The service is pathetic. The stay at this hotel was ruined by the quality of the service. The bathrooms are almost unusable due to the smell and it is very difficult to get your room cleaned Please avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness. We requested several times for our room to be cleaned only to have it cleaned after 3 days. If you are reading this review, please consider another hotel. Read less

Maximum of 3 Stars has this hotel. Not 4 and definitively not 5! But the price they take is for a great 5 star hotel! The best from this hotel is the location. The rooms have dirty carpets and old furniture. The smell is not good. Other people are very loud and smoking. You don't see staff in this hotel. 1 cleaning person and 1 at reception, that's it. One star is for cleaning the room daily and one for the location. You collect so much for the rooms, change at least this old furniture and bath! Let the people get the value for the money they pay that they feel they stay in a 5 star hotel! I will definitely not recommend this hotel and avoid it for the next visit. Read less

I stayed at this hotel during my visit in madinah for 2 days. Honestly I had nothing to complain about. I am not sure where the negative comments come from, but as a not-so-picky person you would definitely like this hotel. The service was great. I arrived earlier than my checking time, still they managed to settle me in. As there was not a king bed available, but 2 double beds instead, the clerk teased me by advancing: "you sleep in this double bed one day, and the other the next day". Lol. We laughed and he handed me the keys right ahead. To be honest tho, I was more excited about visiting the city than my comfort. I would recommend Rotana Al mesk hotel anytime. Read less
