A great reason for such Review is also Ismail Omar the Restaurant manager who is a great example of work devotion and guest service. He has demonstrated many qualities in tough times how to handle the guests kindly with a smile, while dealing with a crisis effectively in no time leading his team in person working hand in hand. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality we received — especially from Mr. Sakeer, the assistant manager, whom we had the pleasure of interacting with during the daily dining. He was incredibly welcoming, always checking in to see if everything was okay, asking if we needed anything, and offering to help in any way he could. His warm personality and attentiveness really made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. The buffet meals for both breakfast and dinner were phenomenal — so much variety, consistently delicious food, and the dessert bar was next-level. Even during the busiest times, there was always plenty to choose from, and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything well-stocked and fresh. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the in-room Adhan system was such a thoughtful touch that enhanced the spiritual experience of our trip. And of course, the location — 0 meters from Masjid al-Haram — couldn’t have been more perfect. I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. Room are big and especially the luggage box room is very handy as it keeps your room clear of suitcases. Bath and toilets are very clean and spacious. Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. Coming from the U.S., we were looking for a place with close proximity to Madinah for us and our family members and this place did not disappoint. We were able to walk back and forth to and fro to the masjid for our prayers and back. It’s a one minute walk to Masjid Al Manawara and right in front of Masjid Al Qamama (the masjid where Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) prayed for rain. The service is amazing. The staff so hospitable, always giving Salams, and catering to whatever needs you need. Every day in Ramadan, they would have ghisr coffee and Sukari dates for all the guests. On Eid Day, they passed out roses, cupcakes, cake cookies, to all the guests. I loved the architecture of this hotel - beautifully designed - the elevator when the doors close ( inside) it has the doors of Masjid Al Munawwarah. The rooms are spacious,clean, and they have a water boiler with tea so you can have tea whenever you want. I highly recommend getting the breakfast and dinner at the hotel- it’s fantastically amazing! Fresh, with a variety of amazing choices and cuisines. I've stayed in this hotel for one night in a unit facing the ground mosque. The best thing about this hotel is its location, It's facing the mosque from the imam side. Which means that entering the mosque is much easier due to the smaller crowd compared to the hotels at the back of the mosque. The units are clean and well maintained, Especially that it is under heavy use all year long. I've been to more luxurious hotels, but they are not far off from what I've seen in this hotel.The restaurant in the hotel is good and the food choices are also good. Mild chlorine odour on water, especially if you use hottube. Housekeepjng team polite, dilgent and responsive but somehow not completed the job (i think this is management direrction, see below). Soundproof ness it was very good. Waterpresssure also good. Wifi internet speed good. Toiletries nearly completed but the housekeeping team not giving what it should, for example shavings kits, extra soap and shampoo (since the room occupied by 5 people, so you cannot only giving qty for 2 people isnt it?) Its also happened for th towel, tea/coffe/sugar, even you hide the water heater behind the cupboard , what a service.. just keep it out of the room if you didnt want your guests use it rather that hide it. Somehow management, please if you already take contract for accepeted Indonesian hajj guests, be full service or you may not take it at all. Yes, were not regular guest (umra) that only stay 2-3 nights. The guy was hesitant at first & then asked us to sit at the far corner.. weird.. it wasn’t crowded. the food wasn’t great either, bland, and they took a long to serve even the starters!
