We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights the hotel is a great location for the Haram including having Kaaba views however there were a few things which can be improved. It is also worth knowing there are 2 lifts required to get to your room but the lifts are frequent but busy at times. 1. Our room had 4 beds was to solved in a day or so however no one came to remove the beds so we were very tight on space this was agreed at check in would be resolved 2. We had to ring housekeeping several times for them to bring towels to our room given room clean was not timely. 3. Even after requesting a room clean with the sign on the door no one would come so I would have to tell the housekeeping team I saw in other rooms to clean mine or call reception to get it cleaned sooner 4. I requested a staff member to send some zamzam to my room to which he agreed and it didn't come which is disappointing 5. The check in and check out process was not efficient as there was only 1 member on the front desk and therefore took a while which isn’t great 6. On check out we called 1 hour before we wanted to leave to ensure someone was there to bring our bags and no one came and also called again. In the end we had to go downstairs and only then someone came up with me 7. The breakfast process needs to be smoother by opening all 3 areas to make it easier for everyone the queues are very long and a lot of pushing and shoving which could be avoided. 8. The breakfast drinks are very limited and need to speak to the right people to request proper krak tea. The Moroccan supervisor was great I forgot his name and was very helpful to get us karak tea with milk. 9. When the food runs out on the counter it takes a long time for the staff to refill for example I was waiting for 5 mins for bread to be refilled Read less

The hotel is in a big mall which opens into the courtyard leading to the grand mosque. Elevators that are common to the mall and the hotel are busy. The hotel has its own elevators that take you down to the haram which are less busy. The food is good. Fresh fruit choice is limited to only apples and oranges sometimes watermelon. The reception is very helpful and we were allowed to the early checkin (1 hour earlier). The location supperb just take a walk 5 minutes to the Haram Masjid Nabawi. It has been taken care of us when we had flu on the fifth day stayed. he made us remedy ginger, lemon, and honey without asking, and he knew if his clients needed it . The terrible case this hotel was, I had issues with the digital key cards. I don't understand why they didn't realize it and fix it right away since the first issue. It will be fine for us if only one or three times problems, but the big matter was, from the 10th floor, I had to go down and up to the front Desk total 17 times in ten days stayed just to asked them to fix or reactivate it. It's seems they ignored the problem.Also, the last three days of stayed, I asked one of the hotel stuff managers (forgot his name) to switch another room. But he refused it. So I was like, fine, do you at least have ice? Apparently they don’t have ice either. My husband had to go to the pharmacy near the hotel to get my daughter an ice pack. He complained at the front desk and left to go get her the ice pack. When he came back to the room, his key card didn’t work. They literally disabled his key card. Also, besides that, rooms were tiny. We got a room with four twin sized beds and the window was literally A fourth of the wall. We didnt get a good view or anything but whatever.
