I stayed at the Infinity Hotel with my mother during Hajj, and overall, our experience was disappointing.
Food: Breakfast was always the same with no buffet option. Meals were served in pre-packed boxes with no variety. The salad, for example, was given to elderly guests in large, uncut pieces and full of raw onions — clearly lacking care and attention. For a hotel catering to pilgrims during such an important journey, this was unacceptable.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping only came to empty the bins. Rooms were not cleaned unless we specifically asked, and even then, a tip was expected in return for proper service. This level of service should be standard, not conditional.
Location: The location is not bad — it’s not too far from the Haram, but do keep in mind that the walk involves an uphill slope, which can be tiring for elderly guests.
Overall, I expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality during such an important spiritual trip. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the experience for future pilgrims.

The pillows and bed is so bad really had a trouble to sleep on it , breakfast and service is disaster . We had check out time at 3pm however since 12pm deferent housekeeping staff was keep coming and asking to check out immediately , surely they have worst communication with each other. There are in same area better hotels for the same price per night . Don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel if you want to have comfortable stay during your Umrah .

I don't know why this place has many negative reviews. It's not really like those negative reviews. The room service team was good. The rooms were clean. 10-15 mins walk from Masjid al haram. The return walking would be slightly challenging as it's a upward hill. Other than that everything is fine. Over-all a very good experience.

***NOT 5 STARS – Barely 2!***
This hotel is a disaster, not 5* quality. Charger plugs are blocked with plastic, no toiletries are restocked, and the "breakfast" is just bland grass and eggs. Elevators are super slow.Cockroaches roam the rooms like paying guests, everything smells awful, lighting is dim, and the shower is so tiny. The wifi in rooms also doesn’t work.
No room service either—five nights, no clean-up. Only book if you don’t care about comfort or food and just want a hotel close to Al-Haram. But be warned—the hotel is on a steep hill so walking back is brutal. Avoid this place!

I understand we're in a Arabic speaking country but for a hotel with international guests, someone who speaks English would be helpful.
The reception staff look bored and disinterested.
Only good this the location.
Wifi was very slow and sketchy.

A firealarm went off at 2:00 am on 4th floor. I took stairs to reach reception and inquire about it. The only staffmember there was like its fine, all is okay. He said this in a very unconvincing manner and unhelpful attitude. On being asked again, he be like 'i dont know english'. These arabs especially meccan ppl are rude, arrogant. I understand a firealarm must be a test routine or false one. But at least give a beforehand notification or now give a satisfying explanation so that guests can go back to sleep peacefully.

Horrible - other than the location, which is excellent if you're able to walk (12minutes away from the Haram).
We were told this was a 5-star hotel. The only stars we saw were the stains on the carpets of our room. The carpet of the room was dirty, and the second we walked in, we smelt a very weird smell. Luckily, we had a scented spray with us to disguise the horrible smell.
We stayed for 5 days, we didn't have Internet. I called them 3 times and they kept giving me the same wrong password and insisted it's the correct one, until finally one of them was decent enough to tell me the truth that their Internet has the capacity for 30 people only! 30 people: in a hotel that has 15 floors, and God knows how many rooms. If you just want a place to put your things at and not bothered by anything else then I'd recommend this place because of its prime location, its close to the Haram and a lot of the shops but other than that, don't bother booking there.

The lobby was beautiful; but the 5* luxury experience ends there. Before we even got in the lobby, we smelt a lingering sewer stench that was potent. This was on route to haram, which means we smelt it multiple times daily. 8 small elevators, 25 floors; horrible experience. The wifi details were placed at reception, which was convenient, but it did not work-anywhere. The 5 star breakfast buffet was barely basic. The highlight was the pastry section and even that did not have much variety. There were no fruit, yogurts, toasters, omelettes, cereals... which is the bare minimum atleast. The drinks and toiletries in our guad rooms were not sufficient for 4 people. When asked for more the housekeeping simply did not return. Anytime you ring reception for anything, they would respond 'okay' and that's all. We don't hear from them again. It took several attempts to get a bellboy to come and collect our luggage. They would hang up on us and respond aggressively time and time again. They were incredibly stingy with water bottles and toilet paper. The water pressure in the sink and shower hose was a joke. The housekeeping made our beds, and that's about it. On my last day I asked them for some disposable tea cups and they said no, because we were due to checkout in the evening. I bought a bag of snacks for my kids which also mysteriously disappeared from my room. Housekeeping claimed they didn't even see it. This hotel is no way 5 star. If you want a pleasant stay and enjoy your spiritual journey in Makkah then do not come here. It will only put a downer on your trip. The staff did not even understand yes/no in English. They would simply say okay to everything and leave it at that. It was infuriating.

When I first arrived at Infinity hotel in Makka it was right before me and my family went to umrah. We were 5 people in 1 room we requested more beds. We came back and the beds were not there the A.C. was not working. Later we got into another room, we slept woke up and left to visit places Makka. Before we left we told housekeeping to clean our room twice, we came back and the room was very messy. We called them to come and clean they never came. Overall it was not the best experience I don't recommend it. The room was not tidied up after the first day of staying there we had to request multiple times to clean up. A ‘5-star’ hotel staff should clean the room when the customers put up the sign on the door, the A.C. Should work before people arrive the least they can do is improve the staff. The food was okay. They should improve, the only decent thing is the room and the fact you can walk to Haram. Other than that I’d not stay here.

It is a great and very convenient hotel. The food is nice and they have different dishes everyday. It is a walking distance till the Haram. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable, they do need some improvements but out of every other hotel nearby, Infinity Hotel is probably the best option.

When entered the hotel the staff won't let me check in before 4 PM.
- The reception staff only speaks Arabic and don't know any other language which made the communication very difficult until you find some one with a common language as a translator.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Customer service from all staff was very good. Shahid in particular was very helpful throughout and always had a warm welcome with a smile on his face. Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the breakfast hall were also very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the complimentary lemon mint/apple juice they had at the lobby as it was hot weather so they cooled me down. They also served hot food directly delivered to your room. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Location is also very ideal directly opposite the mosque. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Medina. The location was great, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible service especially from Foyazullah and Rohul-Waiters during breakfast.
Every single morning, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They constantly asked if we needed anything, whether it was more food, drinks, or anything else. Even outside breakfast hours, whenever we crossed paths with them, they would greet us warmly and check in to see if everything was going well. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care were unforgettable.
This kind of hospitality really touches the heart, may Allah bless them both. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its comfort but especially for the amazing staff.

I recently had the privilege of performing Hajj with Arif Hajj and Umrah, and I must say it was a truly life-changing experience. The guidance and support provided by brother Altaf Arif and his team were exceptional, and their knowledge and expertise in handling the logistics of the pilgrimage were impressive.
From the moment we arrived in Makkah and Madinah, Arif ensured that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to focus on the spiritual aspects of our journey. Their team was professional, courteous, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
What struck me most was Arif's emphasis and Qari Khalid’s guidance on the spiritual significance of Hajj. They provided valuable insights and reminders throughout the journey, helping us to connect with the rituals and reflect on our faith.
The accommodations, transportation, and meals were all of high quality, and the itinerary was well-planned to ensure that we could perform all the necessary rituals without any hassle, including the second umrah.
I would highly recommend Arif Hajj and Umrah to anyone planning to perform Hajj and I would only use them again. Their expertise, care, and dedication to providing a meaningful and stress-free experience are truly commendable.
May Allah reward brother Altaf Arif, Zaheer, Qari Khalid and the entire team for their excellent service and accept our Hajj. I pray that I will have the opportunity to perform these sacred rituals again with Arif's guidance.

Alhamdulillah, I recently had the immense blessing of performing Hajj 2025 with Arif Hajj & Umrah through Nusuk with Albait Guest.
Overall experience is beyond my expectation. Uncle Altaf really helpfull to guide us through entire process from the verification in Nusuk until successfull purchase a package and still there to help us during the Hajj process until we departed back home.
All the series webinar are really help us to prepare for the Hajj which is the first time Hajj for me and my wife. The amazing seminar in Oldham also help me to know some friends in our Hajj group before our departure.
While in the Hajj process, our guide Brother Zaheer Hussain was truly outstanding, while some uncertainty situation from Albait Guest always happens, he was always available around the clock to address concerns, guide us through the rites, and ensure everyone felt supported and safe.
Equally remarkable was Qari Imam Kahlid, who served as our spiritual mentor. His guidance helped transform each step of Hajj into reflective and spiritually uplifting moment. He was also always accompanying us through the entire process of Hajj, so we do our ibadah smoothly through his guidance.
Overall, this journey exceeded all my expectations and was made deeply meaningful because of their efforts. I highly recommend their service to anyone considering Hajj in the future. May Allah reward their efforts and continue to bless their work.

You really have to go with no expectations to get the most of your Hajj journey, so I refused to watch any social media platforms of Hajj as I wanted to feel and experience it all in REAL TIME! My journey was beyond any words that I can use to describe it! You need to go and see for yourself, be prepared to come out of your comfort zone and just focus on your prayers and you will get through it! The blisters and back ache from walking long distances, sleep deprivation, the extreme heat on your face with sweat running down your back, and being pushed about whilst performing Tawaf is a reminder of your purpose here. Would I change anything? My answer is no but I request that there should be more female guides, I took my learning from many books but having first hand advice is more effective! I’d like to thank Shaykh Burhan for raising awareness of the significance of Hajj and when we visited the religious sites, found it so moving of the sacrifices our Prophet (PBUH) and the Sahabah’s made for us so we can take their legacy forward. I have added the only photo I took without being disrespectful.

I recently had the immense privilege of embarking on the Hajj pilgrimage with Altaf Arif, and I must express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience he provided. From the very beginning, Altaf went above and beyond, setting himself apart from the other self proclaimed "best" tour groups in the UK. He was ahead of the curve at all times in comparison to the rest of the UK tour groups and his dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail truly made this journey a life-changing one.
Altaf's expertise and deep understanding of the rituals and significance of Hajj were evident throughout the entire trip. His thorough explanations and insightful commentary not only enriched our spiritual journey but also fostered a profound connection with the holy sites we visited. He effortlessly navigated the complex logistics, ensuring that every aspect of the pilgrimage was meticulously planned and executed.
What truly sets Altaf apart is his unwavering commitment to the well-being and comfort of each and every member of our group. His genuine care and concern for our physical and emotional needs were evident in the smallest details. Whether it was arranging transportation, accommodation, or providing timely guidance, he always went the extra mile to ensure our safety and comfort.
Altaf's exceptional leadership and organisational skills created a cohesive and supportive atmosphere within our group. His calm demeanor and patience were a constant source of reassurance and inspiration, especially during the more challenging moments of the journey.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the Arif Travels Hajj group, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone considering undertaking this sacred pilgrimage in the future. His professionalism, knowledge, and personal touch make him the ideal guide for such a transformative journey. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to embark on Hajj with Altaf will be in capable hands and will have an unforgettable experience that will resonate deeply within their hearts.
I will be enthusiastically recommending his Hajj group to anyone seeking an extraordinary and meaningful pilgrimage experience.
May Allah bless Altaf Arif and his father for their dedication and continue to guide them in their noble work.
JazakAllah khair.
