The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Despite the size and number of guests, we never experienced long elevator wait times, which made getting to the Haram very convenient. The rooms have proven to be quite cozy, offering all the amenities one could desire. Additionally, the hotel's basement connects to a shopping mall and food court, providing unparalleled convenience – there's no need to venture elsewhere for shopping or dining. Notably, the breakfast served here is of excellent quality, and the staff working at the breakfast area are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Hala, who attentively checked on us multiple times to ensure we received top-notch service. My overall experience has been beyond my expectations. From the check-in to check-out I have had impeccable experience from all the staff at the Hilton Suites hotel. I would like to give my special consideration to Mr Abdullah Allahyani at the reception. The check-in was quick and smooth. He was excellent indeed and I cannot stress that enough. Likewise the staff who helped me with the bags and answering all my questions. I would also like to say that the room service staff have been excellent and quick . The service is 10/10. I would like to specially thank Mr Tanveer Hussein . They are always keen to clean your room and this very much appreciated. The breakfast services were also excellent with a variety of menu. Special thanks to Mr Tanvir Safi who assisted me and my mother. He is excellent indeed. The hotel is within a walking distance literally to the masjid 3 to 4 minutes . The hotel is also connected to the Souk Khalil mall. Everything that you need is within a walking distance. When I come back for Umrah insha allah this will be the only hotel I want to stay in. During our 6 day stay they served the same breakfast every single day as well as the same fruits. The rooms were very small with 2 beds and 3 tables squeezed into the room. Good location, clean well priced rooms and suites, but there are lots of things wrong with this hotel, they are doing too much sometimes, one of the cleaning workers entered the room while my sister was still there, the service over the phone too complicated to a point I had to spend 7 minutes just to say I want a tooth brush and a bag, and when I finally told them and it has been 35 minutes now and still waiting for them. The parking lot costs half of the room’s price, and everyone I asked has given me a different price. In conclusion, Good clean well priced rooms and suites, bad service and the inconsistency caused me confusion. I made a reservation and i got the details and confirmation #, then i booked everything based on it + traveled for more 5 hours both air and ground. I had a truly pleasant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel in Madinah. I was lucky to be checked in by Turki, one of the friendliest Saudis I’ve met during my omra - genuine, down-to-earth with a real interest in helping and accommodating guests. I had asked for a room on one of the highest floors with a view of Al Haram, which wasn’t possible at first, but to my surprise, Turki called just two hours later to offer one on the 8th floor. That small gesture made a big difference. There was a bit of water noise from the bathroom, but the beautiful view of the Prophet’s rawda made it worth it. The hotel itself pays great attention to guest satisfaction. I received a few thoughtful WhatsApp follow-ups during my stay, and even a personal knock at the door to ask if I needed tea, coffee or water. Turki personally checked again after check-in to ensure everything was fine - that level of care really stood out. The location is perfect - less than a five-minute walk to Al Haram, with views overlooking the Prophet’s Rawda side. That’s a huge plus. The breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had in both Makkah and Madinah - varied, rich, and delicious, all for 60 SAR between 6-10 AM. The cleanliness standards were clearly very high, which made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well balanced, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was well presented, constantly replenished, and suitable for guests from different backgrounds and preferences. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading to Al Masjid an Nabawi. Most impressive of all was the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel valued as guests throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, very close to the Haram, which makes prayers and visits incredibly convenient. This alone adds significant value, especially for families and elderly guests. Bismillah, I wanted to share how wonderful our experience was with the staff at Elaf Al Taqwa, especially Reda Mohamed, Mohamed Ibrahim, and our room attendant Kabinur. From the moment we arrived, Reda welcomed us with such genuine warmth that we instantly felt at ease. He has a calm, kind presence and a natural way of taking care of guests that never feels forced. Every interaction with him made our stay feel special. Mohamed Ibrahim was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. He carried himself with sincerity and patience, and we truly appreciated the way he made everything feel smooth and comfortable for us. And our room attendant, Kabinur, was so attentive and thoughtful. He took great care in preparing our room, paid attention to the small details, and consistently showed kindness in every interaction. His effort really made us feel looked after. We are genuinely grateful for all three of them. Their hospitality, manners, and beautiful character left such a positive impression on us. I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and coming from there my expectations were high, I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service and staff is phenomenal. Everyone here always has a smile on their face when they greet you and are always ready to assist to help with anything that you need. I would like to thank two staff members who were extremely helpful all throughout our stay Mr. Al Amin at front desk and Mr. Hazrat Ali from housekeeping staff. It was mine and my mother’s first time in Madina and I am so glad that we picked this hotel as it was recommended by my friend who had stayed here previously. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Haram and 4-5 minute walk to the ladies entrance for Rawda. Also a 4-5 minute walk from ladies entrance to inside the mosque. I would definitely recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone who is visiting Madina and inshAllah when I visit next I will be staying at the same hotel due to their excellent services and hospitality. The rooms and washrooms are super clean, tidy and the food options for in room dining are also pretty good. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. An absolute awesome experience at Elaf al Taqwa hotel, Every staff member was absolutely brilliant and were always their to help, from the cleaners to the managers. A special mention to Zeeshan who really helped and went above and beyond as my son who has multiple allergies was accommodated for food wise. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the masjid so a great location. The Golf Buggys line up outside to take you to Masjid Quba. Lots of shops and museums within walking distance.
