The best service from start to finish. No complaints whatsoever, even in the slightest of things. The advice and guidance of the staff was perfect for my 1st ever Umarah. Alhamdulilah ☺️

I'm afraid the staff member was very patronising. Offered us ready made packages without asking about our needs and considerations. We decided to go ahead with another travel agent instead. The prices were around the same but the service was much better.

Do not trust these people. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!! They have taken my hajj money and have not paid me back an ounce.The team are all dodgy people and are thieves!! The man who has taken my money is called Kamran.I am absolutely appalled that this “company” has not even tried to give me back my money or even try to contact me, instead Kamran has been making up lies to cover up the fact he does not have the money!! Absolute time wasters. Do not waste your time with this horrible company. They promote umrah and hajj packages pretending to be good muslims yet they are here ROBBING YOUR MONEY.

Al-Noor Travels have dodgy travel agents, they took my money for a Hajj travel pack in covid and they are still not giving my money back. Every time i try and ask for my money back they always decline and try to make up new excuses. The travel agent we used name was Kamran and he has kept my money for 4 years.

When we booked through these cowboys, we told them that my mother had an operation on her back and also has atheritous on her legs, they promised us that the masjid will be literally round the corner when in reality my parents have to get a shuttle bus and then walk 20min to the masjid... they have also divided the group into different block hotel. When confronted, there excuse was we didn't know when we CLEARLY TOLD THEM OUR MOTHERS SITUATION LOADS OF TIMES. They have cut corners in order to maximise their profits, astaghfirullah. Also when my parents arrived in the airport, the leader of the group sent them to wait for over 2hours, and was going to leave without my parents. Luckily I had the group leaders number and had to beg him not to leave without my parents.. very unprofessional and will never recommend to anyone. Wallah the group leader doesn't have a clue and is very unorganised.. it's not about the money, it's the principle.. they charged us an arm n leg, because of all the promises they were making, we still went ahead with it only to find out they were not telling the truth.. NEVER RECOMMEND THESE COWBOYS AND THEIVES!!!
