This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel for umrah with family. 100m from Masjidil Haram. Clean Rooms, Good service from staff- Mr Shahadul. . Value for money compare to nearby hotel. Mostly, English speaking personnel. Quite room. Spacious for triple room. Very satisfied with the hotel.

My stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were not only professional but also very friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and offering help whenever needed. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few steps away from the Haram, which made it very convenient for prayers and visiting the Holy Mosque. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Overall, it is a hotel that combines excellent service, cleanliness, and an ideal location and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. Thank you

The hotel is overall very good, especially for its excellent location close to the Holy Mosque. The staff were very welcoming, and the receptionist kindly gave me the worker’s number to help carry my luggage, which I appreciated. However, I want to be honest about a few points. The room soundproofing is not good — I could hear people in the hallways as well as construction noises from the building nearby. Also, the entrance is a bit difficult to access, especially during prayer times, since Google Maps directed me to the back entrance instead of the front under the Makkah Towers. In general, the hotel is good and convenient, but it would be much better if they improve the room insulation and make the main entrance easier to access.

A successful choice of accommodation, in terms of location near the Holy Mosque, and in terms of cleanliness and room service, the service provided by Mr. Imran was excellent. What made the experience even better was the hotel management's cooperation in handling the reservation. Although my reservation was made through an intermediary company, I found them responsive and provided suitable solutions with flexibility and professionalism. They are commendable and rewarded for their efforts in ensuring the service of the guests of God. A very positive experience, and I look forward to staying again in the future, God willing.

I had a wonderful stay at Elaf Kinda. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and I am especially grateful for being allowed to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The bell boy, Raju, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Although the room size felt a bit small, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary fruits, even if they were provided only once during my four-day stay. Overall, the service and hospitality more than made up for any minor details. A great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and professional hotel in Makkah!

I had a pleasant stay at Elaf Kinda. The management and reception staff were very nice and friendly, which made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the daily welcome drink at Level L — a lovely touch of hospitality. The prayer room was comfortable and convenient, and I truly appreciated the “English Spa” toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames — they added a luxurious feel to the stay. Overall, Elaf Kinda provides good service. However, I believe the housekeeping could improve; they only cleaned the room after being called. Also, the room was smaller compared to other luxury hotels, although its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram

Surau attach with the masjid corridor and can pray from surau for elderies or times with masjidil haram imam. Foods, water pharmacy, bus station are within 1 to 5 min walk. All staff are very nicr and helpfull. Breakfast many need some improvement for variaties for asian people

Wonderful Stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel, Makkah – January 2025 We had a truly blessed experience staying at Elaf Kinda Hotel during our Umrah trip in January 2025. The hotel’s prime location near the Haram made it incredibly convenient to attend prayers and perform our rituals with ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the easy access to the mosque, which allowed us to focus on our worship without any hassle. Overall, Elaf Kinda was the perfect base for our spiritual journey, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days and the hotel is fantastic. Very very close to Haram. Only 2 mins walk and your there. The prayers starts in front of the hotel so if your by any chance late you can easily pray just going out of the main door of the hotel. The always clean that road before prayer. The room service was amazing as everyone was well up to the task and always changed our towels and gave us water when we needed. The hotel check in process was great as I dealt with the front desk manager and he was excellent. The only drawback is the hotel do not have direct access to the road so you need to go to the clock tower underground where everyone gets dropped off and then use any of the elevators to go level 1 and walk less than a minute. If you call the hotel they will send a staff member there to pick you up from the clock tower drop off place underground. Overall a great hotel. Highly recommend

Great location and affordable prices. I had a solo room and the room is a bit small but it’s enough for one person. Toilets have amenities kits and rooms and floors were very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. What I like the most about this hotel is the quietness you can see they were organized and kept the atmosphere very relaxing. I will definitely stay here next time.

A fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. The front desk staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are okay, the beds are bit smaller but comfortable. The only problem is the access to the hotel as it is neither adjacent to access road nor the underground parkings. You have to walk with luggage to the nearby access road. Also sometimes the pedestrian access remains close specially closer to prayer times. Also staff were very polite and caring, Tito was an excellent manager at the hotel. Overall very good experience.
Super excellent. The rooms are clean and good. Their services are very good and accommodating especially to their Moroccan Chef who prepares our food that is very delicious. Thank you!

Not a bad hotel, very close to the haram. Our rooms were very spacious with free WiFi and Air Con. There are two restaurants which we didn't really use except for breakfast. Staff are on hand to help and any queries / problems we had were resolved satisfactorily. Only downside is vehicles are not allowed up here so the luggage had to be carted in which the hotel staff did.

Hotel is at good location and its proximity to Haram is good advantage. Breakfast buffet is brief and good enough. Our family enjoyed the stay in general, however there are few scopes of improvement. Front staff is bit unresponsive, request for luggage movement at checkout was not granted. There is no access for taxi or car parking, often guest has to travel long to get taxi. Housekeeping on call was not working, needed to remind them quite often. Room makeup was not done for our four days of stay that generally expected of a 3-5 star hotel. Hotel by look if quite old fashioned, however this or all above aspects can be ignored for comfort of walkable distance to Haram.

The rooms are not well maintained, they are old and worn. The location is perfect, it is not complicated or a long walk to enter and exit the hotel like some of the other larger hotels. Shops and food outlets nearby. I stayed here for convenience not for the luxury.
Not a 5 star, 3 star plus probably. Reception staff not too welcoming specially the female staff. Best part is VERY FEW STEPS to HARAM gate 88. Neat and clean. Old but well maintained

The room are pretty small and not exactly same as they shown in pics. The hotel needs some serious upgrades, specially the carpet are quite old. The only good thing about the hotel is its location, Bangladeshi staff is pretty supportive and Mr. Khan who follow ups on all of your issues. Rest of the staff is a mess.

I would rate this 5 star hands down. Great customer service, great room service and fantastic breakfast buffet. But I am rating it 2 so people know that this hotel has no access for cars, buses or taxis. If you are carrying more than one suitcase then this hotel is not for you. You're taxi will not be allowed to cross the checkpoints. It's 30 min walk. The fourth checkpoint is strictly blocked for any people coming in. I showed the security my reservation and still he didn't let me pass. I was lucky to have found 2 guys who know the system I guess, and portered my two luggage to the hotel. And then when we checked out, same issue. My taxi couldn't clear any check points because it was a big van with no passenger. So the hotel bellman got my luggage all the way through 2 checkpoints. From there I had to hire a small taxi, load my 3 suitcases at this point, for SR 20 for a 2 min drive where my transportation was waiting for me. Just ridiculous how it's a nightmare with the no taxi access to the hotel. If you are not carrying any suitcases then it's the best hotel. Otherwise completely opposite. For families with luggage, please select any hotel inside the clock tower, they all have access to transport in the basement.

ð—§ð—›ð—˜ ð—ªð—¢ð—¥ð—¦ð—§ ð—›ð—¢ð—§ð—˜ð—Ÿ ð—˜ð—©ð—˜ð—¥! I stayed in Elaf Kinda for 9 nights and not even a single day I could get in my room without having issues with the key card. Every single day I had to go reception to swipe 💳 the key card or to have new replaced one. Many guests has been having the similar issue. I've spoken to the hotel manager in reception, he told me it's not upto him and he can't do anything on this. Also, this hotel needs few staffs who can actually communicate with guests in English, for example if I call room service he use to hang up because he couldn't speak English... Similar issue with the one and only female receptionist who can't speak or understand any English and she seemed so confused, aggressive and irresponsible. The hotel rate I would give 3*, the windows are very dirty, those who already stayed can witnessed everything I mentioned here. It's definitely not international standard! Lastly, I personally thank all the Bangladeshi workers of this hotel they've been extremely polite and helpful if any credit left, then it goes to them. The Arab staffs are completely useless!
Ideal location for the Haram, shopping and essentials. Professional staff, well mannered and English speaking for those who require it. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Refund is pending for more than 4 months. Very poor communication and costumer care. Had to raise my complain to Ministry of Tourism hotel via complaints number: 930 Receive a call from the hotel telling me they will refund my expenses for the cancel booking as soon as possible. Till now no action from hotel. Stay away from this property if you want your peace of mind.
Professional and courteous staff. Clean and Well-maintained room and washroom. They are using latest technology too. Very good location with easy access. Liked the experience
Very near to Haram & excellent accommodation. Hospitable & Cooperative staff. Multiple food options are available in vicinity.
The staff were lovely and welcoming The Air condition was not super and the fridge did not work The breakfast was below expectations and the view was not super
Second time here and it was great . The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Won't be my last visit , my thanks to all the staff.
hotels close to the Masjidil haram may be approximately 100M and hotels that are open in this pandemic condition

Simpler to get in and out of the hotel unlike the other clock tower hotels, where one has to spend a lot of time at ground level trying to get in, amidst a lot of chaos. It is also more serene whereas the the clock tower hotel lobbies were so overcrowded and noisy. Very serene atmosphere. Great buffet for all three meals. Neatly maintained rooms. Highly recommend.
Very Good location, Price also is Ok, Very cooperative staff receptions

The hotel is fine and it's location is a big advantage as it is right next to haram but they cheap out on breakfast. The first day breakfast was decent but then a lot of guests arrived and they reduced the number of juices and the number of sweet items available in breakfast. Also the hot water for tea would run out and there was no replacement immediately available. They would pour 30 liters to water heater and it would take 20 minutes to heat the water. So your either wait that long or just give up the idea of tea.
Location is lovely. Be careful, the elevators do not have sensors. You have to phone room service to come and clean the room

I stayed at Elaf Kinda for one night and can assure you that this hotel is far better than Pullman ZamZam and Rotana. The girl at the reception and her manager were super friendly. I was upgraded to Quadruple suite with partial haram view. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room due to Covid and it was as good as the buffet with omelette, hash brown, boil egg, croissant, cake, fruits and what not! The hotel is very caring and provided the best customer service I ever had in hotels in Makkah.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Hotel Team This was our second stay at the hotel with my family, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The services provided were truly outclass, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Chef Rafat, whose omelets and pancakes were simply the best—our mornings were made delightful thanks to his culinary skills. We are also deeply grateful to Ahmed Essa and Abdul Rahman for their kind gesture in upgrading us to a suite, ensuring our family could stay together in comfort. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The housekeeping team deserves a big shout-out as well—they were always available and attentive, keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Last but not least, our sincere thanks to the hotel management for maintaining such high standards and ensuring the best services for their guests. Your dedication to excellence is evident in every detail. Looking forward to our next visit!

Brother Rasheed was so amazing every day greeted my 5 year old so nicely she never forgot him ; He would always greet her by her name and ask her how she is and she should make dua for him ; He left to Sudan and my daughter still asked about brother Rasheed .. Jazakallah fir making our experience wonderful … Our room was haram view beautiful , it was a bit crowed with all the beds; we had a wonderful housekeeping guy brother Fahad; He was an exceptional hard worker and knew what we needed and cleaned the room to our satisfaction; he was overworked but smiled Madam do you need anything else ? Even though the hot water wasn’t working and it wasn’t his job to fix but he got someone to help us right away .. two days in a row they kept coming to fix but wasn’t getting fixed the front desk upgraded us to a room but the front office people were not very friendly from checking in to being upgraded everything was about it money.. As the hot water wasn’t working which they changed the room and I had a Ziyarah to go to and I had to delay it to help the bell boy the character and what needed to be done was so poorly by the front desk .. I was so upset and I was delayed to the Ziyarah and they didn’t care ..a great disappointment The kitchen manager was nice especially to my elderly father which made me very happy ; he would always smile and ask him if we needed anything .. The Chef who made the egg and pancakes was so nice to my children and myself he worked so hard and made the best pancakes and omelettes .. he always smiled and was very efficient with making our food.. thank you for making our experience great Brother Ashfaque was very nice and helpful bringing our suitcase to our room very nice bell man very overwhelming with all the work but always smiles and was patient .. Our waiter at the breakfast was nice; brother Choton Ali was very nice and accommodating.. Close to the Nisa side.. very grateful for the stay and all the positive and good efforts

There’s no way this is a 3 star rated hotel; in my view it’s definitely a 5 star hotel. I honestly cannot fault it; the location, service, rooms and especially the breakfast was 5 star standard. Ali from breakfast restaurant really went out of the way to ensure our table was always catered for; from tea to pancakes, he knew what we wanted before we asked for it. Really felt like a personal service; pls pass on our special thanks. Breakfast was definitely 5 star standard. Chef Majid made the best omelettes and was always friendly, despite the popularity and early morning queue. Also our usual house keeping staff ensured our room (1035) was clean and fresh everyday; pls pass on our thanks (I’ve forgotten the names). Lastly, I would also like to pass on special thanks to Abdul Rehman from reception who greated us at check in and gave us an outstanding room especially for my disabled mother who would be able to enjoy haram view when reading slaah from the room (with sounds of Azaan and imam leading prayers in the room (live). My mother is eternally grateful. Many many thanks team Taiba Front; a job well done. Pls have your hotel rated again as I am sure it will be rated 5 star!⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ PS we stayed for 8 nights and the plastic plates and cutlery (some reviews have mentioned) was only temporary for a few days since the kitchen was being refurbed. They’d quickly switched to proper plates and cutlery after a few days. If guests had bothered to ask then I’m sure the staff would have explained like they did to us.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Abdul Hakim. He did an excellent job making sure our room was spotless and comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional – the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned, and everything was left fresh and tidy. Abdul was also incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed like spare towels etc... and ensuring our room was Clean. His attention to detail and dedication to his work truly stood out. Excellent service and cleaning like this really makes a difference – thank you, Abdul Hakim, for helping make our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed here December 2023 and it was a lovely stay. We weren't expecting much for a 3-star hotel but we were impressed by the standard and customer service. Our room was very spacious with two separate 'bedrooms' and a small kitchen which was very nice. The shower room was also very clean and spacious too. We didn't eat breakfast here so I cannot comment on that. The location is excellent, the hotel is very close to the ladies entrance/ prayer area to Masjid Nabawi, as well as all of the shops, restaurants and even pharmacies. Housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.

The hotel location, staff, service, rooms and food was excellent. On arrival and departure the bell captain services were excellent and also Mr Abdulmalik at the reception provided an excellent service. The housekeeping staff on our floor ( 7th floor): Sajid Miah, Ramadan and Ruben were very helpful, and did a great job keeping the room clean. We ordered room service it was good although it took a long time to get order for some unknown reason. Areas of improvement: electrical outlets need to be fixed. Heavy load on lifts My family and I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely comeback in future

We booked with them direct and they basically emailed me with 7 days to go saying my card wasn’t working and they cancelled our booking. They don’t answer calls / emails, basically it’s a way for them to now sell our room for triple the price! Now has left us with having to book another ! IF THESE ARE THE ISSUES WE ARE HAVING BEFORE EVEN REACHING OUR DESTINATION IMAGINE THE STAY WITH THEM.

Great convenience to the Masjid Nabawi and beautiful hotel. Some problems with lifts as not enough lifts for guests so usually a 5-10 minute wait around salaah time but otherwise perfect hotel, clean, convenient and lots of eateries in the vicinity. Beautiful view of the whole masjid uninterrupted view of the dome from the Haram view rooms.
Ideal location in front of women gate. Rooms are clean. Breakfast area is also spacious. They do need more lifts. The building has a mall also for small shopping.

Their ‘Suhoor’ buffet ended almost a full HOUR before Fajr and when the lady behind us asked for water just after 4am (when fasting starts at 4:54am) they asked her for 6SR! Really poor way to treat people who pay good money for a SUHOOR buffet. Food however had good flavours. Reception was very rude and not friendly. Broken items in our suite: towel holder, toilet seat, TV, kettle. Not enough lifts for the number of guests they have, had to use stairs as queues for lifts were very long. Location was the only thing good about this hotel as very close to Masjid An Nabawi. Not worth the almost £1000/night we paid for this hotel as very poor service and customer service especially regarding the suhoor….kids were thirsty and hungry.

I would recommend this hotel if you want to throw your money in the toilet. Housekeeping came at 10:30pm EVERY night instead of coming during the day. The food made us sick every time without fail. Every time we tried to order room service, they tried to convince us to go to the buffet instead, and by the time the food got delivered to our room, it’d already be cold (we didn’t even get our correct order sometimes). There are 3 elevators but half the time only one was in service, and it was ALWAYS filled at capacity so we’d be waiting up to 20 minutes just to try to get on. Our room neighbours were always screaming in the middle of the night so we didn’t even sleep well, and reception did nothing about it.

I don’t even know where to start off. WORST hotel experience ever. As I came , to even get inside the area to go up to the lobby there was a huge line. The elevators take FOREVER, even though there are two different ones at two different locations. The hotel feels so cramped always a terrible scent within the hallways, and the room was the worst nightmare. Bed sheets have stains, carpets dirty, and a jungle of mess under the beds!!! Absolutely disgusting. Water heater was off the first day , someone came after 30 minutes and fixed it, the lights switch was behind my brothers pillow which was very annoying whenever he lay down. Rooms walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hallway and anyone walking by can hear anything you are saying in the room. There were flys and ants in the bathrooms. When my bags were dropped off the bell boy just rolled them to me aggressively and even hit my neighbors door and just left. There is a disturbing alarm that goes off every few hours even in the night time when you were sleeping. Employees say it’s no worry but alarm still went off for the 4-5 days I was there. Rooms never come with towels you always have to call and they take 20 minutes just to bring you towels. Rooms are so packed you have no room to store your luggage. Furthermore, back to the elevators , they take forever and are so tiny. The buttons to call for elevators are broken because of frustrating guests I am guessing. The restaurant they have smelled like dead fish every time you go there. And when I finally went to speak to the manager about this , he never apologized and told me to speak to my travel agent… I mean what kind of manager and hotel is this. This is not a hotel and more like a motel. I DON’T RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is falling apart plumbing is very bad our bath sink was leaking and the water was gushing out like a broken pipe. Hair on bed. Bathroom not clean. Phone doesn't work. The housekeeping is terrible the whole day goes and your room is not cleaned. Stains on beddings. Don't be fooled by pics on internet. Bathroom door handle broken.

The hotel is very close to the Haramain. Within few minutes you are in the Haramain. The lifts are very very busy. It is also used to take luggage up which restricts guests from using some of them. You can wait for long periods before getting into a lift. Other guests cut their way through into the lift, so be prepared to be patient. Fortunately I stayed on the 3rd Floor so I was able to use the stairs, but for elderly guests it might be a problem. The breakfast starts little later then other hotels. The beds are also slightly smaller than other hotels. You have to remind house keeping daily to make up your room. Although these issues, I will only return if I get a booking on level 2 or 3. Otherwise the lift really stresses me out.

Location wise it's the best choice but other than that it's not worth the money I paid. The furniture and mirror had oily finger marks every where. Mirrors had some stick stuff. Even the bathroom door and frame had lots of splashes of dried up soap. Windows were so dirty from inside. I took my wipes and clean the whole thing as I wouldn't stay in such condition. I wasn't expecting this at all. So unhygienic. Rooms and hallways were so dingy. Carpet is disgusting. They gave us complimentary fruits that was so nice of them. My request to hotel management is to maintain a good cleanliness standard. Hotel itself is built nice but dirtiness killed the good vibe.

I have just recently returned from Umrah on the August 7-17th package with Zam Zam travels. The initial stage of the booking stage went very smoothly with Sharif Bhai. We were informed of everything well and was kept up to date with the whole booking process as well as receiving all documents required for the trip. On arrival to Jeddah we were received by Brother Mahmud who had fully supported us throughout our journey and Afsar Bhai in Medina. Both tour guides are very knowledgeable and approachable and helped us understand the key historical sites. The ziarats in both Makkah and Medina were organised well and were very informative. During our trip, some of my family members were very sick and required to see the doctors which Afsar Bhai took us to be seen as well as providing us with a home cooked meal which was very kind of him. The whole umrah process went very smoothly and we had no concerns through our time. We were able to dedicate our time on our prayers. This has truly been an unforgettable trip, their kindness, knowledge and dedication to ensure we had a smooth journey is much appreciated. May Allah swt continue to bless them in all of their affairs. Ameen. I cannot recommend Zam Zam travels enough for your next Umrah trip as I will definitely book with them again Inshaa Allah.

Alhamdulillah, I had the incredible blessing of performing Hajj with Zamzam Travels, and it was truly a wonderful and spiritually uplifting experience. I travelled with Brother Omar and Al Amin, and I can’t thank them enough for the care, guidance, and support they provided throughout the journey. I travelled for Umrah with my husband and our two daughters between 9–20 April with Zam Zam Travels, and I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding service we received from start to finish. I have travelled with them on two previous occasions and this was the third. Like before on previous trips, from the moment we booked, Brothers Fahim and Sharif in the Birmingham office were incredibly supportive. They made sure we had all the information we needed, answered all our questions with patience and clarity, and helped us feel completely at ease ahead of our journey. Once we arrived in Saudi Arabia, the care and support continued seamlessly. Brother Mahmood in Makkah and Brother Afsar in Madinah were both exceptional. They guided us through the completion of our Umrah as soon as we landed and offered continuous support to help us make the most of our time in Makkah and Madinah. Their knowledge, kindness, and dedication were truly appreciated. The Ziarats in both cities were especially moving and beautifully organised – a real highlight of the trip. As a mother travelling with two daughters, I felt very reassured throughout. It was a deeply spiritual and memorable experience for our whole family, and a lot of that was down to the professionalism and warmth of the Zam Zam team. Thank you so much — we look forward to booking our next trip with you again and highly recommend you to others planning their Umrah Hajj journey’s.

My family and I recently travelled for Umrah from 9–20 April through Zam Zam Travels, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. This was our second Umrah trip with Zam Zam, having also undertaken Hajj with them a while back too. From the initial booking stage, Brothers Fahim and Sharif at the Birmingham office were incredibly professional and supportive. They made sure we had all the necessary information and documentation, and they were always available to answer our questions and put our minds at ease before travelling. Their attention to detail and warm approach gave us real peace of mind, especially with our tailored needs of dates and times of travel. On the ground, the support continued with equal excellence. Brother Mahmood in Makkah and Brother Afsar in Madinah were both extremely helpful and approachable. From guiding us through the completion of our Umrah upon arrival to helping us maximise our time in both holy mosques, their knowledge and dedication made a big difference. The Ziarats in both cities were beautifully organised and added a deeply meaningful dimension to our trip, a useful and helpful reminder of the key historic sites and events in Islam. As a parent, I really appreciated how smoothly everything ran. We were able to focus fully on our worship and spiritual experience without worrying about logistics. My family and I are truly grateful to Zam Zam Travels for helping us create another memorable and blessed moment. Highly recommended — we would definitely travel with them again.

Alhamdulillah - just got back from our first Umrah Trip and it was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was seamless. Our leader (Abu Ubaydah) was so caring, thoughtful and inspiring. He was able to give us clear information on the Ziyaarats, check in on me and my family at various points throughout the trip and provide support whenever needed. The hotels were less than 5 mins walk from both Masjids and coaches were available when travelling certain distances. Inshallah we will be travelling with Zam Zam ltd. again in the future - Ameen. We have recommended this group to our relatives as well. We made great friends on the trip and as a first Umrah trip - it is experience I will treasure. May Allah (swt) bless you. Ameen.

Alhamdullilah, this was my first experience completing Umrah. I am so pleased to say that the whole journey was organised well, and ran smoothly day to day. Our group leader (Abu Ubaydah) was kind, considerate, thoughtful, and made sure to check in daily to see how we were feeling and doing. The ziyarats were completed via coach (as a group) and these were very insightful, but there was also opportunities to experience both Makkah and Madina independently from the rest of the team. As someone who can feel anxious about travelling, this truly was an incredible experience spiritually and I’m very thankful to Zam Zam ltd. To mention also- the hotels at both locations were less than 2 minutes from the Haram and the Nabawi mosques, meaning we could access easily for prayers, and not get lost!! Alhamdullilah 🤲🏽

I have been to Umrah numerous times with Zam Zam Travels are trustworthy and outstanding. This time again, the services they provided were exceptional. From the preparation to the end of this spiritual journey – I was very impressed with them. Brother Sharif was very helpful and gave excellent service in the UK- He was very informative at all points of our preparations. Support was given in the whole e-visa process and managed to add my sister and my nephew at the last minute - Alhamdulillah. Reaching Jeddah, we were greeted at the airport, and Brother Mahmud got us to perform Umrah with ease. Brother Mahmud was understanding, supportive and always checked upon us. I wanted to do another Umrah and they provided information and supported me how to get to Masjid Aisha. The transition in going to Medina was done well as the transport was First Class. Brother Afsar was very helpful and always checked upon us, the organisation for the Ziyarat of the different Masjids in Madinah Munwarah were insightful and the Ziyarat to the Roza of the Muhammad S.A.W was done so efficiently that it was surreal. I would highly recommend Zam Zam Travels as they gave us excellent hotels which were very near to both Holy Places, the service provided was outstanding – will go again with them 😊. I am very grateful that they have made my dream come true and may Allah swt give them Barakah.
