Got quoted 7500 pounds for hajj 2019 with indirect flights and hotels further away from the haram and london heathrow departure. I went to sadaat hajj umrah who offered me direct flights from Manchester, hotels directly infront of the masjids all for 5500. Al harmamain travel is not cheap.
