Even one star is too much for this unprofessional and downright rude company. Now I apologise to others who work here who are sincere and helpful but I got off the phone to someone called 'Shahid' seeking some advice and his tone and use of language was disgusting. This brother seemed irate that I had decided to book of my own back and just wanted some advice. As Muslims who are wishing to go to Allah's house and seek his pleasure him saying to me and I quote:- "It's people like me who pee him off and then when we are stuck come to companies like him" Now that's all good and well but reading some of the reviews on here this agency/travel agent seem to be in the business off ripping people off. Fear Allah when it comes to the matter of money and short changing people and furthermore adopt some manners when talking to customers. Shameful way to speak to people and I would never ever reach out to such an agency who only Allah knows best what there intentions are.

I once booked 2 tickets for umrah for me and my wife I had to cancel because my wife could not get the required jabs because of health reasons so therefore I had to cancel this was with Turkish airlines I cancelled 5 weeks before going Visas were done Turkish airlines said I should get full refund but Mr Mazhar at skyfly charged me £200 per ticket when he should have charged just for visas and maybe £25 for handling charges Then he had the cheek to offer me cup of tea Also he said said he could get me a fake certificate for my wife I was going to Allahs house Not to Pakistan may Allah help these greedy travel Agents

DO NOT GO HERE. The worst service ever, once they have your money they don't care. Sell you a package that you don't get, the hotels they put you in have mould, ant and bugs. It's all about the money for them, no care for customers.
