Recently went for umrah my travel agent had booked this hotel it was a newish hotel and rooms were of decent size. Not far from Haram roughly 5-10 minutes walk. Situated right behind the clock tower with an amazing view. Also all shops were close by. Staff were brilliant and very helpful especially roomboy Kamrul Hassan. I would stay here again 100%.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, but it is a very basic hotel. The rooms aren't particularly clean - our toilet wasn't flushed and we found bogeys on the wall. The bedroom is very small, as are the beds. I'm only 5ft 10inches and my feet were sticking out. There is no sound proofing from the windows, so you can hear all the commotion from the street outside.
On a more positive note, the housekeeping staff are very helpful and responsive and the hotel isn't expensive

Our recent stay at Worth Elite Hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The location is ideal—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Haram, making it perfect for pilgrims seeking easy access. Basic facilities like shops and eateries are conveniently nearby, which added to the overall comfort.
Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the accommodating and courteous front desk staff. One of the standout features was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, with daily cleaning service that truly exceeded expectations. The housekeeping team was especially friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed.
While the room was slightly compact, opting for a triple-bed setup made a big difference in comfort and space. It was a smart choice for our group and worked out perfectly.
Overall, Worth Elite Hotel delivered a great experience with its prime location, excellent service, and spotless environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay near the Haram.

Location was less than 10 minutes from the mosque. Would not recommend this hotel as they are other hotels in the area with better service and similar price. The beds are small and very uncomfortable. Usually I don’t leave a review when I come to Saudi as I know we come to worship but paying for a hotel that does not meet the basic needs is questionable. My dad being 6’2 he could barely fit on the bed. Spoke with the receptionist and she like the rest of the staff ignored our issues re the bed. The room was so small no space to store the luggage- when asked regarding this we were told to put it on the bed? Doesn’t make sense bcos where should we sleep then. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in Saudi I’ve never had a problem with the beds. Out of everything you would expect the bed to be comfortable and would like to have a good rest after a long day. Regret booking this hotel and will not be returning. One review said room service came everyday which is untrue, no one came to restock the tissue or the towels.

Fantastic location within 10 minutes walk to Haram. The hotel is very clean and provides adequate level of comfort and great value. Had a three bed room which had all the basic facilities and close to restaurants. The only improvement required is in the bathroom which didn’t have a shower screen so became a very wet room.

I recently went to Makkah with my family in Ramadan, I booked this hotel 6 months prior. The rooms were nice and clean, the shower was quite small and water would go everywhere since there wasn’t any door around it. The service was honestly better than any of the more expensive hotels and the manager was really friendly and provided us with a lot of things. The cleaners on our floor were so nice and would change our blankets almost everyday. This hotel is in Ibrahim Al Khalil road it was a 10 ish minute walk to the Haram. Overall the hotel was so reliable for me and my family, hoping to come here once again.

I know it is stated as a 1 star but it is not ! A high standard 3 star . Very clean and like a 5 minute walk to the white marble of the masjid if you walk quick, if you are elderly or struggle with walking then can take you 8 to 10 minutes. Beds are small I am 5'11 and my legs were hanging off the bed, rooms are not very spacious but clean and new. The hotel is relatively new but I have noticed the prices have increased hugely !

Hotel was tacky, dirty, small, broken soaps was absolutely disgusting, lofts took forever. But customer service was civil. I was too embarrassed to take y photos to be honest. The only good thing was you were a short walk away from the mosque. The breakfast was not catered for our needs or pallets so we was told to go the the opposite hotel for a continental breakfast, which was too just about bearable. One good thing was there was NO BUGS, whereas Hilton hotel had bugs inside the rooms where the clients was screaming. AC fan was good to have and they supplied a Salah mat.

I was in Medina a few months ago and this hotel was pretty good. However I had some negatives about it. It was very hard to get on the the bath tub because, it is to steep. Also I was about to slip while getting off the shower because it was steep and my feet were wet. I liked the fact that it was close to gate 15 of the masjid. Overall a four star hotel.

May be a three star hotel and overly priced. The main advantage is proximity to gate number 15. Check in took 2 hours. Small lobby and mostly full of luggage. Rooms smell odd and we kept our room window open all the time to get rid of smell. Carpet was old and need replacement, bathroom accessories were missing and water heater need to be replaced. Breakfast was just okay and dinning room was smelly and congested. Room service staff was coperative and tried their best to made our stay bearable.

Provided exceptional advice on the rites of Hajj, having in depth knowledge of Hajj together with the additional bonus of arranging logistics I.e. transport from each location.
London prestige provided alternative solutions to make the journey easy. Understanding the individual need.
I would strongly recommend to use services provided by London Prestige.

We had an amazing experience with Hafiz Siraj! From the moment we joined the journey, everything was well-organized and seamless. The knowledgeable guides made the spiritual aspects of the trip even more meaningful, and we felt truly connected to the holy sites. The accommodations were comfortable, extremely close to Haramayn Shareefayn, food was delicious, and the group's camaraderie was heartwarming. I highly recommend London Prestige for a fulfilling and memorable pilgrimage. In sha Allah See you next year Aug 2024 If the Almighty accepts.

All I can do is give London prestige and Siraj Bhai a five star rating. We booked a tailor made package for Umrah during the summer holidays at very short notice. Siraj booked us an exceptional package that helped meet all our requirements at a very affordable price. The whole trip from the minute we landed in jeddah to coming home everything went well and was organised very efficiently. The hotels were as described with great service, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. The hotels were close to all the local amenities. Will definitely be booking with London Prestige again and will recommend to anyone looking to book an umrah package.
