He took really good care of us and was so attentive to details. Generally a great hotel with top customer service - especially from all the expat staff. Happy to have stayed here.

After posting this, management was very curtious and made the rest of my stay memorable. I can honestly say they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and sending me a very delicious coffee and dessert cart to my room.
Thank you for making things right

I think they need to change the name from light dinner into heavy dinner ))) Oybek Usmonov collected my reviews and offered sincere support. Faris and Abdurahman are also working hard to earn satisfaction. And big thanks to Abdurahim for his leadership in the lounge

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Kabba, with everything you could need nearby, including plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the mosque. My room even had a partial view of the mosque, which was a lovely touch.
While the room could use a bit of updating, it was overall comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, great service, and satisfying amenities!

We came to umrah through a group and they booked this hotel which was lovely and staff friendly and helpful.. always there when you need anything. We booked breakfast as well, and I must say there were so many varieties to choose from, and your plate was never empty. It was delicious. I also ordered room service for my son, who only has English food and didn't want to take him out to feed him, but me and my husband and I enjoyed our traditional foods outside. Room service food was a delight, and my son really enjoyed it. They also rang to get feedback, which I thought was very nice.
Overall, I would say it's a beautiful hotel, and if you're thinking of coming for umrah and staying at a 5*, then I would highly recommend the Hilton Convention

Nice and spacious suite, they also provided a crib for my daughter. They gave me a Omra guide on request and they also have wheelchairs on demand. The location is good too but not overlooking Kaaba. Excellent service by Islam in the lounge who was very professional and hospitable and the food at dinner time was good too unlike the afternoon time.

Title: Exceptional Stay at Hilton Hotel – A Truly Unforgettable Experience
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely exceptional experience. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by their friendly and professional staff who made sure my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The room was immaculate, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail they maintained – from the crisp, clean linens to the well-stocked minibar, every aspect was thoughtfully executed.
The hotel offers a wide array of dining options catering to various tastes, and every meal I had was delectable. The chefs at Hilton surely know how to impress their guests with their culinary expertise.
Moreover, the hotel's facilities only added to my overall satisfaction. From the state-of-the-art fitness center to the elegantly designed swimming pool, Hilton ensures that its guests have plenty of options to unwind and enjoy themselves.
One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a warm smile on their faces. I truly felt valued as a guest, and it is evident that the hotel prioritizes the satisfaction and well-being of its patrons.
In summary, my stay at Hilton Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. I cannot wait for my next visit to experience the unparalleled hospitality this incredible establishment has to offer.

My visit at the hotel was for 3 days and to be precise the view of the room was fantastic; we can go towards haram from the hotel itself on foot and there was not much issue with the room. The chick in procedure could take a while as for some new guests should confirm about parking is included in there stay or not. One thing that they should have done is there was no security guard to guide for parking in basement and there is a slope at the parking entrance which whole entering during the day is not much visible, I would like if the hotel came with a solution for that. Apart from one or 2 issues the rest of my stay was good.

The rooms are nice with enough space for a family of 5 people. In addition, our deluxe view room also has a view of the Grand Mosque so that we can monitor the situation to make sure whether the call to prayer has been called or not. According to my family this room is perfect. The hotel service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, especially the Falafel which has a savory taste. In the afternoon and evening, we went to the lounge for Afternoon Tea and dinner. The dinner is very good, especially if there is rice. For the distance to the mosque, it is close but too uphill so the feet get sore easily. Basically, it's the best here!

Very nice rooms and reception, and room service. Cleaning staff was cutting corners and we had to ask them to refill items or bring missing items. Climbing jabl Omar is bit demanding but if you are fit it should be easy. Not recommended for people with wheel chair or elderly as even shuttle service will drop you on the hill. Breakfast was good with wide variety.

Absolutely amazing stay and brilliant service! In-detail review below:
Check-In Experience 5/5
We were a family of 5 (Adults) and we checked in around 12.30am and the hotel lobby was quiet. Luggage was offloaded by the staff and taken inside and was told to check-in at the reception. Was greeted well and I provided by booking details to the receptionist. He was very attentive and answered any questions I had. As we had two rooms booked, he asked if we would like to have the rooms on the same floor. Paid the remainder of the rooms via credit card which went smoothly. Took around 10 minutes for the whole check in process which was very good.
Rooms 4/5
Rooms were perfect and clean. We were given a 4-bed room for 3 of us which was ample. and a 2-queen bed for the ladies. View was partial haram which was good. Some amenities listed on Booking.com were not present such as the slippers and bathrobe but we weren't too concerned about these. Only given 4/5 for this because someone else might require these amenities and if they are listed they should be provided but weren't big of a deal for us. Also one out of the two rooms booked did not have any drinks or snacks in the mini fridge although the other room did.
Laundry Service 5/5
Quick and efficient and offered us free ironing and folding which are usually charged. Could not complain about this service as it was perfect as you'd expect.
Customer Service 5/5
Calls from the room landline were answered immediately and always helpful on the other side. All queries answered thoroughly.
Shuttle Service 4/5
24-Hour shuttle is a good service to provide, however was not as expected as it only takes you to the flat part near the shops at the bottom. Does not take you the front of the marbled area of the masjid. So you still need to walk around 4-5 minutes to get to the marbled area. Sometimes takes very long to come especially in the late night hours between 1 and 4am.

I was booked at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel and when I arrived in Makkah I was transferred to the Hilton Convention Hotel without prior notice or a letter stating that the hotel will be changed. I had to wait in the lobby of the hotel for three hours after a long travel trip under the pretext that my reservation information had not been transferred from the first hotel (Double Tree) even though the hotel had been booked a whole week in advance.
I just want to notice that it will be my first and last experience of this bad hotel
The rating on the reservation sites page and Google Maps will be poorly rated + never mention this place to anyone

Breakfast was plentiful and ample amount of seating to facilitate.

We stayed at Al-Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah for the last 10 days of Ramadan 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a street away from Masjid-e-Nabawi, which made access to prayers extremely convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional—gracious, helpful, and always professional. Our room was clean and well-serviced daily. While some sound from the adjacent room was occasionally audible and elevators got busy during peak hours, these were minor compared to the overall comfort. The food service was a standout—abundant, delicious, and beautifully managed during Suhoor and Iftar. The kitchen and wait staff deserve special praise for their attentiveness and hospitality. This hotel delivers both luxury and spiritual ease, and we are grateful for the care shown during such a blessed time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting during Ramadan or any time of year.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aqeeq in Medina, and while the overall stay was pleasant, the check-in process was very disappointing.
I had requested early check-in by emailing and trying to contact the hotel in advance, but received no response at all. When I arrived around 10 a.m., I was tired and exhausted from travel. The receptionist told me the room was available, clean, and ready—but I couldn’t check in unless I paid an additional 350 riyals. I explained that I had tried to confirm early check-in beforehand, and i was with my elderly but nobody replied. Still, they insisted I pay.
After some back and forth, and only when I pushed and argued, the receptionist spoke to the manager. Eventually, they allowed me to check in for free, but it took a long time and felt unnecessarily difficult .
the room itself was excellent—spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location was good. The overall ambiance of the hotel was good, and even the lift/elevator was smooth and well-maintained. Everything about the stay was great, except for the check-in experience.
I hope the management improves communication and customer service at the front desk. A better welcome would have made a big difference.

I have recently stayed in Hotel Aqeeq with my elderly mum. The location is perfect for its close proximity to female prayer area in Masjid-al-Nabawi as well as shopping and nice and clean food options.
On top of that, staff here have been exceptionally helpful and kind. Starting from help with the luggage at the arrival to waiting staff at the breakfast area as well as the concierge and lobby staff providing helpful information with local knowledge and advice.
The breakfast options were superb.
Only downside is the shower area as the water overflows after each shower. Hope the authorities will fix this soon.
Otherwise, definitely would love to come back here again and I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends and families.

My parents and I came to Madinah for 3 days. We stayed at Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pancakes were made fresh, and the proportions were great. The fruits were also top quality, especially the sweet melon. The rooms had a cozy view of the other hotels nearby. The amenities such as the sewing kit and slippers were very useful, and were provided abundantly. The Masjid al Nabawi was very close-by and easy to walk to for daily prayers. The room service food for dinner was excellent, and my top highlight for that was the fettuccini spaghetti. The rooms were slightly small, and the bathroom was luxury. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. The service was also great, and room-service was also brought on time. This hotel deserves 5 stars!

The bad: There was a window that didn’t close and brought in a lot of noise from the AC, but it was partially fixed in our second day. The furniture is outdated and wobbly in some cases. The elevators are too slow as they are overloaded. Sometimes I had to wait around 10 mins.

During my recent stay at the Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel, I had both positive and negative experiences. Firstly, the hotel's location was very convenient as it was located close to the Madina Al Munawarman Mosque and there were plenty of stores nearby. This made it easy for me to explore the area during my stay.
The hotel's restaurant was also impressive, offering a variety of international food options and most of it was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the front staff of the restaurant. Despite having a package for three people, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they kept mistaking the number of guests in my party. This happened every time we entered the restaurant (and we stayed there for 4 nights) which was frustrating. On the other hand, the hotel's lobby had a small Starbucks store, which was a nice touch.
I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the hotel's beds. They were soft and comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep immediately upon lying down. The hotel's size was not too big, the elevator was small and not very effective. This caused a bit of inconvenience, especially during rush hour, as I had to wait a while for the elevator.
Feel free to visit my Instagram profile @febtasty for further exploration of my experiences.

This hotel is extortionate for the services they offer. We paid over £3400 for two rooms for five nights. The location is great as it's near the Haram however the place is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. The toilets have no handles on the side for getting up and the most of the furniture in the Badr Suite was old and dilapidated. There was no attempt by the staff to help assist us to deal with the issue of a wheelchair access either. The safe took two days to be reset in order that it could be used. The staff at the reception were not very friendly or approachable either.

It falls short of my expectations, despite being a "five-star" hotel. The water pressure in the toilet is low, and one of the sinks is broken. The food is acceptable but not impressive, and there are only a few options available.

Check in was a little disappointing as the staff were not at all welcoming. The rest of the stay was amazing. Cleaning staff and waiters were really great to deal with. It is very close to the haram. Breakfast, lunch and supper was really great. Amazing selection at the buffet. You will save a lot of time eating at the hotel instead of queuing at fast food restaurants or restaurants in the mall. The rooms were not exactly 5 star but on a whole a really awesome place. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is very bad hotel and does not deserve 5 stars hotel, I stayed here for 3 days so far and no one come to clean the rooms, i called room service from reception i got passed to them, they didn’t understand a word of English ( and you call you self 5 star) The bed smell very bad and itch all the night. The bathrooms water supply has no pressure. I spoke to room service ask for towels and toiletries and it’s been over 2 hours and still not received them. The reception desk employee have so much attitude. They look down on you. A budget hotel will do a better job for the service. I tried to pay for the hotel prior to me coming but they didn’t take the money out my account. When i got to the hotel they charged me extra because of the exchange rate. Plus they never said anything about tax being paid. Absolutely scam artist.

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from Haram. The room is spacious. However, the cleanliness was not as expected, especially the bathroom - given the high price. The bathroom ceiling and the toilet needed repairing. And, the most annoying thing is that you cannot open the windows. We just came out of a pandemic and no one allowed to open the windows to circulate the air. My whole family got sick because of this issue.

Had a really amazing experience with Maqaam tours this year. This was my second time going to Umrah with Maqaam tours, my first time being in 2018. I had a really great time the first time that when booking Umrah again this year, I went straight to Maqaam. The pre-trip tasks went very smoothly - the brothers in charge handled all activities diligently and were very clear in their communication. When out there, the lead tour guide for our trip was Brother Juned - he was always punctual, clear and accommodating with any requests. The hotels that were booked were in a perfect location, and Juned showed a really good understanding of the area so you always felt in safe hands. Overall, I’d really recommend Maqaam to anyone planning on Umrah soon - they really do take the hassle around planning trips away from you so you can focus purely on the experience and worship of Allah.

I recently had an amazing experience with Maqaam Tours, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the very beginning, the booking process was super easy and hassle-free. The team was friendly and transparent with all the details, which I really appreciated.
Our tour guide in London was fantastic! They had so much knowledge about the city and its history, making every stop on the tour engaging and informative. It felt like we were getting the inside scoop on all the best spots!
The transport was always on time, which made everything flow smoothly. I loved that I didn’t have to worry about getting from place to place – we were taken care of throughout the entire trip.
The pricing for the package was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of service we received. Overall, this trip was just wonderful! If you're looking for a great tour experience in London, definitely check out Maqaam Tours. You won't be disappointed!

I recently returned from an unforgettable Umrah trip with my extended family of 16, organized by Maqaam Tours, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Maqaam Tours provided an exceptional experience that made our journey both smooth and spiritually enriching.
The organization was flawless. The hotels they arranged were not only of high quality but also conveniently located, which made getting to and from the Haram incredibly easy and stress-free. The transportation throughout the trip was equally impressive—always punctual, comfortable, and efficient. This is especially remarkable given the size of our group!
What truly set Maqaam Tours apart, however, was the dedication and patience of the brother Rajon and Hussain who managed our trip. Their depth of knowledge and experience was invaluable; they guided us with care and respect, answering all our questions and helping us make the most of our time in the holy cities. Their calm demeanor and commitment to ensuring a seamless experience made the entire journey much more meaningful for everyone.
If you’re considering an Umrah trip, I highly recommend going with Maqaam Tours. Their expertise and commitment to their travelers mean you can focus entirely on the spiritual aspects of your pilgrimage. Personally, I would choose them again over booking separately in a heartbeat!

Just come back from umrah, travelled with 16 family members as part of a group. Had an amazing experience with Maqaam Tours, looked after us so well. Hotels were excellent and close. Transport was amazing. Brothers had so much patience, knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend and would personally go with them again rather than book separately myself.

Had a wonderful Umrah experience with Maqaam Tours. The service was very friendly, the guide was extremely helpful and accommodating and was very knowledgeable about the local geography and the Umrah itself; he was always advising us on how best to make the most of our visit. The hotels we stayed at and the coaches used to travel between cities were excellent. We also had the opportunity to perform our Umrah twice!!
Highly recommended.
