Stayed in this hotel for 19/20 days. Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was really helpful. Located on good location, this hotel has electric kettle, mini fridge and tv along with extra quilt and pillows and very fast WiFi in every room.
It's now called "Worth Elite" hotel. Hardly 10-15 mins walk till gate no 79. Staying there was worth each penny. Definitely recommmend it to everyone.

We arrived to this hotel yesterday. They told us the hotel is closed by ministry of tourism. And they have changed the name to Worth Elite Hotel now. So ve carefully before booking this hotel online. The moved us to their other branch of hotel in front of this hotel, Andluosa, which is even worse the room they have given us is so tiny you cannot even pray.

Allhumdulliah stayed in this hotel for 5 day. Nice and clean. Comfy bed. Staff very helpful.
All air-conditioned rooms are designed in bright colors and wooden furnishings. They include a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and a mini bar. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and offer a hairdryer.
Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. A 24 hour front desk is available.

We are a family of four and booked two rooms — we already wanted two rooms, but they gave us rooms on opposite sides of the floor, with separate elevators. It was so inconvenient moving back and forth all the time.
The rooms are super cramped — no space for luggage, only 3 hangers. The mini fridge was yellow and dirty inside, and because there’s a shelf above it, it heats up everything — our clothes were hot. Our single beds view was so bad sun wouldn’t even come in the other king sized bed room had an amazing view at least and sun would come in
The TV remote was filthy and had no battery cover (dangerous for kids), and the TV kept lagging and going black for a second, then back on. It was super annoying. Also limited channels like 5 or so nothing for kids to occupy them.
There is a huge useless lamp taking up space for no reason. The AC gets very cold not the comfortable cold and it makes noisy sounds sometimes.
The entire room felt abandoned and dirty:
• Carpet, walls, drawers, handles, curtains — all dirty and dusty.
• Pillow had a yellow stain — I had to cover my hair with a head cap while sleeping because I was so disgusted.
• I didn’t even want to touch the curtains, handles, or bed.
The bathroom was the absolute worst part:
• The whole bathroom and the entire corridor outside smelled like open sewage / dirty drainage / rotten swamp. The smell was so strong and disgusting — it was like standing next to an open trash can or worse. I couldn’t even enjoy my shower or smell my shampoo — the bad smell covered everything.
• The ceiling leaked water not knowing it’s source (I think it was from the heater) once a day, flooding our bathroom.
• No shower door — water flooded the whole bathroom floor every time we used it.
• Very weak water pressure (shower, bidet, flush).
I went to use the hairdryer and saw disgusting men hair on it and i kept my hair air dry there’s no way i will attach a picture of it
There was a soap dispenser beside the sink but unfortunately it was all empty and useless nobody refilled it or anything
They don’t provide “clean my room” or “do not disturb” cards — if you don’t ask, they will never clean the room, even after days. And if you request anything (extra tissues or toilet rolls), it takes forever to arrive.
When we arrived, the Ministry of Tourism was even inspecting the hotel — not a great sign on day one. We only booked this place because it was the only available and close to the Haram — that’s the ONLY good thing (plus free water bottles and water coolers around each corner of the corridor to refill) even tho I didn’t really trust their cleanliness too.
Also, the rooms are misleading — the door had a paper saying “3 beds inside this room,” but there were only 2 beds, and no space for a third one anyway. The photos online do NOT match reality — every room is different, old, dirty, and in bad condition.
EW. I hated every second of being in this room. Disgusted to sleep on the bed, touch anything, or even walk around. This hotel badly needs a complete renovation. It does not deserve its 3-star rating at all. I would NEVER stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was in horrible condition—no cleanliness or maintenance whatsoever. From the moment I entered, I was shocked by the lack of basic hygiene and safety.
The room temperature was extremely high, with no working air conditioning or ventilation, making it impossible to relax. The carpet was covered in dust, and there was dirt everywhere, including on the furniture and windowsills. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
To make things worse, the fridge was old and rusty, and wires were dangerously exposed, creating a major safety hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that charges guests.
There was absolutely no value for money. The conditions were so poor that I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were offered for free.
Avoid this hotel at all costs—it’s not just disappointing, it's unsafe and unsanitary.

Rooms quite small especially with family, however cleanliness is good. Only 1 room key card provided. Usually weird noise come out from air condition. Lift very packed during peak hours as only 4-5 people can go at one time. about 5-10 minutes walking distance to Masjid Nabawi but the hotel is quite far from middle side of mosque (easy access to shops). Food just average with very limited choice. No housekeeping service provided for my room (not even restriction card provided in the room)

The location of the hotel to the masjid was great . However hotel itself is definitely terrible in terms of cleanliness and service provide. The hotel definitely needs reviewing on cleaning and updating rooms. We were supposed to be in a quad room but it was so squashed with 4 single bed it was as if it should be a 2/3 bed at most. Housekeeping staff did not have necessities items like toilet rolls when asked. It was a very unpleasant experience at this hotel we will definitely not be recommending .
