The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with tidy and well-maintained furniture. The staff are absolutely wonderful — all of them were helpful, especially Mr. Nawaf, Mr. Firas, and the lovely lady at the reception. The location is very close to the Haram and conveniently near both the men’s and women’s gates. The Eid celebration was truly special and enjoyable. The price is very reasonable, the beds are comfortable, and extra pillows are provided. However, the kettle in one of the rooms we rented had some tea residue in it, which suggests it was used to make tea and wasn’t cleaned properly.
I also forgot my pillow in the room, and when I contacted them, they had it wrapped and ready for me to pick up again in less than half an hour.
The elevators are a bit small and slow.

An Exceptional Stay Just Steps from Haram Gate 326
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Madinah, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is one of its standout features — it is just a very short and comfortable walk to Masjidun Nabawi. Whether you're heading there for Fajr or any other prayer, the convenience of being so close cannot be overstated. It truly enhances the spiritual experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth highlighting. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, and the overall hygiene standards were clearly a top priority for the management.
Equally impressive was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with luggage, providing directions, or simply offering a warm greeting. Their hospitality made the stay feel even more special and comfortable.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and serene, aligning perfectly with the spiritual nature of the trip. Whether you're coming for Umrah or simply visiting Madinah, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent service, and high standard of cleanliness. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location is very convenient and the price really beats other 5 star hotels. But the highlight were the staff. From the check in receptionist whom I had forgotten her name who did here best to accommodate me and check me in smoothly with great attitude and a smile on her face 😊 And the house keeping staff especially Nabikul who did an amazing job going out of his way to keep my room tidy and clean and great gentleman as well. Top lad 👍
Overall good experience good price great location.

This is a 3.5 star hotel at best.
Stayed here with my family and relatives.
Average rooms, not very big. Service is ok. Very busy during Ramadan. 3 lifts which is not enough when busy.
Food is average. Lots of choice but not greatest quality.
Best thing about the hotel - brilliant location. Very close to the haram. Close to the gates and literally 1 minute walk and you are inside the mosque area.
Also close to shops and Bin-Dawud for grocery shopping etc.
Great if you have females or young children as the woman's section is close by and my sons were able to walk back to the hotel in the evening themselves.
I stayed here twice during Ramadan and would stay again - mainly due to the location.

Our experience at Emaar Elite Al Madina was truly outstanding. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits.
The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Despite reaching the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, Basma at the front desk, accommodated us immediately, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
Housekeeping was also top-notch, with a special mention to Abdul Kareem and Abd Razak, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah!

Just spent a few days in medina. The location was spot on. However, the staff at reception was rude. With poor English, communication was difficult. They ignored request to remove excess beds from my room. My room had 4 single beds for me and my wife. Eventually it was done by a cleaner. Breakfast was poor Quran’s repetitive.
The worst was the bathroom, the shower tray is made of normal tiles. The bathroom keeps flooding after every shower.
The window outside was full of pigeon droppings probably not cleaned for months.

The hotel location. Is the best thing about it,just in front of haram and 2 min walk, the garage is a disaster in terms of design and capacity, it takes only 20-30 cars and the rooms are 100!!!!!! And it is the smallest garage i ever saw in my life!! The rooms were ok, a bit small but ok, the bathroom need some renovations, people who work there were nice and tried to help, but when we asked for room cleanup they said after 5 pm!! Anyway i would say it was acceptable experience

Reserved the hotel on Booking, surprisingly the reservation has been cancelled by the property claiming that my credit card is not valid.
I have emailed them two times confirming that my credit card is valid , I have even used another valid credit card!!
Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience to cancel my reservation only 20 days before my travel which enforced me to make a new reservation in another hotel with higher rates.
Shame on you.

I think the hotel catered for Malaysian and Indonesian ppl. Breakfast is appalling . You get only toast and eggs only they run out of butter sometimes cheese. They don't even give a proper plates or cutlery to eat. Everything is plastics. The room is very small for quad room, the 4th bed is a folding bed and the pillow is so hard like a rock and the mattresses aren't comfortable, it's very difficult to sleep. The shower is horrible, no soap dishes or toothbrush holders. I have to used a plastic cup to put my toothbrush in. the water goes every where as its an open shower when you showered. The cleaners doesn't clean your room or the change your bedsheets or give you clean towels unless you ask them. The reviews on Google doesn't not seem accurate as I have seen many ppl complained about the hotel management. Do not stay in that hotel unless you are Indonesian or Malaysian ppl.

Horrible experience. The staff was unfriendly and uncooperative. Every room has some or the other problem. The wifi and the washroom weren’t working properly in the first room we checked in. The telephone wasn’t working in the alternate room they gave us and the washroom was very dirty. They don’t have a luggage trolly either to carry our luggage. They are extremely short staffed with just 2-3 bell boys. A 13 storey building but they have only 4 elevators that become extremely crowded during salah time and we had to wait around 10-15 min just for the elevator. There are better hotels out there so please spend your money wisely.

Nothing was good about this hotel, on the contrary found bad management and housekeeping. Especially the night male receptionist who had a bad temperament, attitude and manners, doesn't speak or understand English at all. How do even expect the international pilgrims to speak or understand Arabic?
Would never choose this shabby hotel. My money was wasted, instead I expect a full refund! Requested for double bed room and got single beds instead!

Poor Wifi, it barely opens any application or website. Crowded all the time. Old furniture. Glitchy TV. Super cold AC that can’t be adjusted so I turned it off although it’s 35 degrees outside!! Breakfast not included. No slippers provided. Slow service. The room needed extra cleaning once I got it. Shower has no box no door no curtains! It’s too pricey.. look somewhere else

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was well below expectations, and the staff appeared unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service etiquette. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy in their communication with guests, which made the stay quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and overall guest experience.

The quad room was quite packed with limited space to move around. Food was customized to the Indonesian menu (since most of the customers are indonesian i think) and it was delicious, although the vegetable options were limited in variations (I had sauteed cucumber for 3 days in a row). The shower was okay.

This place is worse than a hostel. Prison style food service and rude groups of people who have no manner of how to use lifts. Staff are even worse. I'm only staying here two night and I feel I need a shower. Fifth is an understatement. Beds are like prisoners' cells. This is no way a 5 star, half star at most. Cracked tiles, toilet leaks, and share your bathroom with fruit flies. Breakfast was disgusting, boiled egg with bread and curry at 6am wth. Don't come here with family, its worse than faulty towers. Only good part is the walk to mosque which is few mins, however the torture of screaming kids, adults running smoking in a non smoking hotel is horrific. Nightmare stay.

Bed cover-blankets not fully dried as we got into our room so we initiatively hang each of them on the upper side of cupboard doors. Towels also not available until we ask the roomboy for them. Shower room floor was very slippery since it made of wall-purposed ceramic tiles. Very dangerous for old-ages. Internet only connected when most of guesses are out for prayers /outing.

The hotel is in close proximity to Prophets Mosque. Place has wifi issues moment you enter room. People often seen in lobbies for connectivity, cleanliness is 3 star as beds were clean but not upto the mark as I found hairs still in the bedsheets. For food they have a buffet for Indonesian, Arabic, Indian likes. I tried Arabic and Indian, both have a limited diah option. Fish is nicely fried and kebab is delicious but not worth what you pay for.

First of all it’s not 5 star as shown on google. Hotel claims to be 3 start but does not even meet that standard.
Rooms dirty, old, washrooms are filthy, no Wi-Fi in rooms. In my room only a 14 inch TV with badly scratched screen and it does not work. No kettle, staff is rude and does not care about customer needs. Had to ask 7 times for fresh towels but no luck.
We booked a room for 6 ppl but was given one with 4 ppl with a spare bed making it 5.
Only plus point is it’s close location to masjid e nabwi.
Having said all this I believe local hotels in madina don’t really care about customers. They know they have a constant stream of people looking for rooms hence they don’t even try to improve anything.

Lack of hygiene is the biggest issue, No room cleaning service unless you give some money to staff working every time you need your room to be cleaned. I asked for cattle at reception, asked me to speak to room service, they look for some money every time you need something. They provided me with a cattle which was unwashed and dirty, No bathroom mats were provided and the toilets are dirty. People who visit here also have no manners, one idiot was smoking inside the hotel just outside the lift, and my 7-year-old son asked him why he was smoking there if I was not guarding my kid, this guy would have hurt my child. I would request any decent family not to waste time and money. I wish I could rate 0 this hotel.

I was truly blessed to embark on my first Umrah journey, and choosing this travel group was one of the best decisions I made. I was initially recommended by my father-in-law, who had a positive experience with them during Hajj many years ago—and I can confidently say their service remains exceptional.
From the start, the group leaders were incredibly supportive and made themselves easily accessible. They guided us through all the necessary preparations with clarity and care, using Zoom calls, WhatsApp groups, and direct telephone contact to ensure we felt supported every step of the way.
Throughout the journey, they sent regular updates and were always available to answer questions. Their knowledge, experience, and the spiritual gems they shared truly enhanced the whole experience. What stood out most was their kindness and dedication—going above and beyond, especially for the more vulnerable members of the group.
I honestly can't fault them. May they continue to serve and support others on their sacred journeys.

I recently had the pleasure of using Lala Abdul Malik Khadam Al Hajjaj for my Umrah trip, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. From the initial booking to the completion of the journey, everything was handled professionally and with great care.
The travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, were well-organised and tailored to our needs. The hotels were conveniently located near the Haram, making it easy to focus on worship without worrying about transportation.
One of the standout aspects was Nadeem Malik , our knowledgeable guide who accompanied us, ensuring we completed all rituals correctly and provided valuable insights about the significance of each step. This made the experience truly spiritual and fulfilling.
I highly recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah. They truly understand the importance of this journey and go above and beyond to make it a memorable experience.

Alhamdulillah, I had the most wonderful spiritual journey with Haji Nadeem (Lala Malik) and have come back praying I get another opportunity.
Although I booked last minute, everything was taken care of with efficiency and professionalism and nothing was too much for Haji Nadeem. I was also fortunate enough to share a room with him and despite there being some difficulties, barriers and challenges given COVID restrictions and that he had not been for 2 years owing to these restrictions and many things changing over time, I saw he overcame these issues through determination and perseverance and by the grace of Allah SWT.
In terms of arrangements and logistics, everything ran like clockwork and was clearly well organised. We had two days of Ziyarah's and we also had an impromptu Twin Peaks Challenge (Jabal Al-Nour and Jabal Al-Thowr) for the lads amongst us which was incredible.
It was my first time performing Umrah and the information and the package given beforehand was extremely helpful. It is worthwhile ensuring you have the required knowledge on how to perform Umrah prior to departing. We spent a week in Madina first which gave me (first timer) to further educate myself around the Umrah process and there was a lecture a few days before leaving for Makkah. Again, information was reiterated on the bus and most of the group stuck together and Haji Nadeem was able to guide us accordingly. I benefitted from his knowledge and experience which was shared in English and Urdu/Punjabi.
Thank you to all the brothers and sisters who made the experience and exceptional one. Thank you Haji Nadeem Malik for everything and hope Allah SWT blesses me with another opportunity to visit someday with my parents inshallah.

Alhamdulillah, Shukr Alhamdulillah, we have been blessed to travel with these guys on Hajj (Aug 2017) and Umrah (Jan 2022). Wow, What an amazing professional end to end service. They make things very easy for the hujjaaj with ongoing guidance (Urdu and English) and superb quality of hotels in excellent locations close to both Harams. What's more, is that they deliver all this at a budget price.
We have travelled with many operators for Hajj & Umrah, but by Allah, we can vouch that "Lala Abdul Malik Khadam Al Hajjaj" is one of the best we have had the honour to travel with. From the initial enquiries to the time that you arrive back, you get a friendly service, that is well planned and perfectly executed. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are very flexible. Amazing atmosphere whilst travelling and in and around the Sacred Cities.
Brothers Nadeem & Waseem are upholding their Late Father's (May Allah bless them with Jannat) legacy. The legacy of being the servants of the hujjaaj. There are many tour operators, but very few that place the needs of the hujjaaj over their profit margins. Alhamdulillah, "Lala Abdul Malik Khadam Al Hajjaj" is one of those operators that are true to their claim of being Khadims (Servants) to the hujjaaj.
This sentiment echoes across our fellow travellers. Everyone we spoke to mentioned the quality of the service. Alhamdulillah, I have overheard some saying "Brother Nadeem, Book me on the next Umrah/Hajj".
We make duas that Allah blesses Brother Nadeem and his team, Ameen.
May Allah allow us to travel repeatedly with "Lala Abdul Malik Khadam Al Hajjaj" and May Allah accept the efforts of the people working tirelessly at "Lala Abdul Malik Khadam Al Hajjaj", Ameen ya Rabbul Aalameen.
