting Al Aqsa alot of Sabr patience is needed. At airport any foreigner they will keep few hours and may question what your visit is about.
Insha'Allah I will be going again and again.

Visiting Al-Aqsa was honestly one of the most emotional and spiritual things I’ve ever experienced. From praying in the blessed compound to the amazing excursions organised by Zaarvel, every part of the trip reminded me how powerful and deep our history is as Muslims.
The itinerary was so well thought out — I loved how the guides mixed in historical facts with spiritual lessons, whether we were at the Mount of Olives, Masjid Umar, or visiting the tombs of the Prophets. Praying in those places was something else… it really hit the heart.
Alhamdulillah, my group was also amazing — supportive, kind, and filled with beautiful souls that made the journey even more special.
This trip wasn’t just sightseeing — it was healing. I left with a heart that honestly just wants to return again, inshaAllah.
May Allah let us all visit Masjid Al-Aqsa, protect its people, and keep our hearts connected to it. Ameen.

I recently had the honour of going on a Zaarvel tour to Palestine and honestly, it was one of the most eye opening and emotional experiences of my life. From the moment we landed to the moment we left, everything was organised with so much care and thought. The whole trip ran smoothly, the tour guides were brilliant, and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about sharing the truth and history of Palestine.
This trip really changed me. Before coming, I never took the boycott seriously. I’d hear about it now and then, but I would just brush it off thinking it doesn’t really matter. But after seeing the reality with my own eyes, even just the small day to day struggles the Palestinians go through, I realised how important it actually is. What we saw was only a tiny part of what they deal with every single day. It broke my heart and it opened my eyes. From now on, In Sha Allah, I will do my part and take the boycott seriously.
What Zaarvel offered was more than just a tour. It was a journey that touched the heart and soul. Every stop, every moment, felt like it had real purpose. It was clear that the team behind this trip put in a lot of effort and that they truly care about the cause.
I’m honestly so grateful I got the chance to be part of it. This wasn’t just about seeing places. It was about learning, reflecting and understanding the deeper truth. I would 100 percent recommend Zaarvel to anyone who wants a real, honest and powerful experience in Palestine. May Allah SWT reward the whole team for everything they’ve done.

Blessed to have had the opportunity to visit the Holy Land with Zaarvel! Amazing trip with a well organised tour operator who is experienced with this destination. Excellent communication and guidance pre and during the tour by Numayar who made the whole journey seamless. Zaarvel arranged excellent local guides from Jerusalem and their knowledge was outstanding providing great depth to the tours.
Everyone should try to visit Palestine if they have the opportunity and show solidarity and support to the people of Al Quds.
Zaarvel is highly recommended to anyone wishing to embark on this amazing cultural and spiritual journey!

I’ve been on group tours but going with Zaarvel was a cut above the rest for sure!
From the booking process to returning from the Al Aqsa trip, the service was undeniable.
They were swift in all responses and queries and put any worries to bed. The entire time we were treated like guests with all our needs catered to. Even if something was not on the itinerary but we were interested to go there or do something, it was arranged for the ones who wanted to go.
Zaarvel team knew everyone on the ground and are well connected on the other side so you feel completely at ease knowing you’re in safe hands. We were treated like guests, friends and family. Through their genuineness and sincerity, they created an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.
Thanks and best wishes for a successful future!
